高中班主任個人述職工作報告班主任個人述職報告;尊敬的領(lǐng)導:班主任工作其實是一門藝術(shù),一項技巧。不僅是教書,還要育人;不僅是老師,還要是朋友。只要用心、用愛,就會得到學生們的愛戴、尊重與支持?;仡欉@一學期的班主任工作,作如下述職:一、親近學生,研究學生;展現(xiàn)自我,樹立威望;“誰愛孩子,孩子就會愛他,只有用愛才能教育孩子?!蔽艺J為班主任要善于接近孩子,體貼和關(guān)心學生,和他們進行親密的思想交流,讓他們真正感受到老師對他的親近和"愛"。這是班主任順利開展一切工作的基礎(chǔ)。所以,我也是這么做的,每到下課我就來到班級,融入學生當,與他們聊天,和他們交流,在這過程,我用眼睛去觀察,用耳朵去傾聽,用心去體會,耐心、細心、真心、熱心地干好各項學生工作。在與學生的交流過程,逐漸創(chuàng)建了良好的班風、學風;了解班級及班級學生主要的優(yōu)缺點并分析其原因所在,了解學生家長普遍的文化層次,找到亟待糾正的弱點;同時還研究學生的個性特征(包括能力、氣質(zhì)、性格、愛好等),了解學生個人的生活環(huán)境等,以便與我更好地對癥下藥地教育每一個學生?!疤依畈徽Z,下自成蹊”,在我的教育工作,我一直堅信這一點。我要以自己的人格魅力Traditionalskills高中班主任個人述職工作報告班主任個人述職報告Traditio1CONTENTSPAGETalktimeSpeakupSpeakingCONTENTSPAGETalktimeSpeakup2Talktime1234
