3、nmentsfortheslowreleasebydiffusionviatheelectrostaticself-assemblyapproach.Itcouldbeusedorerosion,butalsoexhibitlargereversibledeformationsasanaturalreinforcingagentofbiopolymerwithhighertriggeredbyenvironmentalchangesinpH,temperature,electricsurfacesitedensityandoxygen-containingfunctionalgroups,1a

4、ndmagneticfields.Nevertheless,onemajorchallengeofsuchashydroxyl(-OH),carboxyl(-COOH)andphenolichydrogelsisfabricatingcompactnetworkhydrogelswithout(-Ph-OH)20-21.Tothebestofourknowledge,nostudycompromisingtheirswellingcharacteristics4.hasbeenconductedontheKGMcompositehydrogelusingKonjacglucomannan(KG

5、M)isahighmolecular-weightCFMPsasareinforcingagent.Herein,KGM/CFMPscompositehydrogelwereneutralpolysaccharideextractedfromthetubersofthe5Amorphaphalluskonjacplants.ItismainlycomposedoffabricatedusingCFMPsasthereinforcingagent.The-1,4linkedD-mannoseandD-glucosewithacetylgroupsinfluencesofCFMPsonthenet

6、workstructureofKGM/attachedrandomlytoC6position6.KGMhasdemonstratedCFMPscompositehydrogelswerestudied.Ofloxacingreatpotentialinhydrogelapplicationduetoexcellent(modeldrug)loadingefficiencies(DLEs)andencapsulationbiocompatibility,biodegradability,gelling,andswellingefficiencies(EEs)ofthehydrogels,and

7、ofloxacinrelease5,7.IthasbeenfoundthatKGMcouldonlybebehaviorindifferentmediumswerealsoevaluated.ItishydrolyzedbycolonicbacterialenzymeswhilenotbeingpresumedthatCFMPscouldnotonlyimprovethestructuredegradedinthegastrointestinaltract,thusithasattractedofKGMhydrogels,butalsoimprovetheirpH-responsiveprop
