PAGE47PAGE1福建省工程建設(shè)地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)DBJ13-74-20XX住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部備案號(hào):J10753-20XX風(fēng)貌建筑加固修復(fù)工程施工質(zhì)量與安全技術(shù)規(guī)程Specificationforengineeringqualityandsafetytechnologyofhistoricartificialbuildingreinforcementandrestoration20XX-XX-XX發(fā)布20XX-XX-XX實(shí)施PAGE1福建省工程建設(shè)地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)風(fēng)貌建筑加固修復(fù)工程施工質(zhì)量與安全技術(shù)規(guī)程SpecificationforengineeringqualityandsafetytechnologyofhistoricartificialbuildingreinforcementandrestorationDBJ13-74-20XX建設(shè)部備案號(hào):J10753-20XX組織編制部門:廈門市建設(shè)局主編單位:廈門市建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量安全監(jiān)督站廈門源昌城建集團(tuán)有限公司批準(zhǔn)部門:福建省住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)廳實(shí)行日期:20XX年XX月XX日20XX年福州PAGE3前言根據(jù)福建省住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)廳《關(guān)于發(fā)布福建省工程建設(shè)地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)復(fù)審結(jié)果的通知》閩建科[2014]45號(hào)要求,由廈門市建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量安全監(jiān)督站、廈門源昌城建集團(tuán)有限公司主編而成。編制組經(jīng)廣泛調(diào)查研究,總結(jié)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),參考國(guó)家和行業(yè)有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并在廣泛征求意見(jiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,修訂本規(guī)程。本規(guī)程共分17章2個(gè)附錄和10個(gè)附表,主要技術(shù)內(nèi)容包括:總則,術(shù)語(yǔ),基本規(guī)定,地基與基礎(chǔ)加固,砌體結(jié)構(gòu)加固,混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)加固,木結(jié)構(gòu)加固與修復(fù),生土墻體加固與修復(fù),地面修復(fù),建筑裝飾裝修與修復(fù),建筑屋面加固與修復(fù),建筑給水、排水系統(tǒng)安裝,建筑電氣,智能建筑,臨時(shí)加固與拆除,施工安全,質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收。本次修訂的主要內(nèi)容是:1.增加風(fēng)貌建筑生土墻體加固與修復(fù)技術(shù)要求;2.增加和充實(shí)了小木作加固與修復(fù)技術(shù)以及雕塑制作與安裝;4.將原來(lái)建筑材料質(zhì)量檢測(cè)的章節(jié)調(diào)整到其他篇章;5.將工程施工質(zhì)量竣工驗(yàn)收修改為適用于各分部和竣工驗(yàn)收的要求;6.按照現(xiàn)行國(guó)家技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)修訂了相關(guān)篇章。本規(guī)程由福建省住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)廳負(fù)責(zé)管理,由廈門市建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量安全監(jiān)督站負(fù)責(zé)具體技術(shù)內(nèi)容的解釋。執(zhí)行過(guò)程中如有意見(jiàn)或建議,請(qǐng)反饋給福建省住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)廳建筑節(jié)能與科學(xué)技術(shù)處(地址:福州市北大路242號(hào),郵政編碼350001)。

2術(shù)語(yǔ)2.0.1風(fēng)貌建筑historicartificialbuilding具有地方性歷史文化意義、藝術(shù)特色、科學(xué)研究?jī)r(jià)值、工藝精致的保護(hù)性建筑。2.0.2加固修復(fù)reinforcementandrestoration使既有建筑達(dá)到規(guī)定的結(jié)構(gòu)安全和使用功能,同時(shí)又保留既有建筑外觀的設(shè)計(jì)及施工。2.0.3改變結(jié)構(gòu)傳力體系加固strengtheningforchangingstructuretransferringsystem在保留既有建筑外觀的情況下,通過(guò)新增傳力體系全部或局部代替既有結(jié)構(gòu)體系的加固方法。生土墻yawsoilwalls利用未經(jīng)焙燒的沙質(zhì)粘土(黃土)、石灰、砂子(以分布在閩西南的為例)等材料按一定比例拌合制成的主料,用夾墻板分層夯筑而成的承重墻體。土樓earthbuildingscomplex采用生土承重墻體與木作柱、梁等構(gòu)架系統(tǒng)合圍而成的圓形、方形、矩形等具備生產(chǎn)和御敵的大型土木結(jié)構(gòu)、多層聚居性建筑。2.0.6主控項(xiàng)目dominantitem加固修復(fù)工程施工中對(duì)安全、衛(wèi)生、環(huán)境保護(hù)和公眾利益起決定性作用的檢驗(yàn)要求。2.0.7一般項(xiàng)目generalitem除主控項(xiàng)目以外的檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目。
3基本規(guī)定3.0.1風(fēng)貌建筑加固修復(fù)工程施工前,建設(shè)單位應(yīng)提供和收集下列資料:1既有建筑設(shè)計(jì)文件;2既有建筑使用情況及歷次修繕資料;3周邊市政管線資料和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)查勘實(shí)物記錄;4既有建筑地基與基礎(chǔ)和主體結(jié)構(gòu)安全等級(jí)鑒定報(bào)告,及風(fēng)貌建筑保護(hù)要求等資料;5審查合格的工程地質(zhì)和水文勘察資料;6經(jīng)施工圖審查機(jī)構(gòu)審查合格的加固修復(fù)設(shè)計(jì)文件;7經(jīng)施工企業(yè)總工程師確認(rèn)的風(fēng)貌建筑實(shí)測(cè)的初始數(shù)據(jù)資料和影像資料。3.0.2風(fēng)貌建筑加固修復(fù)工程在施工前,施工單位應(yīng)編制完善的施工組織設(shè)計(jì)及施工方案,并包括模板支撐與拆除、腳手架搭設(shè)與拆除,重型運(yùn)輸機(jī)械安裝與施工臨時(shí)用電、成品與半成品保護(hù)、安全應(yīng)急救援預(yù)案等專項(xiàng)施工方案。3.0.3風(fēng)貌建筑加固修復(fù)工程的施工組織設(shè)計(jì)施工方案,應(yīng)經(jīng)施工企業(yè)技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人及總監(jiān)理工程師審批,并組織專家論證后實(shí)施。3.0.4施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)建立完善的質(zhì)量與安全管理體系,確保施工方案的實(shí)施和施工質(zhì)量與安全措施的落實(shí)。3.0.5加固修復(fù)施工過(guò)程中重新發(fā)現(xiàn)既有建筑相關(guān)部位存在嚴(yán)重的損傷或缺陷時(shí),應(yīng)暫停施工,在有關(guān)單位共同研究制定處理意見(jiàn)后方可繼續(xù)施工。3.0.6加固施工應(yīng)采取下列安全措施:1基礎(chǔ)必須間隔施工;2樓板拆除置換在同一層的各房間應(yīng)間隔施工,待新澆樓板的混凝土達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度后才能拆除相鄰的舊樓板的混凝土;3柱和墻體加固施工應(yīng)采取安全可靠的方法進(jìn)行支護(hù),先施工柱和墻,然后再施工梁板;4施工中應(yīng)同時(shí)保留兩層樓面模板支撐不拆除以保證滿足施工荷載的要求;5當(dāng)可能出現(xiàn)傾斜、開(kāi)裂或側(cè)塌等不安全因素,或可能發(fā)生損傷原建筑風(fēng)貌時(shí),施工前應(yīng)采取有效的防范措施;6當(dāng)遇有風(fēng)力在六級(jí)以上、大雪天、雷暴雨等惡劣氣候時(shí),不得進(jìn)行施工作業(yè),并應(yīng)采取安全保護(hù)措施。3.0.7風(fēng)貌建筑的土樓建筑施工應(yīng)遵循以下工序原則:備料、擇時(shí)、分段挖(探)基、分段筑基、分層夯墻或加固修復(fù)墻體、獻(xiàn)架或加固修復(fù)柱、梁、板木結(jié)構(gòu)、鋪瓦、裝飾及安裝水電設(shè)施等。3.0.8既有建筑地基基礎(chǔ)加固工程,應(yīng)對(duì)建筑物在施工開(kāi)始即應(yīng)對(duì)整體既有建筑進(jìn)行沉降、位移、傾斜、開(kāi)裂等觀測(cè),直至沉降達(dá)到穩(wěn)定為止,對(duì)鄰近建筑物和市政管線應(yīng)進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的監(jiān)測(cè)。3.0.9風(fēng)貌建筑加固修復(fù)施工時(shí),應(yīng)編制對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)要求保留的既有屋面、外墻及飾面和新建成品、半成品保護(hù)專項(xiàng)方案;工序交接時(shí)應(yīng)按規(guī)定落實(shí)保護(hù)措施。3.0.10加固修復(fù)所用的建筑材料應(yīng)具有產(chǎn)品合格證或出廠檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告,應(yīng)按相關(guān)規(guī)定進(jìn)行進(jìn)場(chǎng)復(fù)驗(yàn)、見(jiàn)證取樣復(fù)驗(yàn),其性能應(yīng)符合國(guó)家有關(guān)規(guī)范、技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定以及設(shè)計(jì)要求。3.0.11風(fēng)貌建筑加固修復(fù)應(yīng)執(zhí)行現(xiàn)行國(guó)家和福建省有關(guān)建筑節(jié)能標(biāo)準(zhǔn);同時(shí),結(jié)合實(shí)際著重在加固修復(fù)工程的屋面、門窗、電氣照明等項(xiàng)目中使用節(jié)能措施和材料設(shè)備;并按規(guī)定施行質(zhì)量檢查驗(yàn)收。3.0.12加固修復(fù)工程竣工驗(yàn)收時(shí),必須進(jìn)行室內(nèi)環(huán)境污染物濃度檢測(cè),檢測(cè)結(jié)果應(yīng)符合《民用建筑工程室內(nèi)環(huán)境污染控制規(guī)范》(GB50325)的規(guī)定。3.0.13風(fēng)貌建筑工程加固修復(fù)施工過(guò)程的記錄、質(zhì)量控制資料、技術(shù)資料、竣工圖紙和驗(yàn)收手續(xù)等應(yīng)按政府有關(guān)規(guī)定收集整理歸檔。
4地基與基礎(chǔ)加固4.1一般規(guī)定4.1.1本規(guī)定適用于風(fēng)貌建筑地基與基礎(chǔ)工程加固、改造施工和質(zhì)量檢查驗(yàn)收。4.1.2風(fēng)貌建筑地基基礎(chǔ)加固的主要形式有:水泥土攪拌樁地基、旋噴樁復(fù)合地基、換填地基、鉆孔灌注樁托換加固、壓入預(yù)制樁基托換加固、基礎(chǔ)加大截面加固、沉管砂石樁復(fù)合地基、水泥粉煤灰碎石樁復(fù)合地基。4.1.3風(fēng)貌建筑地基與基礎(chǔ)加固施工應(yīng)在嚴(yán)防坍塌、跨塌的安全施工環(huán)境下實(shí)施。施工的順序要本著“循序漸進(jìn)、邊挖邊探”的原則,視上部主體結(jié)構(gòu)形式可采用“兩側(cè)對(duì)稱進(jìn)行、分段施工和間隔施工”的原則,并結(jié)合地質(zhì)情況由深到淺實(shí)施。4.1.4風(fēng)貌建筑地基加固處理質(zhì)量檢查驗(yàn)收應(yīng)采用分段施工、分段檢查驗(yàn)收方式,并及時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)入分段基礎(chǔ)加固施工。由項(xiàng)目總監(jiān)理工程師組織,施工項(xiàng)目技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人、勘察、設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人和建設(shè)(業(yè)主)代表參加,工程質(zhì)量監(jiān)督部門的監(jiān)督人員監(jiān)督驗(yàn)收。4.1.5地基與基礎(chǔ)加固施工前、后過(guò)程,應(yīng)對(duì)既有建筑及其鄰近建筑、地下管線和地面的沉降、傾斜、位移和裂縫進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)。4.1.6當(dāng)采用豎向承載水泥攪拌樁或旋噴樁加固地基時(shí),宜在基礎(chǔ)和樁頂之間設(shè)置褥墊層。褥墊層厚度可取200~300mm,其材料可選用中砂、粗砂、級(jí)配砂石等,最大粒徑不宜大于30mm。4.1.7風(fēng)貌建筑基礎(chǔ)加固工程質(zhì)量檢查驗(yàn)收,可采用分段施工分段檢查驗(yàn)收的方式,并及時(shí)回填密實(shí);驗(yàn)收組織與程序按照第4.1.4條相關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。4.1.8作業(yè)區(qū)應(yīng)有明顯標(biāo)志或圍墻,非工作人員不得進(jìn)入。4.1.9樁基操作人員在作業(yè)過(guò)程中,應(yīng)集中精力正確操作,注意機(jī)械工況,不得擅自離開(kāi)工作崗位或?qū)C(jī)械交給其他無(wú)證人員操作。4.2水泥土攪拌樁地基4.2.1本節(jié)適用于正常固結(jié)的淤泥與淤泥質(zhì)土、粉土、素填土、粘性土以及無(wú)流動(dòng)地下水的飽和松散砂土等地基加固處理施工和質(zhì)量檢查驗(yàn)收。Ⅰ施工要點(diǎn)4.2.2水泥土攪拌樁地基施工前應(yīng)根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行工藝性試成樁,數(shù)量不少于3根,多軸攪拌施工不得少于3組。應(yīng)對(duì)工藝試樁的質(zhì)量進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),確定施工參數(shù)。4.2.3攪拌樁施工時(shí),停漿(灰)不宜小于樁頂設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高500mm;在開(kāi)挖基坑時(shí),應(yīng)將樁頂以上土層及樁頂施工質(zhì)量較差的樁段,采用人工挖除。4.2.4水泥土攪拌樁地基施工主要步驟應(yīng)為:攪拌機(jī)械就位,調(diào)平;預(yù)攪拌(鉆)下沉至設(shè)計(jì)加固深度;邊噴漿(粉)、邊攪拌提升直至預(yù)定的停漿(灰)面;垂直攪拌下沉至設(shè)計(jì)加固深度,必須確保全樁長(zhǎng)上下至少重復(fù)攪拌一次;根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求,將噴漿(粉)或攪拌頭提升至預(yù)定的停漿(灰)面;關(guān)閉攪拌機(jī)械。4.2.5施工設(shè)備及工藝分為濕法和干法,具體應(yīng)執(zhí)行《建筑地基處理技術(shù)規(guī)范》(JGJ79)規(guī)定。Ⅱ主控項(xiàng)目4.2.6進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度檢驗(yàn)時(shí),如設(shè)計(jì)無(wú)特殊要求,對(duì)承重水泥土的攪拌樁應(yīng)取90d后的試件。4.2.7水泥土攪拌樁復(fù)合地基承載力檢驗(yàn)應(yīng)采用復(fù)合地基靜載荷試驗(yàn)和單樁靜載荷試驗(yàn),靜載荷試驗(yàn)宜在成樁28d后進(jìn)行,驗(yàn)收檢驗(yàn)數(shù)量不少于總樁數(shù)的1%,復(fù)合地基靜載荷試驗(yàn)數(shù)量不少于3臺(tái)(多軸攪拌為3組)。4.2.8水泥土攪拌樁用的水泥及外摻劑應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量要求;水泥等材料用量應(yīng)符合配合比要求。Ⅲ一般項(xiàng)目4.2.9水泥土攪拌樁地基質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)一般要求應(yīng)符合《建筑地基基礎(chǔ)工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范》(GB50202-2002)表4.11.5的規(guī)定。4.3旋噴樁復(fù)合地基4.3.1本節(jié)適用于淤泥、淤泥質(zhì)土、流塑、軟塑或可塑粘性土、粘土、砂土,素填土和砂石土等地基加固處理施工和質(zhì)量檢查驗(yàn)收。對(duì)地下水流速較大的地基,應(yīng)根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果確定其適用性。Ⅰ施工要點(diǎn)4.3.2旋噴樁的施工參數(shù)及工藝應(yīng)根據(jù)土質(zhì)條件、加固要求,通過(guò)試驗(yàn)或根據(jù)工程檢驗(yàn)確定,并在施工中嚴(yán)格加以控制。4.3.3單管法及雙管法的高壓水泥漿和三管法高壓水的壓力應(yīng)大于20MPa,流量應(yīng)大于30L/min,氣流壓力宜大于0.7MPa,提升速度宜為0.1m/min~0.2m/min。4.3.4注漿施工時(shí),宜采用自動(dòng)流量和壓力記錄儀,并應(yīng)及時(shí)對(duì)各項(xiàng)記錄和資料進(jìn)行整理、分析。4.3.5施工可按下列步驟和要求進(jìn)行:鉆機(jī)與注漿設(shè)備就位;可采用振動(dòng)法將注漿管置入土層;若用鉆孔法,應(yīng)從鉆孔內(nèi)注入封閉水泥漿,然后插入孔徑為50mm的注漿管;待封閉水泥漿凝固后,擰開(kāi)移注漿管的堵頭,放入注漿器自下向上或自上向下對(duì)地層注入水泥—砂漿或水泥—水玻璃雙液快凝漿液;當(dāng)一次注漿未能滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求時(shí),可沖洗去注漿管內(nèi)漿液,停置24小時(shí)后進(jìn)行第二次注漿,如此反復(fù)操作,直到滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求;噴射后分級(jí)搭接提升。4.3.6注漿施工應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行《既有建筑地基基礎(chǔ)加固技術(shù)規(guī)范》(JGJ123-2012)第11.7.4條規(guī)定。Ⅱ主控項(xiàng)目4.3.7檢驗(yàn)評(píng)定水泥樁(加固體)強(qiáng)度應(yīng)取28d后的試件。4.3.8竣工驗(yàn)收時(shí),旋噴樁復(fù)合地基承載力檢驗(yàn)應(yīng)采用復(fù)合地基靜載荷試驗(yàn)和單樁靜載荷試驗(yàn)。檢驗(yàn)數(shù)量不得少于總樁數(shù)的1%,且每個(gè)單體工程復(fù)合地基靜載荷試驗(yàn)的數(shù)量不得少于3臺(tái)。4.3.9施工中應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按照施工參數(shù)和材料用量施工,每臺(tái)班或每50m3注漿體應(yīng)留置不少于1組注漿液標(biāo)準(zhǔn)強(qiáng)度試塊及1組同條件(潮濕環(huán)境)強(qiáng)度試塊;測(cè)定抗壓強(qiáng)度。4.3.10旋噴樁注漿用的水泥及外摻劑應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量要求;水泥等材料用量應(yīng)符合配合比要求。Ⅲ一般項(xiàng)目4.3.11旋噴樁復(fù)合地基質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)一般控制應(yīng)符合《建筑地基基礎(chǔ)工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范》(GB50202-2002)表4.10.4的規(guī)定。4.3.12檢驗(yàn)點(diǎn)的布置宜在下列部位:1有代表性的樁位;2施工中出現(xiàn)異常情況的部位;3地基情況復(fù)雜,可能對(duì)旋噴樁質(zhì)量產(chǎn)生影響的部位;4成樁質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)點(diǎn)的數(shù)量不少于施工孔數(shù)的2%,并不應(yīng)少于6點(diǎn)。4.4換填地基4.4.1本節(jié)適用于地基加固及超深開(kāi)挖的地基處理施工和質(zhì)量檢查驗(yàn)收。Ⅰ施工要點(diǎn)4.4.2換填地基宜采用砂石或素混凝土基層,且應(yīng)符合下列要求:1砂石基層宜選用碎石、卵石、礫石、粗砂、中砂或石屑材料,并合理級(jí)配;粒徑小于2mm的部分不應(yīng)超過(guò)總重的45%,碎石、礫石或卵石含量應(yīng)大于總重的30%;砂石的最大粒徑不宜大于50mm。砂石基層的厚度不宜小于0.5m,頂面每邊超出基礎(chǔ)底邊不宜小于300mm;砂石基層應(yīng)搌密或夯實(shí),壓實(shí)系數(shù)不宜低于0.97。對(duì)濕陷性黃土地基或膨脹土地基,不得選用砂石等透水材料。2素混凝土基層厚度不宜小于100mm,基層混凝土強(qiáng)度等級(jí)不小于C10。4.4.3基坑開(kāi)挖深度較大,當(dāng)采用砂石基層法時(shí),宜采用強(qiáng)度等級(jí)不小于C10,厚度不少于100mm的素混凝土層對(duì)基坑底作封底,對(duì)砂石基層頂面進(jìn)行蓋面;并視基坑土質(zhì)情況對(duì)砂基作四周防側(cè)陷措施。4.4.4基層底面宜設(shè)在同一標(biāo)高上;若深度不同,基坑底土面應(yīng)挖成階梯或斜坡搭接,并按先深后淺的順序進(jìn)行基層施工,搭接處應(yīng)夯壓密實(shí)。4.4.5基層應(yīng)分層鋪填施工,一般分層厚度可取200~300mm。4.4.6砂石或素混凝土基層宜用振動(dòng)法施工,如采用平板振動(dòng)器、或振搗棒等。4.4.7素混凝土基層總厚度大于0.8m時(shí),可均勻摻入總量不超過(guò)30%、粒徑在100mm~150mm間的塊石。Ⅱ主控項(xiàng)目4.4.8基槽(坑)底面承載力應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,并應(yīng)經(jīng)勘察、設(shè)計(jì)代表現(xiàn)場(chǎng)驗(yàn)槽鑒定。4.4.9砂基層采用環(huán)刀法檢驗(yàn)其壓實(shí)系數(shù),如設(shè)計(jì)有要求也可采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)貫入試驗(yàn)方法。4.4.10采用環(huán)刀法檢驗(yàn)砂基層的施工質(zhì)量時(shí),取樣點(diǎn)應(yīng)位于每層厚度的2/3深度處。對(duì)基槽每10~15延米不應(yīng)少于1個(gè)點(diǎn);每個(gè)獨(dú)立樁基不應(yīng)少于1個(gè)點(diǎn)。采用貫入儀檢驗(yàn)基層施工質(zhì)量時(shí),每分層檢驗(yàn)點(diǎn)的間距應(yīng)小于4m。4.4.11砂石基層的施工質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)必須分層進(jìn)行。應(yīng)在每層的壓實(shí)系數(shù)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求后鋪填上層土。4.4.12素混凝土基層強(qiáng)度試塊應(yīng)按每個(gè)工班或50m3混凝土量取1組,按28d試件強(qiáng)度為施工質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)值。4.4.13施工結(jié)束后,應(yīng)檢驗(yàn)砂石地基的承載力;其要求應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定。4.5鉆孔灌注樁托換加固4.5.1本節(jié)適用于素填土、粘性土、砂質(zhì)粘土、含礫土及強(qiáng)風(fēng)化巖層等地質(zhì)條件的基礎(chǔ)托換加固施工和質(zhì)量檢查驗(yàn)收。Ⅰ施工要點(diǎn)4.5.2鉆孔灌注樁基包括:混凝土灌注樁、注漿碎石樁等;樁徑一般采用300mm~400mm,樁身嵌入承臺(tái)內(nèi)的長(zhǎng)度不宜小于100mm。混凝土灌注設(shè)計(jì)、施工、檢測(cè)和質(zhì)量檢查驗(yàn)收應(yīng)按照現(xiàn)行國(guó)家相關(guān)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行。4.5.3現(xiàn)場(chǎng)場(chǎng)地條件應(yīng)滿足鉆孔樁施工機(jī)械的設(shè)置,并應(yīng)沿鉆孔位置開(kāi)挖溝槽和集水坑。4.5.4按設(shè)計(jì)要求先行施工擴(kuò)大承臺(tái)或托換承臺(tái)施工的,應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)要求預(yù)留樁孔,孔徑尺寸偏差:≤20mm。4.5.5本節(jié)主要為規(guī)范在基礎(chǔ)工程加固采用鉆孔注漿碎石樁施工的質(zhì)量控制要求;壓力灌注的水泥漿液應(yīng)采用標(biāo)號(hào)不低于PO42.5的普通硅酸鹽水水泥,水泥漿液的水灰比1:0.6~1:1.5;樁身用碎石(或礫卵石)宜用新鮮的中~微風(fēng)化巖石,不得使用風(fēng)化石;其規(guī)格為10~30mm的級(jí)配石料。4.5.6鉆機(jī)就位成孔,在土層成孔時(shí)宜采用泥漿護(hù)壁或套管護(hù)壁;鉆機(jī)成孔施工要求應(yīng)按照現(xiàn)行國(guó)家相關(guān)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行,確保施工質(zhì)量與安全。4.5.7終孔清碴檢查完后,應(yīng)及時(shí)安裝注漿設(shè)備和插入孔徑為50mm的金屬注漿管;并轉(zhuǎn)入填料工序。4.5.8碎石(或礫卵石)應(yīng)清洗備用;投入量不應(yīng)少于計(jì)算樁孔體積的0.9倍,填灌時(shí)應(yīng)同時(shí)用注漿管注水清孔。4.5.9按設(shè)計(jì)要求采用一次注漿施工的,泵的最大工作壓力不應(yīng)低于1.5MPa;開(kāi)始注漿時(shí),需要1MPa的起始?jí)毫?,將漿液經(jīng)注漿管從孔底壓出;接著注漿壓力宜為0.2~0.5MPa,使?jié){液逐漸上冒,直致漿液泛出孔口停止注漿;拔出注漿管。4.5.10注漿施工時(shí)應(yīng)采用間隔施工,間歇施工或增加速凝劑摻量等措施,以防止出現(xiàn)相鄰樁冒漿和竄孔現(xiàn)象。如采用灌注混凝土樹(shù)根樁施工不應(yīng)出現(xiàn)縮頸和塌孔。4.5.11拔管后應(yīng)立即在樁頂填充碎石,并在1~2m范圍內(nèi)補(bǔ)充注漿。Ⅱ主控項(xiàng)目4.5.12單樁鉆(成)孔和注漿深度不得小于設(shè)計(jì)要求,注漿量不小于樁孔體積計(jì)算量的0.9倍。4.5.13施工中應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按照施工參數(shù)和材料用量施工,每臺(tái)班或50m3注漿體應(yīng)留置不少于1組注漿液標(biāo)準(zhǔn)強(qiáng)度試塊;檢測(cè)抗壓強(qiáng)度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。4.5.14施工完成后的基樁應(yīng)采用可靠的動(dòng)測(cè)法進(jìn)行樁身質(zhì)量檢測(cè);檢測(cè)樁數(shù)不得少于總樁數(shù)的20%。4.5.15樁基竣工應(yīng)采用靜載荷試驗(yàn)測(cè)定單樁豎向承載力;檢驗(yàn)樁數(shù)不少于總樁數(shù)的1%,且不得少于3根。4.5.16灌注樁的樁位偏差應(yīng)符合表4.5.16的規(guī)定。表4.5.16鉆孔灌注樁的平面位置和垂直度的允許偏差成孔方法樁徑允許偏差(mm)垂直度允許偏差(%)樁位允許偏差(mm)1~3根、單排樁基垂直于中心線方向和群樁基礎(chǔ)的邊樁條形樁基沿中心線方向和群樁基礎(chǔ)中心線D≤500mm-20<170150注:1樁徑允許偏差的負(fù)值是指?jìng)€(gè)別斷面。2D為設(shè)計(jì)樁徑。4.5.17灌注樁的孔深應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,不允許負(fù)偏差。4.6壓入預(yù)制樁基托換加固4.6.1本節(jié)適用于需較大幅度提高基礎(chǔ)承載力,適用于土層較均勻的素填土、粘性土、砂質(zhì)粘土等到地質(zhì)條件的基礎(chǔ)托換加固施工和質(zhì)量檢查驗(yàn)收。Ⅰ施工要點(diǎn)4.6.2現(xiàn)場(chǎng)場(chǎng)地條件應(yīng)滿足壓樁機(jī)械的設(shè)置,地基能夠承受壓樁施工的受力要求。4.6.3壓入式預(yù)制樁基包括:鋼筋混凝土預(yù)制樁、鋼管(板)樁;預(yù)制樁設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)按現(xiàn)行國(guó)家相關(guān)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行,樁徑一般采用200~350mm,壓入式預(yù)制樁應(yīng)設(shè)置樁靴;樁頂嵌入承臺(tái)內(nèi)的長(zhǎng)度不宜小于100mm。4.6.4利用原承臺(tái)鉆(鑿)開(kāi)壓樁孔法,應(yīng)將孔壁鑿毛,清理干凈壓樁孔;對(duì)鑿開(kāi)的樁孔應(yīng)將原承臺(tái)鋼筋割斷后彎起,待壓樁后再焊接。4.6.5采用擴(kuò)大承臺(tái)或托換承臺(tái)進(jìn)行壓入樁施工法,應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)要求施工擴(kuò)大承臺(tái)或托換承臺(tái),并按設(shè)計(jì)要求預(yù)留壓樁孔,壓樁孔徑≥300mm。4.6.6施工前應(yīng)對(duì)進(jìn)場(chǎng)預(yù)制(成品)樁進(jìn)行質(zhì)量檢查驗(yàn)收;對(duì)壓樁機(jī)械的安裝和運(yùn)行應(yīng)進(jìn)行安全性能檢驗(yàn);并查對(duì)壓力表等數(shù)顯計(jì)量?jī)x表的檢定情況。4.6.7批量壓樁前應(yīng)根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)樁長(zhǎng)、壓力(或單樁承載力)的指標(biāo),進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試壓樁施工及樁身焊接工藝試驗(yàn);試樁不少于2根,并據(jù)測(cè)試結(jié)果及時(shí)修正壓樁設(shè)計(jì)控制指標(biāo),以設(shè)計(jì)變更書(shū)面下達(dá)。4.6.8壓樁施工過(guò)程應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查壓力、樁垂直度、接樁間歇時(shí)間、樁的連接質(zhì)量及壓入深度,并及時(shí)作好記錄。4.6.9壓樁施工過(guò)程注意事項(xiàng):1壓樁架應(yīng)保持豎直,錨固螺栓的螺帽或錨具應(yīng)均衡堅(jiān)固,壓樁過(guò)程中應(yīng)擰緊松動(dòng)的螺帽;2就位的樁節(jié)應(yīng)保持豎直,使千斤頂、樁節(jié)及壓樁孔軸線重合,不得偏心加壓,壓樁時(shí)應(yīng)墊鋼板或麻袋,套上鋼樁帽后再進(jìn)行壓樁。樁平面偏差不得超過(guò)±20mm,樁節(jié)垂直度偏差不得大于1%的樁節(jié)長(zhǎng);3整根樁應(yīng)一次連續(xù)壓到設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高,當(dāng)必須中途停壓時(shí),樁端應(yīng)停留在軟弱土層中,且停壓的間隔時(shí)間不宜超過(guò)24h;4壓樁施工應(yīng)對(duì)稱進(jìn)行,不應(yīng)數(shù)臺(tái)壓樁機(jī)在一個(gè)獨(dú)立基礎(chǔ)上同時(shí)加壓;5焊接接樁前應(yīng)對(duì)準(zhǔn)上下節(jié)樁的垂直軸線,清除焊面鐵銹后進(jìn)行滿焊;6封樁前應(yīng)鑿毛和刷洗干凈樁頂側(cè)表面后再涂混凝土界面劑,封樁可分為不施加預(yù)應(yīng)力法和預(yù)應(yīng)力法兩種方法;7在托換加固過(guò)程,應(yīng)根據(jù)沉降監(jiān)測(cè)情況調(diào)整壓樁順序,可間隔對(duì)稱壓樁;8當(dāng)封樁不施加預(yù)應(yīng)力時(shí),在達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)壓樁力和樁端設(shè)計(jì)深度后,即可使千斤頂卸載,拆除壓樁架,焊接錨桿交叉鋼筋,清除壓樁孔內(nèi)雜物、積水及浮漿,然后與樁帽梁一起澆筑C30微膨脹早強(qiáng)混凝土。當(dāng)施加預(yù)應(yīng)力時(shí),應(yīng)在千斤頂不卸載條件下,采用型鋼托換支架,清理壓樁孔后立即將樁與壓樁孔錨固,當(dāng)封樁混凝土達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度后,方可卸載。Ⅱ主控項(xiàng)目4.6.10施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)預(yù)制的鋼筋混凝土樁和承臺(tái)樁孔的封樁混凝土,應(yīng)按規(guī)定進(jìn)行材料檢驗(yàn)和混凝土28d齡期試塊強(qiáng)度作質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)評(píng)定;混凝土強(qiáng)度應(yīng)滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。4.6.11單樁施工最終壓樁力與樁壓入深度(或持力層深度)應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求;壓樁力應(yīng)達(dá)到《建筑地基基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB5007)規(guī)定的單樁豎向承載力特征值的1.5倍,且持續(xù)時(shí)間不應(yīng)少于5min。4.6.12樁豎向承載力檢測(cè)應(yīng)采用靜載荷法,檢驗(yàn)樁數(shù)不少于總樁數(shù)的1%,且不得少于3根。Ⅲ一般項(xiàng)目4.6.13壓入樁的樁位偏差應(yīng)符合表4.6.13規(guī)定,斜樁傾斜度的偏差不得大于傾角正切值的15%。表4.6.13壓入樁樁位允許偏差表序號(hào)項(xiàng)目允許偏差1蓋有基礎(chǔ)梁的樁:(1)垂直基礎(chǔ)梁的中心線(2)沿基礎(chǔ)梁的中心線(1)100+0.01H(2)150+0.01H2樁數(shù)為1~3根樁基中的樁1003樁數(shù)為4~16根樁基中的樁1/2樁徑或邊長(zhǎng)4樁數(shù)大于16根樁基中的樁:(1)最外邊的樁(2)中間樁(1)1/3樁徑或邊長(zhǎng)(2)1/2樁徑或邊長(zhǎng)5(1)接樁時(shí)上下節(jié)平面偏差(2)接樁時(shí)節(jié)點(diǎn)彎曲矢高(1)<10mm(2)<1/100
