Word———業(yè)務部經(jīng)理助理畢業(yè)實習報告高校四班級,我們已進入學習專業(yè)課,為了進一步對專業(yè)學問與實踐結(jié)合,便開展熟悉實習。熟悉實習其實也不能完整的學到一些專業(yè)學問,但是作為一次高校生與實際環(huán)境的直接接觸,而且是第一次,必將對我以后的專業(yè)學習乃至個人進展都將有所關(guān)心。
我所在的實習單位是河南沃德醫(yī)療器械有限公司,是一家專業(yè)的醫(yī)療器械代理經(jīng)銷商,主要經(jīng)銷國內(nèi)外先進的醫(yī)療設備(2.3類),代理產(chǎn)品涵蓋生命信息監(jiān)護、臨床檢驗及試劑、醫(yī)學超聲成像三大臨床領(lǐng)域,旨在將性能與價格完善平衡的醫(yī)療電子產(chǎn)品進駐到更多的醫(yī)院經(jīng)過半年多的實習,我在實習單位擔當總經(jīng)理助理一職、從中我學到許多東西,也增長了許多閱歷,也慢慢明白,作為一個實習生,職位不是最重要的,重要的是要在任何職位上懂得如何學習,如何積累閱歷。
在這次的實習中,我加深了對于團隊概念的理解,也積累了很多專業(yè)學問和閱歷,這是一種極其珍貴的收獲。多一點接觸,就能多一點進步,每一件新事物都要去嘗試,這才能品嘗到其中的酸甜苦辣。
從實習中我得到如下心得體會:
(一)實地實習,實踐力量得到提高剛接觸醫(yī)療器械時,我一頭
霧水,沒什么了解也沒什么概念。走上工作崗位后,在關(guān)心總經(jīng)理完成相關(guān)工作的同時,我開頭初步了解我們所代理器械的也許狀況,比如產(chǎn)品種類、產(chǎn)品性能作用等,但是對于它的操作和原理不是特別了解。之后接觸產(chǎn)品部和銷售部的相關(guān)工作后,漸漸熟識了。實習后期已基本學會熱銷產(chǎn)品的一些功能、使用方法等,也簡潔了解了它的原理。把握了很多書本以外的學問,之后的銷售及跑業(yè)務工作也順手了許多,實踐力量也得到提高。
(二)養(yǎng)成持之以恒,堅持究竟的精神那句俗話:說起來簡單做起來難。一句話,不要由于任何緣由不要以任何理由放棄自己原已養(yǎng)成的良好習慣。否則你會懊悔失去的太多,得到的太少。在實習中我充分體會到了這句話的意義,實習之前只看到作為企業(yè)大腦的總經(jīng)理自信的運籌帷幄,工作之后才發(fā)覺這種運籌帷幄的背后有多少的酸甜苦辣,我才知道堅持的力氣以及勝利的喜悅,也讓我懂得了做任何事情都要有一種劇烈的責任感和不能輕言放棄的心。
(三)走入社會,人際關(guān)系得到提升雖然在人際交往中,我顯得比較年輕,但我正漸漸去努力,去學習,去轉(zhuǎn)變。我正學著如何更好地與別人溝通,如何更好地去陳述自己的觀點,如何勸說別人認同自己的觀點。信任這些珍貴的閱歷會成為我今后勝利最重要的基石。實習是每一個高校畢業(yè)生必需擁有的一段經(jīng)受,它使我們在實踐中了解社會,讓我們學到了許多在課堂上根本就學不到的學問,也開拓了視
野,增長了見識,為我們以后更好地進展打下了堅實的基礎(chǔ)。

TianfaCompanyisaprivatecelebrationcompany.Itwasfoundedin1998.Ithasahigherreputationwithprofession.Nowithasbeeninvolvedinmanybusinesses,mainlyincludingofferingserviceonprofessionalweddingplanningfornewlymarriedcouples,properassistanceoncommercialperformanceandcelebrationsforthegovernment.TianfaCelebrationCulturalCommunications,undertakingthetaskof“sincereservice”,aimstofulfillalltheclients’desiresanddemands.Manypeopleseetheweddingasanendinitselfwhenitisonlythebeginning.Afterall,everyonewouldliketolooktheirbestontheirweddingday.AllofclientsrequireswillbefulfilledbyTianfaCompany,andthiscompany’sbriefisthatweddingisnotaendingoflovebutanotherbeginningofsweetlove.
TianfaCelebrationCulturalCommunicationshasaCelebrationDepartment,PerformanceDepartment,WeddingPlanningDepartment,DesignDepartment,AdministrativeDepartmentandEngineeringDepartmentandClientDepartment.IworkedintheClientDepartmentandhelpedthebusinessmanagertofinishhisworkwithhighefficiency.
ItwasveryconvenienttometoworkinTianfaCelebrationCulturalCommunicationsjustbecauseitislocatedinthecenterofYichangcity,atthe12thfloorintheWandaPlaza.Everymorningitwouldtakeme5minutesfrommyhometoworkplaceby
feet.
NowTianfaCelebrationCulturalCommunicationshasbecomethemostimportantlargescalecomprehensivecelebrationinstitutioninYichangcityafteritsfourteenyears’developmentandnowisenjoyingahighreputationinthefieldofweddingcelebration,businessactivitiesandgovernmentactivities.Itisalsoenjoyingthefullrecognitionfromclientsandleadersofgovernment.

FromtheendofJune20xxtothebeginningofJuly,Iwastrainedbymyleader,thebusinessmanager,Mr.Liu.Mr.Liuwasaseriouspersonwhenhewasinthecompany,butwhenhevisitedhisclientshecouldalwayscommunicatewithhisclientsharmoniously,hewaslookedjustlikeclients’friends.Hetoldmethatthemostimportantthingwhenwetalkwithourclientswasthesmiletoourclients.So,thefirstthingIstudiedinTianfacompanywassmile,nomatterhowdepressedIwas,nomatterhowangryIwas.Inmyopinion,smilewasausefultoolateveryjob.
ThenIlearnedalotaboutbusinessandcommunications,andsoon.ThefollowingisformeinthismonthofbeinganassistantofBusinessManager.
Thefirststepwastopropagandizeourcompanyandserviceinthehotels,weddingphotographygalleries,andtheplacesthatprospectivehusbandsandwivescouldcomeandgo,orpropagandizeontheIandG.Andingeneral,relyonthepopularityandtypicalcases,notafewprospectivehusbandsandwiveswouldconsulttoourcompany.Propagandizinglaidasolidfoundationforbrassinessdevelopment.
Thesecondstepwasthefirstcommunicationthroughthecall.Mostofprospectivehusbandsandwiveswouldnotvisitourcompanydirectly,theywouldliketomakea

Afterwesigningthebillswithclients,IshouldhandtheofferingplantotheDesignDepartment,andourworkwasfinished,weshouldfindanotherclients.

foundthatsomeclientswereunpractical,therequirestheygaveuswereimpracticable.Everyatthistime,Icouldimaginethattheymustwatchsomanyromanticlovestories.AndMr.Liuwouldleadmetoanalyzewhichstyletheywouldliketochose,thengavethemsomeotherideasthroughsometypicalexamplesshow,inthisway,theprospectivehusbandsandwives'mindswouldbeguidedbyus.IadmiredthewayofcommunicationthatMr.Liuused.IreallyhopedthatIwouldhavetheabilityofleadingthroughaconversationwithothers.
NotonlyshouldIpromotethebusinessbetweenmyleaderMr.Liuandourclients,butalsoImusthelpmybossholdtheTheFirstLawnWeddingConference,YichangwhichwasheldonJuly,21st.Onthatnight,therewouldbethousandsofprospectivehusbandsandwiveswhowerefoundingtruelovehandinhandintheromanticnightonthegrass.ThisactivitywasheldbySportsHotel,TianfaCelebrationCulturalCommunicationsandsomeotherwell-knowncelebrationcompany,theThreeGorgesEvening,ThreeGorgesNewsNetwork.Weofferedlawnweddingshowforthisconference,includingnewlymarriedcouples,aemcee,weddingdressandthenecessitiesinawedding.Thedistinguishedguestsatthisconferencewereprospectivehusbandsandwiveswhowantedtofindacelebrationcompanytoholdtheirlawnwedding.Myleader,Mr.Liu,hassignedsixbillsatthisconferenceimmediately.OurcompanyalsosuppliedLangAlcoholasprizesatthelotterydrawingpart.ButthemainpurposeofthisactivitywasthatDongshanStadium,SportsHotelandmanycelebrationcompaniessighedacontracttocooperate,meettheconditionsofprospectivehusbandsandwiveswhowantedalawnwedding.Lateron,thenewlymarriedcouplescouldholdthelawnweddinginthegrassofDongshanStadium,holdthefeastandtreatrelativesandfriendsinSportsHotel,itisveryconvenientbecauseDongshanStadiumisbehindtheSportsHotel.
