明確消防設(shè)備的管理權(quán)責(zé)及維護(hù)保養(yǎng)制度,確保本公司消防設(shè)備隨時保持備用

狀態(tài),將可能發(fā)生事故的嚴(yán)重性降至最低。

2.0?Scope?適用範(fàn)圍

本公司所設(shè)置之消防安好設(shè)備及全體人員均適用之。

3.0?Definition定義

3.1firefightingapparatus:fireextinguishingapparatus,alarmapparatus,escapesapparatusandthenecessaryapparatuswiththesaving.

?消防設(shè)備:係指滅火設(shè)備、警報設(shè)備、避難逃命設(shè)備及消防搶救上之必要設(shè)備。

3.2fireextinguishingapparatus:thefireequipmentsbywaterorothersolvent.滅火設(shè)備:指以水或其他滅火藥劑滅火之器具或設(shè)備。

3.2.1allkindoffireextinguisher.各類滅火器。

3.2.2firefightingpowder消防砂。

3.2.3indoorfirehydrantequipment室內(nèi)消火栓設(shè)備。

3.2.4outdoorfirehydrantequipment室外消火栓設(shè)備。

3.3alarmapparatus:theequipmenttellingthefire

警報設(shè)備:指報知火災(zāi)發(fā)生之器具或設(shè)備。

5.0?Procedure作業(yè)程序

本公司消防系統(tǒng)安好管理作業(yè)流程圖如(附件一)所示。

5.2theself-examinationtimeofthefirefightingapparatusdeployment

消防安好設(shè)備配置檢討時機(jī)

5.2.1date:thefactoryunitwillanalyzetherelativemanagementregulationwiththeenvironmentandsafetymanagementunitaccordingtotheexecutingrecordofthefirefightingsafetyofthisyearinthefourthseasonofeveryyear.

定期性:廠務(wù)單位每年第4季會同安環(huán)管理單位依據(jù)該年度消防安好系統(tǒng)執(zhí)行紀(jì)錄,進(jìn)行相關(guān)管理規(guī)範(fàn)之檢討。

5.2.2temporality:臨時性:

有以下情形時,廠務(wù)單位應(yīng)主動檢討消防安好設(shè)備管理現(xiàn)況是否適當(dāng)。

5.3thesolutionofaftertheanalysisaboutthefirefightingandsafetyapparatus消防設(shè)備安好檢討處置

5.3.1ifthereisaneedtoincreasethefirefightingandsafetyapparatusaftertheanalysis,thestockingshouldbedonefromtheeligiblepurveyingmanufactureraccordingtotherelativeregulation.

檢討結(jié)果有增加消防安好設(shè)備需求時,須依規(guī)定尋找合格供應(yīng)廠商後,依採購相關(guān)規(guī)定進(jìn)行採購。

5.3.2ifthenewincreasingfirefightingandsafetyapparatusarestockedforthefirsttimebythefactory,thefactoryserviceunitwillevaluatetheriskandplanthecontroloftheinsufferableriskaccordingtotheregulationofthe“careersafetyandsanitationdistinguishabilityandriskevaluationprocedurebook”.

如新增之消防安好設(shè)備為公司第一次採購時,由廠務(wù)單位依「職安衛(wèi)危害鑑別與

風(fēng)險評估作業(yè)程序書」規(guī)定進(jìn)行風(fēng)險評估與不成忍受風(fēng)險操縱規(guī)劃作業(yè)。

5.4check,maintenance,andhandle檢查、維護(hù)與運(yùn)用

5.4.1thereportofthecheckandmaintenanceshouldhandovertotheeligiblemanufacturerofthefirefightingapparatus.

定期檢修申報作業(yè)須委託合格之消防設(shè)備商辦理。

5.4.2tomaintenance,check,andtestindate.

定期保養(yǎng)、檢查、測試作業(yè):

5.4.2.1thefactoryunitshouldmaintainindateofthefirefightingandsafetyapparatus

廠務(wù)單位依規(guī)定進(jìn)行消防安好設(shè)備之定期保養(yǎng)。

實施消防設(shè)備之檢查應(yīng)包含功能及性能的測試,相關(guān)操作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)由廠務(wù)部訂定。

消防設(shè)備之檢查實施依規(guī)定實施定期檢查,如有異常必要時,須在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)進(jìn)行維修及改善。

5.4.3.2theimportantregulationsareasthefollowing:

巡檢之重要規(guī)範(fàn)說明如下:

(1)Theplaceofthefirefightingapparatuspositedineachareashouldnotchangewithoutthepermissionofthepeopleofthefactoryserviceandsafetyandenvironment.

各區(qū)域所設(shè)置的消防設(shè)備位置,非經(jīng)廠務(wù)或安環(huán)人員許可不得擅自變更

(2)Donotenterthefirefightingapparatusareaandoperatewithoutthepermissionofthepeopleofthefactoryserviceandsafetyandenvironment.消防設(shè)備區(qū)域非經(jīng)廠務(wù)或安環(huán)人員許可不得進(jìn)入及操作

(3)Forbiddentoplacetheflammablethingsandtheothernone-relativeequipmentintheareaofthefirefightingapparatus

消防設(shè)備區(qū)域內(nèi)嚴(yán)禁放置易燃物品及其他非相關(guān)設(shè)備

(4)Nothingcanbeplacedbeforetheequipmentsuchasfireextinguisher,firehydrant,etc.

滅火器、消防栓等區(qū)域前嚴(yán)禁任何物品阻檔其使用操作

(5)Nothingcanbeplacedtoholdthepassageandthefiredoor.

嚴(yán)禁任何物品堆放阻檔通道及安好門的開啟

5.5thedrillingofmeetinganemergency應(yīng)變演練運(yùn)用

5.5.1wheneachdepartmentcarriesoutadrilling,theyshouldnotifythepresumablesituationoftheusingtothefactoryserviceandenvironmentunitandalsoshouldhelptorecovertheapparatusafterthedrilling

各單位實施緊急應(yīng)變演練作業(yè)時,除將消防安好設(shè)備預(yù)計使用情形通知廠務(wù)及安環(huán)單位外,並負(fù)責(zé)於演練後將設(shè)備協(xié)助復(fù)原。

5.5.2ifsomeequipmentneedsmakeupandrepairingafterthedrilling,shouldnotifythefactoryunittofinishtheprotection.

假設(shè)演練後有設(shè)備須要補(bǔ)充或維修時,應(yīng)通知廠務(wù)單位完成維護(hù)作業(yè)。

5.6managementoftheabnormality異常處理

5.6.1inthecheckingofthefirefightingapparatusorifsomeonefindsthefirefightingapparatusisabnormal,heshouldnotifythefactoryunittomanage.Thefactoryunitshouldrecordthesituationoftheabnormalityandmanagement,andturnintheautomaticcheckresulttothesafetyandtheenvironmentunitwiththecheckresultsoastoinvestandanalyzethereasonforthe5.2.?
