貧困高校學(xué)生心理健康問題分析,教育心理學(xué)論文高校貧困大學(xué)生問題伴隨著我們國家經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革和高等教育體制改革出現(xiàn)，是當(dāng)下教育界和全社會都熱切關(guān)注的一個(gè)重要問題。1999年高校擴(kuò)招以來，我們國家高等教育由精英化邁向群眾化，越來越多的青年學(xué)生獲得了進(jìn)入大學(xué)接受高等教育的時(shí)機(jī)。但是，貧困大學(xué)生問題隨之逐步擴(kuò)大，并呈逐年上升趨勢，近些年高校發(fā)生的貧困生極端事件，讓本來存在的高校貧困生問題逐步成為高等教育發(fā)展的焦點(diǎn)和社會關(guān)注的熱門，也讓解決貧困大學(xué)生心理健康問題成為彰顯人文關(guān)心和影響校園穩(wěn)定的迫切需求。貧困大學(xué)生心理健康問題隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展，呈現(xiàn)出新特征和新態(tài)勢，心理成因變得更為復(fù)雜，不良心理狀況造成惡性事件頻發(fā)，成為高校大學(xué)生教育工作中急需正視、研究和解決的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。高校加強(qiáng)貧困大學(xué)生工作，就是要緊緊圍繞新時(shí)期高校培養(yǎng)社會合格建設(shè)者和可靠接班人的根本任務(wù)，針對出現(xiàn)的新問題，探究根本原因，找到解決貧困大學(xué)生心理健康問題的有效方式方法，進(jìn)而提高貧困大學(xué)生心理健康工作的針對性和實(shí)效性，到達(dá)辦妥人民滿意的教育，培養(yǎng)和造就全面發(fā)展的社會建設(shè)者和接班人的目的。本文以河北經(jīng)貿(mào)大學(xué)為例，結(jié)合多年面對貧困大學(xué)生工作的經(jīng)歷體驗(yàn)和體會，從對貧困大學(xué)生心理健康狀況的實(shí)際調(diào)查入手，以真實(shí)案例和科學(xué)分析展現(xiàn)貧困大學(xué)生普遍存在的心理狀況，分析造成貧困大學(xué)生心理健康問題的原因，探尋求索研究高校教育工作者在貧困大學(xué)生心理健康教育工作中存在的缺乏和問題，提出做好貧困大學(xué)生心理健康教育工作的重要性，并對怎樣做好此項(xiàng)工作作出深度分析，提出解決辦法。本文主要分為三部分。引言部分主要講述文章的研究背景、研究目的和研究意義，國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)在狀況以及本文的研究思路和方式方法。第一部分，高校貧困大學(xué)生心理健康問題現(xiàn)在狀況。界定貧困大學(xué)生這一概念，提出心理健康的含義，界定大學(xué)生的心理健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，展現(xiàn)貧困大學(xué)生的心理健康狀況及其外在的表現(xiàn)形式。同時(shí)，深入分析影響貧困大學(xué)生的心理健康的復(fù)雜因素。社會大環(huán)境、家庭環(huán)境、學(xué)校環(huán)境和貧困生本身素質(zhì)，是影響貧困大學(xué)生心理健康的主要因素，四者綜合作用對貧困生的心理產(chǎn)生不同的影響和結(jié)果。現(xiàn)存的問題主要是，部分教育工作者對貧困生心理健康狀況認(rèn)識缺乏，解決貧困生心理健康問題的工作理念淡薄，精神鼓勵(lì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)幫扶不能有效搭配，教育方式方法不能入腦入心、滯后單一等等。第二部分，解決高校貧困大學(xué)生心理健康問題的重要性。解決貧困大學(xué)生心理健康問題，是實(shí)現(xiàn)貧困大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展成長成才的基礎(chǔ)，是高校思想教育工作內(nèi)容的組成部分，同時(shí)也是社會當(dāng)代化教育的主要內(nèi)容。認(rèn)識到解決貧困生心理問題的重要性，從根本上重視這一問題，這是解決問題的基本前提。第三部分，解決貧困大學(xué)生心理健康問題的工作對策。本部分是文章主體。要想有效解決高校貧困大學(xué)生心理健康問題，要從五個(gè)方面入手。扎實(shí)做好各項(xiàng)工作，構(gòu)成立體化、全方位的貧困生幫扶育人體系，把和國家以及學(xué)校的關(guān)心和暖和真正送到貧困生心坎上，通過教書育人、管理育人、服務(wù)育人、環(huán)境育人的方式，改變貧困生的心理現(xiàn)在狀況，培養(yǎng)他們的自自信心，助力他們健康成長成才，最終到達(dá)改變他們貧困現(xiàn)在狀況和命運(yùn)目的。第一，要加強(qiáng)對大學(xué)生心理健康教育，包括成立心理咨詢室、專門研究貧困生心理特征，建立動(dòng)態(tài)檔案、跟蹤貧困生心理變化，課堂教育與社會實(shí)踐活動(dòng)相結(jié)合等多種方式方法，要成立貧困生自個(gè)的社團(tuán)組織、開展朋輩形式互幫互助，精神上鼓勵(lì)鼓勵(lì)，要?jiǎng)?chuàng)造良好的校園人文環(huán)境。第二，必須高度重視對貧困生群體的思想教育工作，幫助貧困生樹立正確的世界觀、人生觀和價(jià)值觀。同時(shí)，加強(qiáng)貧困大學(xué)生思想工作，這是建設(shè)和諧社會、共圓中國夢的必然要求，是幫助貧困大學(xué)生成長成才的需要，是建設(shè)和諧校園的需要，是為人師者最基本的要求。第三，要在物質(zhì)上給予貧困生必要的經(jīng)濟(jì)幫扶，這是短期內(nèi)有效解決貧困生經(jīng)濟(jì)窘境最直接的辦法。第四，要加強(qiáng)對貧困大學(xué)生的心理治療和疏導(dǎo)工作。第五，依靠就業(yè)幫扶，讓貧困生有一個(gè)看得見、夠得著的將來，解決貧困生的后顧之憂，最終從心理上獲得安全感，并逐步強(qiáng)大起來。本文關(guān)鍵詞語：貧困大學(xué)生；心理健康教育AbstractTheissuesregardingcollegestudentsfromlowereconomicbackgrounds,whichbegantosurfacewiththereformsoftheeconomicsystemandthecollegeeducationalsysteminChina,aregettingagreatdealofattentionfromtheeducationfieldandthesocietyingeneral.Sincetheenlargementofenrollmentin1999,moreandmorestudentsgotocollege,asaresultofwhichcollegeeducationbecomeslessandlesselite.Butthementalhealthproblemsofcollegestudentsfromlowereconomicbackgroundsaregettingseriousaswell.Thetragediesofthesestudentshappenedinrecentyearsmakeitafocusforthecollegeeducationandforpublicattention,andmakesolvingthementalhealthproblemsofthesestudentsanurgency.Withthesocialeconomicdevelopment,thementalhealthproblemsofstudentsfromlowereconomicbackgroundsgainnewcharacteristicsandtrends:theircausesaremorecomplexandtragediesaremorecommon.Thishastobefacedincollegeeducation.Toimprovetheeducationofthesestudents,wemustkeeptheultimatetaskofcultivatingthebuilderandsuccessorofsocialisminmind,andtrytofindeffectivewaystohelpthem,sothatthepublicwouldbesatisfiedwiththecurrenteducation.TakeHebeiUniversityofEconomicsandBusinessasanexample.Withhermanyyearsofexperienceinhelpingcollegestudentsfromlowereconomicbackgrounds,theauthordidasurveyofthesestudentsasregardstheirmentalhealth,analyzesthecausesoftheissuesandproblemsinthecurrentwork,andpointouttheimportanceofthistask.Thisarticlecontainsthreeparts.Theintroductionmainlystatestheresearchbackground,researchgoals,andresearchmethods,thecurrentresearchstatesandthisarticlesresearchorganizationandresearchmethod.Part1describesthementalhealthproblemsofcollegestudentsfromlowereconomicbackgrounds.Itdefinescollegestudentsfromlowereconomicbackgroundsandtheconceptofmentalhealth,thestandardsformentalhealthycollegestudents,anddescribesitscurrentstate.Italsoanalyzesthecauses.Socialenvironment,familybackground,collegeenvironment,andcollegestudentsthemselvestogethermakecontributionstothesestudentsmentalhealthstates.Themajorproblemsinthepresentworkofhelpingthesestudentsarethatsomeeducatorslackknowledgeinthisarea,lackmotivationofhelpingthesestudents,cannoteffectivelyhelpthemfinanciallyandpsychologically,andcannothelpthesestudentsfromtheirhearts.Part2explainstheimportanceofthetask.Solvingtheseproblemslaysthefoundationforthesestudentsfulldevelopmentandfuturesuccess.Itisalsoapartofthecollegepoliticalandthinkingeducationandamajorpartofmodernsocialismeducation.Onlywhenrealizingthisimportancecanwetakeitseriouslyandpossiblysolvetheseproblems.Part3makesproposalstosolvethementalhealthproblemsofcollegestudentsfromlowereconomicbackgrounds.Tosolvetheseproblems,wemusttakecareoffiveissues.Wemustdoeveryjobwell,constructacompletesystemofhelpingthesestudents,sendthecareandwarmnessfromtheParty,thegovernmentandtheschooltothesestudents,changethementalhealthstateofthesestudentsthroughteaching,managementandservice,improvetheirconfidence,andhelpthemhealthilygrow,sothattheirlowereconomicstatusandfatecouldbechanged.First,wemustputstrongemphasisonthepoliticalandthinkingeducationofthesestudents.Itisrequiredbyconstructingaharmonioussociety,byrealizingtheChineseDream,bybuildingaharmoniouscampus,andbybecomingagreatteacher.Educatorsareobligedtohelpthesestudentstoacquireacorrectoutlookoflife,valueandtheworld.Second,wemustthinkhighlythetaskofpoliticalandthinkingeducationofthesestudentsandhelpthemacquirecorrectworldviews,lifeviewsandvalueviews.ThisisrequiredbybuildingaharmonioussocietyandbyrealizingtheChinesedream,byhelpingthesestudentstodevelopthemselves,bybuildingaharmoniouscampus,andbyteacherssettingexamples.Educatorshavetheobligationtohelpstudentstoacquirethesevalues.Third,wemustprovidethemwithfinancialsupport,whichcaneffectivelyhelpthemintheshortterm.Fourth,wemusthelpthemtosolvetheiremotionalproblems.Fifth,wemusthelpthemtofindjobs.Thiswillreducetheirworriesandgivethemhaveabetterfuture,whichinturncouldofferthemasenseofsafetyandstrength.KeyWords:MentalHealth,PovertyCollegeStudents;Research目錄中文內(nèi)容摘要英文內(nèi)容摘要引言〔
