1、制訂并組織實(shí)施技術(shù)系統(tǒng)工作目標(biāo)和工作計(jì)劃。
2、組織制訂并實(shí)施技術(shù)系統(tǒng)規(guī)章制度和實(shí)施細(xì)則。
3、組織不合格品的審理工作。
4、組織技術(shù)、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)與創(chuàng)新。
5、組織建立并實(shí)施質(zhì)量體系。
6、公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、計(jì)量管理工作。
7、定期進(jìn)行技術(shù)分析和質(zhì)量分析工作,制定預(yù)防和糾正措施。
8、重要技術(shù)工藝設(shè)備、計(jì)量器具的申購(gòu)。
9、技術(shù)系統(tǒng)文件等資料的整理保管及公司檔案管理工作。
10、公司保密工作。
二、管理職責(zé)
1、組織建設(shè)
(1)、參與討論公司部門級(jí)以上組織結(jié)構(gòu);
(2)、確定下級(jí)部門的組織結(jié)構(gòu);
(3)、當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)下級(jí)部門的崗位設(shè)置或崗位分工不合理時(shí),要及時(shí)指出問(wèn)題,作出調(diào)整,并通知人力資源部。
2、招聘及任免
A、用人需求
(1)、提出直接下級(jí)崗位的用人需求,并編寫該崗位的崗位職責(zé)和任職資格,提交給總經(jīng)理確認(rèn);
(2)、確認(rèn)直接下級(jí)提交的用人需求(含崗位職責(zé)和任職資格),并提交總經(jīng)理確認(rèn)。
B、面試
(1)、進(jìn)行直接下級(jí)崗位的初試;
(2)、進(jìn)行直接下級(jí)的直接下級(jí)崗位復(fù)試,并做最后確定;
(3)、組織參與面試的人員。
C、不合格員工處理
(1)、提出對(duì)不合格直接下級(jí)的處理建議,提交總經(jīng)理確認(rèn);
(2)、確認(rèn)直接下級(jí)提出的對(duì)不合格員工的處理建議,提交給人力資源部。
3、培訓(xùn)
(1)、提出對(duì)直接下級(jí)的培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃,提交總經(jīng)理確認(rèn);
(2)、確認(rèn)直接下級(jí)提出的培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃,提交人力資源部。
4、績(jī)效考評(píng)
(1)、提出直接下級(jí)的績(jī)效考評(píng)原則,提交總經(jīng)理確認(rèn);
(2)、根據(jù)總經(jīng)理確認(rèn)的績(jī)效考評(píng)原則,與人力資源部經(jīng)理商討并確定績(jī)效考評(píng)方法;
(3)、對(duì)直接下級(jí)進(jìn)行考評(píng),并進(jìn)行考評(píng)溝通。將考評(píng)結(jié)果提交人力資源部。
5、工作溝通
(1)、匯總工作報(bào)告,并與總經(jīng)理進(jìn)行信息溝通,同時(shí)將這些信息傳遞到直接下級(jí);
(2)、負(fù)責(zé)將公司的政策、原則、策略等信息,快速、清晰、準(zhǔn)確地傳達(dá)給直接下級(jí);
(3)、確定書面的交互式的工作通報(bào)制度,與直接下屬進(jìn)行溝通。
6、激勵(lì)
(1)、提議下級(jí)部門和直接下級(jí)的激勵(lì)原則,提交總經(jīng)理確認(rèn);
(2)、根據(jù)總經(jīng)理確認(rèn)的激勵(lì)原則,與人力資源部經(jīng)理商討并確定激勵(lì)方法。
7、經(jīng)費(fèi)審核與控制
(1)、依據(jù)財(cái)務(wù)制度審批下級(jí)部門的各項(xiàng)花費(fèi),并確認(rèn)支出的合理性;
(2)、監(jiān)督并控制下級(jí)部門的費(fèi)用支出,并向總經(jīng)理進(jìn)行費(fèi)用月報(bào)。
8、工作報(bào)告
(1)定期將自己的各項(xiàng)工作及下級(jí)部門工作以書面的形式向總經(jīng)理報(bào)告。
9、表現(xiàn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力
(1)、指導(dǎo)、鼓勵(lì)、鞭策下級(jí),使下級(jí)能努力工作;
(2)、有辦法提升下級(jí)的工作效果和工作效率;
(3)、能為下級(jí)描繪公司的戰(zhàn)略意圖和遠(yuǎn)大前景。2.1.2職責(zé)(適用于國(guó)外)Whatyouneedforthisposition:
