1、目錄1.1總述11.2熱量的原理和準則11.3熱量任務11.4熱量. 21.4.1Claus 硫磺回收工段能量. 21.4.2SCOT 尾氣處理工段能量. 121.4.3碳捕集工段能量. 251.5總結301.1 總述700 萬立方米/年含硫廢氣處理副產(chǎn) 3 萬噸硫磺項目,在全工藝段中伴隨著物料從一系或單元進入另一系或單元,在發(fā)生質量傳遞的同時也伴隨著能量的消耗、和轉化。其中的能量變換數(shù)量關系可以從能量求得,對于新設計的車間,可以由此確定設備的熱負荷。再根據(jù)設備的熱負荷大小、所處理物料的性質及工藝要求選擇恰當?shù)脑O備??傊ㄟ^下述能量,可以為后續(xù)設計工作中提高熱量的利用率,降低能耗提供主要依據(jù)

2、。1.2 熱量的原理和準則工程依據(jù)化工設計中關于熱量的基本和要求,遵循基與實際工藝相結合的原則,進行熱量書的編制。其中一個主要依據(jù)是能量平衡方程: = + 其中,表示輸入設備熱量的總和; 表示輸出設備熱量的總和; 表示損失熱量的總和。對于連續(xù)系統(tǒng):Q + W = 其中,Q 設備的熱負荷。W 輸入系統(tǒng)的機械能。 離開設備的各物料焓之和。 進入設備的各物料焓之和。在進行全廠熱量時,是以單元設備為基本,考慮由機械能轉換、化學反應和單純的物理變化帶來的熱量變化。最終對全工藝段進行系統(tǒng)級的熱量平衡計算,進而用于指導節(jié)能降耗設計工作。1.3 熱量任務在進行硫磺回收資源化裝置的熱量中,主要通過定量計算完成下

3、述基本任務:確定工藝單元中物料輸送機械(如泵)所需要的功率,以便于進行設備的設計和選型;確定精餾等單元操作中所需要的熱量或冷量以及傳遞速率,計算換熱設備的尺寸,確定加熱劑和冷卻劑的消耗量,為后續(xù)設計中比如供汽、供冷、供水等專業(yè)提供設備條件;確定為保持一定反應溫度所需移除或者加入的熱傳遞速率,指導反應器的設計和選型;提高熱量集成度,充分利用余熱,提高能量利用率,降低能耗;最終計算出總需求能量和能量的費用,并由此確定工藝過程在經(jīng)濟上的可行性。1.4 熱量1.4.1 Claus 硫磺回收工段能量1.4.1.1 反應器(R-0101R-0104)表 1-1 燃燒爐(R-0101)物流焓變計算表INOU
