（10）、影視制作辦公樓工程布板施工圖二、工程概況大口徑空間光學(xué)制造中心廠房工程位于北京市海淀區(qū)航天城。其中網(wǎng)架分項(xiàng)工程鋼骨架輕型板面積約為1200㎡，板厚為10mm，每塊單重約為380kg。三、網(wǎng)架工程施工部署1、勞動(dòng)力組織勞動(dòng)力的配置按照施工項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度與質(zhì)量要求，以鉚工、焊工、網(wǎng)架板安裝工、起重工為主，確定人力動(dòng)員計(jì)劃。管理人員及輔助勞動(dòng)力的安排，依據(jù)施工管理組織機(jī)構(gòu)、質(zhì)量保證體系、安全管理體系的需求配置。2、組織管理負(fù)責(zé)天基網(wǎng)架板工程安裝工作的具體安排和組織管理，確保每道工序皆符合方案和規(guī)范的要求，負(fù)責(zé)工程的質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢查工作，建立有效的質(zhì)量管理體系和監(jiān)督機(jī)制，保證工程質(zhì)量達(dá)到預(yù)期的目標(biāo)。嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行項(xiàng)目管理人員的指揮和安排，認(rèn)真將施工方案及技術(shù)交底的具體內(nèi)容落實(shí)到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際施工中，使天基網(wǎng)架板工程的各主要的工序流程按部就班的落實(shí)到具體施工操作中，從而保證網(wǎng)架工程的施工的質(zhì)量。施工準(zhǔn)備我單位已組建一個(gè)強(qiáng)有力的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部，組織現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工，本項(xiàng)目部有技術(shù)過(guò)硬、管理能力強(qiáng)、并有類似的施工較豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)的人員組成。針對(duì)本工程的特點(diǎn)，組織在以項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理為首的管理指揮下，各專業(yè)人員全權(quán)負(fù)責(zé)，該項(xiàng)目的工程管理對(duì)工程的工期、質(zhì)量、安全有計(jì)劃的組織協(xié)調(diào)和施工。在安裝的前兩天，測(cè)量人員要實(shí)行對(duì)柱子杯口線和柱子杯底標(biāo)高復(fù)測(cè)，同時(shí)技術(shù)人員要認(rèn)真審圖，發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題及時(shí)解決，根據(jù)工程安排，提前做好施工組織設(shè)計(jì)和施工方案編制。具體措施如下：1、技術(shù)管理準(zhǔn)備管理人員和作業(yè)人員應(yīng)認(rèn)真熟悉施工圖紙、施工組織設(shè)計(jì)、天基網(wǎng)架板工程施工方案及技術(shù)交底。了解材料的性能，掌握施工要領(lǐng)，明確施工順序。掌握施工的難點(diǎn)和重點(diǎn)，進(jìn)行施工前的技術(shù)交底和作業(yè)人員的入場(chǎng)前的教育。本工程我公司計(jì)劃采用160噸吊車停放于工地北側(cè)，按照從北往南的方向鋪設(shè)，查表得，160噸吊車臂長(zhǎng)約為40m，本工程女兒墻高度約為25m，所以吊裝高度完全滿足，但由于吊車無(wú)法爬臂，采用汽車吊只能安裝3-8軸/B-F軸的天基板，然后以已安裝的天基板做為平臺(tái)，采用推車的方式進(jìn)行下面板的安裝。由于單板重量比較大，工人在操作時(shí)的安全保證也是本工程的一重大事項(xiàng)。2、材料和機(jī)具準(zhǔn)備（1）、材料天基網(wǎng)架板進(jìn)場(chǎng)時(shí)須經(jīng)過(guò)出廠檢驗(yàn)，由天基板業(yè)公司出具合格證和廠部承載力檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告。（2）、機(jī)具1）、在大型預(yù)制構(gòu)件吊裝前，要平整好場(chǎng)地，修好道路，按照構(gòu)件吊裝的方法要求，確定預(yù)制構(gòu)件進(jìn)場(chǎng)的排放順序和位置，爭(zhēng)取做到最安全、最快捷、最小回轉(zhuǎn)半徑一次吊裝就位。2）、吊裝彈好的構(gòu)件的中心線、定位線；依據(jù)工程現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況選用Q25噸噸吊車為起重設(shè)備。其它輔助機(jī)具及輔助材料：焊機(jī)：3臺(tái)三級(jí)配電箱：3個(gè)（1主2副）電纜線：若干撬棍：10根卸甲（俗稱卡環(huán)）：10副運(yùn)板車3臺(tái)3、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)作業(yè)條件現(xiàn)場(chǎng)主體結(jié)構(gòu)等通過(guò)驗(yàn)收合格，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)有板材的存放地點(diǎn)，塔吊能夠配合施工作業(yè)，防礙吊裝的臨時(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)已拆除完畢。自然環(huán)境允許的情況下，如：無(wú)高壓線等。待網(wǎng)架板安裝完畢后，板與網(wǎng)架焊接牢固后，即可進(jìn)入嵌縫工序。施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃本工程施工順序?yàn)橛蒅軸→B軸，3軸→8軸，隨網(wǎng)架安裝，提供工作面后，緊隨其后安裝鋼骨架輕型板；嵌縫施工緊隨其后。六、吊裝方法1）、在構(gòu)件吊裝前，要平整好場(chǎng)地，修好道路，按照構(gòu)件吊裝的方法要求，確定預(yù)制構(gòu)件進(jìn)場(chǎng)的排放順序和位置，爭(zhēng)取做到最安全、最快捷、最小回轉(zhuǎn)半徑一次吊裝就位。2）、吊裝彈好的構(gòu)件的中心線、定位線，作為安裝時(shí)校正的標(biāo)志，搭設(shè)好腳手架，腳手架高度低于被安裝構(gòu)件平面高度0.5米到0.8米之間，腳手架寬度不小于1.2米，所鋪板材厚度不得小于5公分，板材不得腐朽，腳手架必須設(shè)立地桿，橫向每隔三米要設(shè)立斜支撐桿，下部端頭要與地面落實(shí)，縱向每隔1.5米要設(shè)立水平拉桿，連接部必須用鋼卡卡牢，不得有絲毫晃動(dòng)，不得有探頭板，腳手架端頭及外側(cè)設(shè)置封閉安全網(wǎng)圍護(hù)，安全網(wǎng)高度不低于1.5米，以免發(fā)生墜落事故。3）、吊裝時(shí)的人員組織：為確保施工工期，合理配備吊裝人員，進(jìn)場(chǎng)指揮人員2名，起重工1名，電焊工4名，主管安全員1名,信號(hào)工1名。2、吊裝時(shí)，網(wǎng)架板按照安裝線一次放好部位，使兩端搭接長(zhǎng)度和空隙均勻，支撐處如有空隙，用鐵片墊塞后，再用焊接來(lái)固定，每塊板與屋架上弦至少有三點(diǎn)焊接（端頭部分焊接不少于2點(diǎn)），焊縫長(zhǎng)度不小于60mm，以保證網(wǎng)架板的縱向穩(wěn)定。吊裝示圖七、天基網(wǎng)架板安裝工藝（一）、天基網(wǎng)架板安裝工藝流程放線天基放線天基板安裝驗(yàn)收調(diào)節(jié)板縫的距離嵌縫自檢焊接（二）、施工操作1．放線待與上道工序的交接完成后，根據(jù)排板圖，放出板邊位置，同時(shí)校核排板圖與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)是否交圈。2．安裝用起重設(shè)備將網(wǎng)架板就近輕放至鋼架上。吊車不能直接就位時(shí)，將網(wǎng)架板吊至特制網(wǎng)架運(yùn)板車上，再平移至安裝位置。網(wǎng)架板安裝時(shí)，板擱置在支座上的長(zhǎng)度不得小于60mm，就位后，網(wǎng)架板、樓板主肋應(yīng)與支座（混凝土梁上預(yù)埋件）焊接牢固；板的兩端搭接長(zhǎng)度和空隙均勻，支撐處如有空隙，用鐵片墊塞后，再用焊接來(lái)固定3、調(diào)整板縫距離依據(jù)09CJ20、09CG12要求，把板縫調(diào)整至允許偏差范圍內(nèi)，板縫寬度偏差不得大于10mm。4、焊接鋼骨架采用焊接連接，采用焊接時(shí)焊縫質(zhì)量等級(jí)為三級(jí)。每塊板與屋架上支座（預(yù)埋件）至少有三點(diǎn)焊接（端頭部分焊接不少于2點(diǎn)），焊縫長(zhǎng)度不小于60mm，焊縫厚度為4mm以保證網(wǎng)架板的穩(wěn)定。板與板之間用φ6鋼筋連接，間距為1.5米一道，以保證網(wǎng)架板的整體性。5、嵌縫在板縫處填充大于板縫寬度的聚苯乙烯棒，如：板縫寬為20mm，可選用直徑為24mm的聚乙烯棒，用鋼筋將聚乙烯棒壓至板底鋼筋處。再將配好的水泥珍珠巖砂漿澆注在板縫中，澆筑時(shí)用鋼筋將砂漿插實(shí)。（見(jiàn)詳圖）2φ6通長(zhǎng)鋼筋間隔焊2φ6通長(zhǎng)鋼筋間隔焊φ20發(fā)泡聚乙烯棒1厚水泥基復(fù)合抗?jié)B涂層1:8水泥珍珠巖保溫砂漿鋼骨架輕型4網(wǎng)架板2φ6通長(zhǎng)鋼筋間隔焊φ20發(fā)泡聚乙烯棒1厚水泥基復(fù)合抗?jié)B涂層鋼骨架輕型4網(wǎng)架板1:8水泥珍珠巖保溫砂漿網(wǎng)架板剖面構(gòu)造TGWB寬板縫做法1:8TGWB寬板縫做法1:8水泥珍珠巖保溫砂漿Φb3@100*100焊接鋼絲網(wǎng)乙烯棒2φ6通長(zhǎng)鋼筋間隔焊TGWB1厚水泥基復(fù)合抗?jié)B涂層4厚水泥壓力板≥50當(dāng)板縫大于20mm時(shí)：6、涂刷防水涂料將BAS高分子涂料按使用要求調(diào)好后涂刷在BAS芯材面上，分兩遍涂刷，待其成膜即可。7、驗(yàn)收焊接完成后，自檢無(wú)誤，將現(xiàn)場(chǎng)雜物清理完畢后，填寫報(bào)驗(yàn)資料申請(qǐng)驗(yàn)收。（三）質(zhì)量要求（1）、板材須有合格證或出廠檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告。（2）、砂漿澆注在板縫中，澆筑時(shí)必須將砂漿插實(shí)（3）、允許偏差：（1）、板縫寬度：±10mm。（2）、板軸線偏移：±5mm。（4）、高分子防水涂料品種必須符合設(shè)計(jì)要求和有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定（5）、嵌縫填充密實(shí)，輕質(zhì)芯材與網(wǎng)架板上表面的平整度可誤差1cm。八、質(zhì)量保證措施（1）建立完善的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部的質(zhì)量責(zé)任制，分解質(zhì)量目標(biāo)，按具體質(zhì)量要求對(duì)施工工序進(jìn)行層層分解，把質(zhì)量責(zé)任落實(shí)到了最基層。根據(jù)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量計(jì)劃和質(zhì)量保證體系，建立起完善的質(zhì)量計(jì)劃和質(zhì)量保證體系，確保質(zhì)量體系的有效運(yùn)行，并定期檢查質(zhì)量保證體系的運(yùn)行情況

（2）制定切實(shí)可行的各項(xiàng)管理制度，包括圖紙會(huì)審和技術(shù)交底制度；現(xiàn)場(chǎng)質(zhì)量管理制度；施工樣板和首檢定標(biāo)制；工序管理制度；方案資料管理制度；質(zhì)量教育和質(zhì)量進(jìn)行有針對(duì)性的質(zhì)量會(huì)診、質(zhì)量講評(píng)，并嚴(yán)格貫徹實(shí)施。

（3）嚴(yán)格質(zhì)量程序化管理，包括：項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量計(jì)劃、文件和資料控制程序、物資管理程序、產(chǎn)品標(biāo)識(shí)和可追溯程序、過(guò)程控制程序、檢驗(yàn)試驗(yàn)程序、不合格控制程序、糾正和預(yù)防措施程序、質(zhì)量記錄程序，以嚴(yán)格的程序規(guī)范各項(xiàng)質(zhì)量管理工作。（4）對(duì)施工詳圖設(shè)計(jì)圖紙進(jìn)行深化設(shè)計(jì)、嚴(yán)格施工方案的編寫與審核；對(duì)設(shè)備材料進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格質(zhì)量控制等等；（5）實(shí)施過(guò)程中，嚴(yán)格實(shí)行施工樣板制、三檢制，實(shí)行三級(jí)檢查制度；嚴(yán)格實(shí)行合理工序安排和管理；不合格的材料設(shè)備絕對(duì)禁止使用，達(dá)不到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的工序徹底返工，毫不留情。這些對(duì)于質(zhì)量控制非常非常重要。嚴(yán)格實(shí)行工序交接制度。

（6）最大限度地協(xié)調(diào)好與各專業(yè)承包商的立體交叉作業(yè)和正確的工序銜接。

（7）加強(qiáng)對(duì)原材料進(jìn)場(chǎng)檢驗(yàn)和試驗(yàn)的質(zhì)量控制，加強(qiáng)施工過(guò)程的質(zhì)量檢查和試驗(yàn)的質(zhì)量控制，加強(qiáng)施工工藝管理，認(rèn)真執(zhí)行工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和操作規(guī)程，以提高工程質(zhì)量的穩(wěn)定性，保證實(shí)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量目標(biāo)的所有因素都處于受控狀態(tài)制定切實(shí)可行的成品保護(hù)方案和管理細(xì)則，統(tǒng)一部署、與各專業(yè)一道做好成品保護(hù)工作。

（8）通過(guò)工序質(zhì)量控制實(shí)現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量控制，保證工程的質(zhì)量目標(biāo)得以實(shí)現(xiàn)。

九、進(jìn)度保證措施（1）按照工程總體進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制好施工總進(jìn)度計(jì)劃，月、周進(jìn)度計(jì)劃，定期檢查核對(duì)進(jìn)度是否與總計(jì)劃偏離。

（2）進(jìn)度計(jì)劃包括設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)度計(jì)劃、天基板才的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃、設(shè)備材料供應(yīng)計(jì)劃、勞動(dòng)力計(jì)劃、機(jī)械設(shè)備使用和投入計(jì)劃、施工條件落實(shí)計(jì)劃、技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備工作計(jì)劃、質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)控制計(jì)劃、安全消防控制計(jì)劃等配套計(jì)劃以及施工工序。

（3）周計(jì)劃包含施工生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度計(jì)劃，勞動(dòng)力、機(jī)械設(shè)備使用和投入計(jì)劃、設(shè)備材料進(jìn)場(chǎng)計(jì)劃和施工條件落實(shí)計(jì)劃等關(guān)鍵配套計(jì)劃以及上周計(jì)劃完成情況及分析。

（4）日計(jì)劃，包括當(dāng)天工程施工完成情況及分析，第二天計(jì)劃安排，存在的主要問(wèn)題和所需的主要施工條件、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)資源和機(jī)械設(shè)備、當(dāng)天材料進(jìn)場(chǎng)安排等。

（5）計(jì)劃落實(shí)與實(shí)施：通過(guò)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部的統(tǒng)一計(jì)劃協(xié)調(diào)每周的施工生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃協(xié)調(diào)會(huì)，對(duì)計(jì)劃進(jìn)行組織、安排、檢查、敦促和落實(shí)。按照合同要求，明確責(zé)任和責(zé)任單位（或責(zé)任人）、明確內(nèi)容和任務(wù)、明確完成時(shí)間，確立計(jì)劃的調(diào)整程序。十、安全保證措施：設(shè)一名負(fù)責(zé)安全的專職安全員，隨時(shí)檢查，隨時(shí)掌握安全生產(chǎn)情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)違章作業(yè)及時(shí)糾正，有緊急情況，有權(quán)決定暫停作業(yè)。進(jìn)入施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，要戴好安全帽，工作時(shí)間內(nèi)不準(zhǔn)飲酒、不準(zhǔn)赤腳、穿拖鞋、硬底、高跟、帶釘易滑鞋。高空作業(yè)時(shí)，必須掛好安全帶，要高度思想集中。要檢查腳手架是否牢固，注意探頭板，時(shí)刻聽從信號(hào)指揮，禁止現(xiàn)場(chǎng)打鬧，吊機(jī)人員，提升或下降要平穩(wěn)，不得有沖南，振動(dòng)。吊裝前要檢查繩具，看有無(wú)破損，是否符合安全系數(shù)。構(gòu)件起吊時(shí)，在機(jī)械工作半徑內(nèi)不得停留及穿行。吊裝工作區(qū)應(yīng)禁止非工作人員入內(nèi)。電焊作業(yè)：防護(hù)罩要齊全牢固。一次電源要用橡膠套纜線，長(zhǎng)度不得大于三米，作業(yè)時(shí)要清除其下部易燃物品，必須時(shí)要設(shè)專人看管。多臺(tái)電焊機(jī)操作時(shí)，當(dāng)須拆除其中一臺(tái)焊機(jī)時(shí)，斷電后應(yīng)在其一側(cè)先行驗(yàn)電，確認(rèn)無(wú)電后，方可進(jìn)行拆除。露天使用焊機(jī)，應(yīng)有防潮措施，機(jī)下應(yīng)用干燥物體墊起，機(jī)上設(shè)有防雨罩。六級(jí)以上強(qiáng)風(fēng)、大雨、大霧、大雪，不得高空作業(yè)。雨后、雪后施工要求除積水、積雪，嚴(yán)格用手觸動(dòng)或腳踩電焊機(jī)線。起重機(jī)在電線下工作時(shí)，必須停電作業(yè)，在特殊情況下，不停電時(shí)，1仟伏以下電壓須遠(yuǎn)二公尺以上；20仟伏遠(yuǎn)離三公尺以上；110仟伏遠(yuǎn)離五公尺以上；220仟伏遠(yuǎn)離八公尺以上，并在施工前，組織有關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)提出切實(shí)可行的施工方案，施工中須加設(shè)護(hù)欄，限制起重機(jī)機(jī)臂旋轉(zhuǎn)范圍。堅(jiān)決執(zhí)行十不吊：被吊物重量超過(guò)機(jī)械性能允許范圍不準(zhǔn)吊；信號(hào)不清不準(zhǔn)吊；吊物下方有人不準(zhǔn)吊；吊物上站人不準(zhǔn)吊；埋在地下物不準(zhǔn)吊；斜拉斜牽物不準(zhǔn)吊；散物捆扎不牢不準(zhǔn)吊；零雜物無(wú)容器不準(zhǔn)吊；吊物重量不明，吊索具不符合規(guī)定不準(zhǔn)吊；六級(jí)風(fēng)以上或暴雨，大霧天應(yīng)禁止吊裝作業(yè)。高空焊接時(shí)，下部易燃必須清除，均須派專人防火。始終貫徹“安全第一、預(yù)防為主”的安全生產(chǎn)工作方針，認(rèn)真執(zhí)行國(guó)務(wù)院、建設(shè)部、地方政府關(guān)于建筑施工企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)管理的各項(xiàng)規(guī)定，把安全生產(chǎn)工作納入施工組織設(shè)計(jì)和施工管理計(jì)劃，使安全生產(chǎn)工作與生產(chǎn)任務(wù)緊密結(jié)合，保證施工人員在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的安全與健康，嚴(yán)防各類事故發(fā)生，以安全促生產(chǎn)。

（2）強(qiáng)化安全生產(chǎn)管理，通過(guò)組織落實(shí)、責(zé)任到人、定期檢查、認(rèn)真整改，杜絕死亡事故，確保無(wú)重大工傷事故，嚴(yán)格控制輕傷頻率。

（3）成立由項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部安全生產(chǎn)負(fù)責(zé)人為首，各施工單位安全生產(chǎn)負(fù)責(zé)人參加的“安全生產(chǎn)管理委員會(huì)”組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的安全生產(chǎn)管理工作。

（4）項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部主要負(fù)責(zé)人與各現(xiàn)場(chǎng)負(fù)責(zé)人員簽訂安全生產(chǎn)責(zé)任狀，使安全生產(chǎn)工作責(zé)任到人，層層負(fù)責(zé)。

（5）每周召開一次“安全生產(chǎn)管理會(huì)”工作例會(huì)，總結(jié)前一階段的安全生產(chǎn)情況，布置下一階段的安全生產(chǎn)工作。

（6）嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全生產(chǎn)管理的技術(shù)方案和措施，在執(zhí)行中發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題應(yīng)及時(shí)向有關(guān)部門匯報(bào)。更改方案和措施時(shí)，應(yīng)經(jīng)原設(shè)計(jì)方案的技術(shù)主管部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)審批簽字后實(shí)施，任何人不得擅自更改方案和措施。

（7）建立并執(zhí)行安全生產(chǎn)技術(shù)交底制度。有書面安全技術(shù)交底，安全技術(shù)交底必須具有針對(duì)性，并有交底人與被交底人簽字。

（8）建立并執(zhí)行班前安全生產(chǎn)講話制度。

（9）建立并執(zhí)行安全生產(chǎn)檢查制度。由項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部每半月組織一次聯(lián)合檢查，對(duì)檢查中所發(fā)現(xiàn)的事故隱患問(wèn)題和違章現(xiàn)象，開出“隱患問(wèn)題通知單”，各施工單位在收到“隱患問(wèn)題通知單”后，應(yīng)根據(jù)具體情況，定時(shí)間、定人、定措施予以解決。若發(fā)現(xiàn)重大不安全隱患問(wèn)題，檢查組要及時(shí)下達(dá)停工指令，待隱患問(wèn)題排除，并經(jīng)檢查組批準(zhǔn)后方可施工。

（10）建立機(jī)械設(shè)備、臨電設(shè)施和各類腳手架工程設(shè)置完成后的驗(yàn)收制度。未經(jīng)過(guò)驗(yàn)收和驗(yàn)收不合格的嚴(yán)禁使用。
