彭Heater湖州久盛電氣有限公司HuzhouJiushengElectricCo.,Ltd..、、/?一、、.刖百Foreword油田的稠油井通常需要井下電加熱器，井下電加熱器因?yàn)楦邷?、高壓、沙粒的磨刷，?duì)電加熱器的安全、可靠性，使用壽命等應(yīng)用要求非常高。Theheavyoilwellsoftheoilfields(s)oftenrequiretheuseoftheundergroundelectricheaterforheating.Duetohightemperature,highpressureandsandabrasion,therequirementsforthesafety,reliability,andservicelifeoftheelectricheaterareveryhigh.現(xiàn)在推薦的是采用國(guó)內(nèi)近幾年新生產(chǎn)的金屬M(fèi)I加熱電纜制造的井下電加熱器，。電阻性發(fā)熱，電路系統(tǒng)方式簡(jiǎn)捷。具有真正的耐高溫(可達(dá)600C),機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高，熱表面負(fù)荷低的技術(shù)特性。WenowrecommendedtheundergroundelectricheaterthatismanufacturedusingthelatestdomesticallymadeMIheatingcable.Theproductiscapableofresistanceheatingwithasimplecircuitsystem.Moreover,ithassuchtechnicalcharacteristicsasresistancetohightemperature(upto600C),highmechanicalstrengthandlowheatsurfaceload.井下電加熱器可以設(shè)計(jì)成任意的使用電壓，利用井下電加熱器的傳輸電力電纜(采用有成熟應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)的潛油泵扁電纜)，使其既輸送電力又能合理沿油管外壁小功率發(fā)熱。這樣的組合，真正解決油井底部粘稠油品的泵吸入加熱及油管外壁電加熱的技術(shù)難題。Theundergroundelectricheatermaybedesignedtoanyoperatingvoltage.Thepowertransmissioncableoftheundergroundelectricheater(usetheprovenflatcableofthesubmersiblepump)isusedtotransmitpowerandgiveoffheatatasmallpowerlevelreasonablyalongtheouterwalloftheoilpipe.Suchacombinationprovidesarealsolutiontothetechnicalproblemssuchaspumpsuctionoftheheavybodiedoilsatthebottomoftheoilwellandtheelectricheatingoftheouterwalloftheoilpipe.一、油井油管外壁電加熱有三種應(yīng)用配合形式：One.Thereare3applicationcombinationsofelectricheatingoftheouterwalloftheoilpipeoftheoilwells井下電加熱器(見(jiàn)圖一)Undergroundelectricheater(SeeFigure1)油管外壁電加熱+井下電加熱器(見(jiàn)圖二)Electricheatingoftheouterwalloftheoilpipe+undergroundelectricheater(SeeFigure2)二、油管外壁電加熱的一般技術(shù)要求：Two.Generaltechnicalrequirementsforelectricheatingoftheouterwalloftheoilpipe10米一點(diǎn)綁扎在下井作業(yè)的油管外壁；Boundontotheouterwalloftheoilpipeforundergroundoperationsatanintervalofevery10m加熱深度1800m；井口油溫達(dá)到60--80C；加熱功率50—1000Kw;Heatingdepth:1800m;Oiltemperatureatthewellhead:60--80C;Heatingpower:50—1000Kw;電源電壓三相1140/660VAC;或者660/380VAC;380/220VAC;Powervoltage:3-phase1140/660VAC;or660/380VAC;380/220VAC;井下電加熱器的一般技術(shù)要求：Generaltechnicalrequirementsfortheundergroundelectricheater:上、下固定連接接頭TBG2-1/2”;Upper/lowerfixingconnectionjointTBG2-1/2;加熱深度----與電潛螺桿泵連接；井下油溫達(dá)到115C；加熱功率50—1000Kw;Heatingdepth—connectedtotheelectricsubmersiblescrewpump;undergroundoiltemperature:115C;heatingpower:50—1000Kw;電源電壓660/380/220VAC;Powervoltage:660/380/220VAC;/三、原理：Three.Principles潛油泵扁電纜，整根金屬鎧裝，耐高溫，耐腐蝕，利用芯線純電阻來(lái)發(fā)熱成為既導(dǎo)電又發(fā)熱的特殊優(yōu)點(diǎn)。綁扎在井內(nèi)油管外壁上，直至電潛螺桿泵結(jié)構(gòu)需要的封隔器頂端(或者需要的深度)，利用市電電壓通入潛油泵扁電纜發(fā)出的均勻熱量直接加熱井內(nèi)油管，通過(guò)井內(nèi)油管均勻加熱油管內(nèi)油品。(可以利用調(diào)壓變壓器升高市電電源電壓).Theentireflatcableofthesubmersiblepumpismetalarmored,high-temperatureresistantandcorrosion-resistantandusesthepureresistanceofthecorewireforheatingandconductivity.Boundedontheouterwalloftheoilpipeinthewelluntilthepackertoprequiredbytheelectricsubmersiblescrewpumpstructure(ortherequireddepth)isreached,itusesthecommercialpowervoltage,whichisconnectedtotheflatcableofthesubmersiblepumptogiveoffheatevenlytoheattheoilpipeinthewell,andheattheoilinthepipeevenlythroughtheoilpipeinthewell.(Thevoltageregulatormaybeusedtoincreasethecommercialpowervoltage).利用潛油泵扁電纜將市電電壓通入井下電加熱器(采用金屬M(fèi)I加熱電纜制造)，發(fā)出集中的大功率熱量，依靠熱對(duì)流換熱來(lái)加熱油井下部的油品，以提高油品溫度及降低油品粘稠度，方便電潛螺桿泵抽吸油品。Theflatcableofthesubmersiblepumpconnectsthecommercialpowervoltagetotheundergroundelectricheater(madeusingthemetalMIheatingcable)togiveoffheatatahighpowerlevelinacentralizedmanner,andtheoilatthebottomofthewellisheatedthroughconvectionheatexchangetoincreaseoiltemperatureandreduceoilviscosityandenabletheelectricsubmersiblepumptosuckuptheoil.四、技術(shù)方案描述：Four.Descriptionofthetechnicalscheme最終完成的寺內(nèi)電加熱系統(tǒng)如下圖Thefinalinstalledelectricheatingsysteminthewellisshowninthefigurebelow:

圖一、井下加熱裝置示意圖Figure1.Schematicoftheundergroundheatingdevice應(yīng)用實(shí)例：Applicationexample:基本計(jì)算資料：油田井號(hào)，CB243A-6#;CB243A-3#;井深2000m。Basiccalculationdata:oilfieldwellnumber:CB243A-6#;CB243A-3#;welldepth:2000m。套管直徑273.05mm,油管直徑177.8mm。Bushingdiameter:273.05mm;oilpipediameter:177.8mm井計(jì)算參數(shù)為：Thecalculationsparametersofthewellareasfollows:日產(chǎn)原油量50TDailycrudeoilproduction:50T泵下深1250mDepthunderthepump:1250m泵下加熱降粘溫升15CTemperaturerisefromheatingandviscosityreducingunderthepump:15C要求井內(nèi)加熱段長(zhǎng)度為1250mTherequiredlengthoftheheatingsectioninthewellis:1250m地溫梯度3.9C/100mGeothermalgradient:3.9C/100m泵下電加熱器功率20KwPoweroftheundergroundelectricheaterunderthepump:Kw井套管散熱補(bǔ)充功率40w/mRadiatingsupplementingpowerofthewellbushing:40w/m選用潛油泵（電加熱器）扁電纜：Selecttheflatcableofthesubmersiblepump（electricheater）:.總計(jì)算電熱功率72Kw,（井下21Kw;井筒壁51Kw）Totalcalculatedelectricheatingpower72Kw,（underground21Kw;shaftwall:51Kw）采用電壓660/380VAC三相四線；工作相電流63.2AVoltageadopted:660/380VAC3-phase,4-wire;operatingphasecurrent:63.2A（用聯(lián)電壓分配：井下電加熱器110VAC;井筒壁270VAC;）（Serialvoltagedistribution:undergroundelectricheater110VAC;shaftwall:270VAC;）井筒壁電加熱器扁電纜型號(hào)：QYEQ-33X6mm2;數(shù)量一根；Modeloftheflatcableoftheelectricheateroftheshaftwall::QYEQ-33X6mm2;quantity:1piece;外尺寸8.4X30mm;金屬護(hù)套為鍍鋅鋼帶；發(fā)熱功率40.4w/m;Outlinedimension:8.4X30mm;themetaljacketiszincplatedsteelbelt;heatingpower:40.4w/m;井下電加熱器加熱電纜型號(hào)MICN-C16C8/165/7000/110/G1/2;數(shù)量三根Modeloftheheatingcableoftheundergroundelectricheater:MICN-C16C8/165/7000/110/G1/2;quantity:3pieces外直徑5.3mm;金屬護(hù)套種類白銅；單位發(fā)熱42.4w/m;Outerdiameter:5.3mm:typeofthemetaljacket:whitecopper;unitheating:42.4w/m電加熱器加熱電纜表面發(fā)熱強(qiáng)度0.255w/cm2（可以保證稠油不結(jié)焦；可以油夾氣干燒）；Surfaceheatingstrengthoftheheatingcableoftheelectricheater:0.255w/cm2(mayensurethattheheavybodiedoilwillnotbecarbonized;capableofdryburninginoilwithgas);繞制成電加熱器，在散熱孔板外有抗摩擦加強(qiáng)筋；長(zhǎng)6m；二端帶①140mm盒式扶正器，下井時(shí)能承受與井壁的導(dǎo)向摩擦；Woundintotheelectricheater.Thereisananti-abrasionreinforcingbaroutsidetheradiatingorificeplate;length:6m;with①140mmbox-typecenteringdeviceatthetwoends;canwithstandtheguideabrasionwiththewellwallwhenloweredintothewell.③溫度控制：Temperaturecontrol:出井口轉(zhuǎn)換為耐寒型軟電纜，引入溫度電控箱內(nèi)，實(shí)現(xiàn)電力傳輸及對(duì)溫度的監(jiān)控。溫度電控箱為戶外全天候級(jí)，非防爆，應(yīng)放置在安全區(qū)域內(nèi)。Changedtothecold-resistantsoftcablewhenexitingthewellhead,whichisledintotheelectriccontrolboxtoallowforpowertransmissionandtemperaturemonitoring.Thetemperatureelectriccontrolboxisoftheoutdoor,weather-proofandnon-explosion-prooftype,andshallbelocatedinthesafearea.溫度控制儀的溫度定值可以在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)任意設(shè)定，工廠出廠溫度定值為上限溫度82C,下限溫度78CoThetemperaturesettingsofthetemperaturecontrollermaybesetonthesitefreely.Theuppertemperaturelimitofthefactoryis82Candthelowertemperaturelimit78C.溫度傳感器安裝在汕嘴外的出油管內(nèi)，根據(jù)這點(diǎn)的溫度進(jìn)行電熱運(yùn)行的自動(dòng)控制。Thetemperaturesensorisinstalledintheoiloutletpipeoutsidetheoilnozzle,basedonthetemperatureofwhichautomaticcontrolofelectricheatingoperationiscarriedout.④安全性能：Safetyperformance:穿入的潛油泵扁電纜，機(jī)械強(qiáng)度很高，綁在油管外壁，成為與油管同體的整件，下井時(shí)能承受與井壁的摩擦。井內(nèi)油管和電纜卡子承擔(dān)了潛油泵扁電纜的重量。油田可以不受限制的進(jìn)行油管內(nèi)的作業(yè)。Theflatcableofthesubmersiblepumpthreadedintothepipehashighmechanicalstrength,isboundontotheouterwalloftheoilpipeforminganintegralwholewiththeoilpipe,andmaywithstandtheabrasionwiththeshaftwallwhenloweredintothewell.Theoilpipeandcablefastenersinthewellbeartheweightoftheflatcableofthesubmersiblepump.Theoilfieldmayperformoperationsintheoilpipewithoutrestrictions.井內(nèi)全部電熱器材最高長(zhǎng)期工作溫度+180C；安全可靠，使用壽命長(zhǎng)。Themaximumlong-termoperatingtemperatureofallelectricheatingequipmentinthewellis+180C;itissafeandreliablewithalongservicelife.施工安裝簡(jiǎn)便，按照規(guī)程操作還可以拆除重復(fù)安裝使用。Theelectricheaterallowsforeasyinstallation,mayberemovedforrepeatedinstallationanduseinaccordancewiththeoperationspecification.五、施工安裝簡(jiǎn)述Five.Briefdescriptionofinstallation工廠預(yù)制的電加熱器下端連接在電潛油泵的上端，電加熱元件圓周分布在套管內(nèi)，兩端設(shè)有扶正器。電加熱器上端固定在油管上。Thelowerendoftheprefabricatedelectricheaterisconnectedtotheupperendoftheelectricsubmersiblepump,thecircumferenceoftheelectricheatingelementisdistributedinsidethebushing,andacenteringdeviceisprovidedatthetwoends.Theupperendoftheelectricheaterisattachedontotheoilpipe.潛油泵扁電纜隨同潛油泵電機(jī)電纜同時(shí)下井，按照潛油泵電纜作業(yè)要求，一起用電纜卡子固定在油管外壁，連續(xù)下入。Theflatcableofthesubmersiblepumpisloweredintothewelltogetherwiththemotorcableofthesubmersiblepump,attachedtotheouterwalloftheoilpipeinaccordancewiththecablingrequirementsofthesubmersiblepumpandloweredintothewellcontinuously.在120m左右的封隔器上，采用電纜承插式密封接頭，利用封隔器上1/2毛細(xì)管孔，兩端做機(jī)械連接密封，解決加熱電纜穿越封隔器的問(wèn)題。Onthe120morsopacker,makemechanicalconnectionsealatthetwoendsusingthespigot-and-socketcablesealjointandthe1/2capillaryholeonthepackertosolvetheproblemoftheheatingcablethreadingthroughthepacker.潛油泵扁電纜在井口懸掛器預(yù)留孔穿出，與潛油泵電機(jī)電纜分別引出及密封。Theflatcableofthesubmersiblepumpisthreadedthroughthereservedholeofthewellheadsuspender,andledoutandsealedwiththemotorcableofthesubmersiblepumpseparately.檢查電加熱系統(tǒng)的各項(xiàng)電氣參數(shù)正常。Checktoseeiftheelectricalparametersoftheelectricheatingsystemarenormal.安裝溫度電控柜，連接聯(lián)系電力和控制電纜。Installthetemperatureelectriccontrolbox,connectthepowercableandcontrolcable.請(qǐng)油田技術(shù)人員檢查安裝質(zhì)量。Askthetechnicalpersonneloftheoilfieldtochecktheinstallationquality.打開(kāi)溫度電控柜，進(jìn)行總調(diào)試。Openthetemperatureelectriccontrolboxforgeneralcommissioning.總調(diào)試結(jié)束以后，請(qǐng)示油田現(xiàn)場(chǎng)主管，申請(qǐng)送電運(yùn)行。Uponcompletionofgeneralcommissioning,furnishanapplicationtotheon-sitesupervisoroftheoilfieldforenergizingandputtingtheequipmentintooperation.送電投運(yùn)步驟：Procedurestoenergizeandputtheequipmentintooperation:合總開(kāi)關(guān)Turnonthemasterswitch.手動(dòng)啟動(dòng)接通電熱系統(tǒng)，觀察記錄時(shí)間、電壓、電流、溫度參數(shù)正常。Starttheelectricheatingsystemmanually,observetoseeifthetime,voltage,currentandtemperatureparametersarenormalandrecordthem.送電預(yù)熱一小時(shí)以后，可以啟動(dòng)電潛油泵試采油。Onehourafterenergizingtowarmup,starttheelectricsubmersiblepumptoextractoilsonatrialbasis.轉(zhuǎn)入溫度自動(dòng)控制運(yùn)行狀態(tài)。Switchtotheoperatingstateofautomatictemperaturecontrol.清理施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，符合HSE標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。24小時(shí)以后辦理工程交接手續(xù)。CleantheconstructionsiteinaccordancewiththeHSEstandards.Completetheprojecthandoverprocedureswithin24hours.注意：Note:電熱初投電，油田方在投入運(yùn)行的最初幾天要加強(qiáng)對(duì)油井內(nèi)的工藝參數(shù)的觀察記錄Initiallyaftertheelectricheatingequipmentisenergized,theoilfieldownershallstepuptheworktoobserveandrecordtheprocessparametersintheoilwellduringthefirstfewdaysofoperation.現(xiàn)場(chǎng)業(yè)主還要自承擔(dān)費(fèi)用的作業(yè)配合要求：(電潛油泵下井作業(yè)任務(wù)以外)Theownershallatitsownexpenses,providethefollowingassistanceonthesite:(tasksotherthantheloweringoftheelectricsubmersiblepumpintothewell).1、提供現(xiàn)場(chǎng)吊裝設(shè)備及工具、懸掛作業(yè)；2、加熱電纜在油管外的卡具；Providetheon-sitehoistingequipmentandtools&hangingoperation;Fastenersoftheheatingcableoutsidetheoilpipe;3、合格的封隔器上1/2毛細(xì)管管與本體
