合同相關(guān)技術(shù)要求附錄1電動機、電纜、配電Appendix1TechnicalSpecificationsforMotor,CableandControl技術(shù)規(guī)范ⅠTechnicalSpecificationsforPurposeofTechnical本技術(shù)規(guī)范旨在討論在制造商工廠的設(shè)計、制造、裝配和試驗工作、電動機控制中心、ACDC電TheTechnicalSpecificationsaimtodiscussthedesign,manufacture,assemblyandtestworksatthemanufacturer’sfactory,motorcontrolcenter,deliveryandpackageofACandDCmotors,aswellasallmaterialsandaccessories,toensurehigh-efficiencyandtrouble-freeoperation,andcompliancewiththefollowingtechnical（IEC）的相關(guān)標準中的適用部分的要求，如設(shè)備符合任何其他的具備同等品質(zhì)的的要求亦Unlessotherwisespecified,thedesign,constructionandtestworksoftheequipmenttobeinstalledinaccordancewiththeTechnicalSpecificationsshallconformtotheapplicablerequirementsinthelatestversionofstandardsofInternationalElectrotechnicalCommission(IEC).Itisalsoacceptablethattheequipmentconformstootherequivalentnationalstandards.Inthiscase,thershalldefiniyexplaintheapplicablestandards,andprepareacopyofEnglishversionofapplicablestandardsaccordingtotherequirementsofBiddings.Incaseofanydisputeaboutdesignstandards,themoststringentstandardshallprevail.所有電動機應(yīng)符合EFF-1標準、IEC60034、IEC60072、IEC60079、IEC60085標準。AllmotorsshallconformtoEFF-1,IEC60034,IEC60072,IEC60079,andIE60085standards.所有低壓電動機效率須滿足IE2、IEC60034的效率要求。TheefficiencyofallLVmotorsshallconformtotheefficiencyrequirementofIEC2andEquipmentandServicestoBeAC/DCmotors,allattachedmaterialsandattaAttaentAdescribesthetype,ratingofequipmenttobeinstalledandothertechnicalSpecialtoolsandappliancesrequiredbymotorinstallationandAllfinaldrawings,dataandinstallation/maintenancemanualsrelatedtotheDesignThemotorshallbeinstalledinaccordancewiththeTechnicalThemotorwillbeinstalledunderhotandhumidtropicalUnlessotherwisespecified,theelectricalequipment/systemshallbedesignedaccordingtotheworkingconditionsandauxiliarypowersupplygivenintheAtta entoftheTechnicalSpecifications.Ifthemotorisinstalledoutdoorsanddirectlyexposedtothesunshine,thedesignedambienttemperatureshallbedeterminedinconsiderationoftheinfluencesofsunshineheatonthemotor.TheselectionofmotorpowershallensurethefollowingdesignPower usesadryair-cooledcirculatingcoolingwatersystem,i.e.aclosedcoolingwatersystem,theworkingpressureandthehighestwaterinlettemperatureofdryclosedcirculatingcoolingwatersystemare MPaand umsystemfaultcurrentforcontinuous2.5For11kVmotor,theneutrallineshallbeintroducedtoaseparatejunctionbox(thatdoesn’thavetobeofsplittype),anditshallhaveashortcircuitlinkforstarconnection.Thejunctionboxofmotorshallbeprovidedwithappropriatecablejointsanddouble-crimpcopperThepackingglandplateofsingle-corecableshallbeofnon-magneticThebracketofeachmotorshallbeprovidewithtwopiecesofseparateanddifferentgroundingbaseplates,threadedholes,GSboltsandwashers.ThecableboxshallhaveaseparategroundingbaseEachmotorshallbeattachedwitha stainlesssteelnameplatepermanently.Thenameplateshallincludethefollowinginformationatleast: thermometerdetectors(RTDs)or6bulbs.Twoonesareprovidedforeachphaseandconnectedtotheauxiliaryterminalboxinstalledforthemotor.Attheinletandoutletofheatexchanger,thetemperaturesensors,excluding detectors(RTDs),shallbeinstalledinasealedboxwithexternalcoolingmedium.TheotherjunctionboxofmotorshallbeprovidedwiththetemperaturemonitoringAlltemperaturedetectorsonthemotorshallbeconnectedtotheexternalmonitoringdevice.Whenthetemperatureofanymonitoringpointexceedsthesetting(adjustableonthesite),thealarmcontactwillact,andthemonitoringdevicewillgiveanalarmsignal.Theabove-mentionedtemperaturedetectorsshallbeof type,threewiresand platinumwire,anditshallbe100ohmat0°C. bulbwithalarmsignalcontactsshallbeprovidedforthefollowing
