3、組成。中商聯(lián)的主要任務(wù)是推動(dòng)商貿(mào)流通領(lǐng)域和服務(wù)業(yè)的改革與發(fā)展,搞好行業(yè)自律,向政府反映行業(yè)狀況和企業(yè)訴求,完成政府交辦的事項(xiàng)。政府賦予中商聯(lián)外事、科技質(zhì)量管理、行業(yè)信息統(tǒng)計(jì)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制訂和資質(zhì)認(rèn)定等職能。中商聯(lián)分別是亞太零售商協(xié)會(huì)聯(lián)盟、國(guó)際零售商協(xié)會(huì)高級(jí)管理人員論壇的成員,并與許多國(guó)家的同行業(yè)組織建立了廣泛的聯(lián)系與合作。自1994年成立以來(lái),中國(guó)商業(yè)聯(lián)合會(huì)不斷加強(qiáng)行業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新,嚴(yán)格進(jìn)行科技質(zhì)量管理,本著“運(yùn)作規(guī)范化,教學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)化”的工作原則,先后開(kāi)展了一系列培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目,初步建立了一批穩(wěn)定的、高素質(zhì)的師資隊(duì)伍,積累了一定的培訓(xùn)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。中國(guó)商業(yè)聯(lián)合會(huì)認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)的培訓(xùn)管理制度和嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)科學(xué)的課程教學(xué)得到了一致好

And it was formed voluntarily byenterprises or enterprise groups engaging in commodity product
10、ion, commodity flow and service industry, Chamber of Commerce at all levels (including China General Chamber of Commerce, Commerce Industry Association), nationwide professional associations, other types of intermediary organizations, and individuals engaged in commodity circulation.The main duty of
11、 China General Chamber of Commerce is to promote the reform and developmentin the area of Commercial Trade Circulation and Service Industry, improve self-discipline of industries, and report the industries conditions and business demands to the government, and accomplish other affairs entrusted by t
12、he government. The functions of CGCC involve dealing with foreign affairs, quality management on science and technology, statistics on industry information, standard setting, and accreditation, which are allentrusted by the government. In addition, CGCC is a member of Federation of Asia-Pacific Reta
13、ilers Associations as well as the Forum for International Retail Association Executives. And CGCC has established extensive contacts and cooperation with the same industry of other countries. Since its foundation in 1994, China General Chamber of Commerce continues to strengthen the technological in
