OverallTenderScheduleandMediumRange 總體目標(biāo)進(jìn)度表及中期進(jìn)度TheTradeContractoracknowledgesthatithasexaminedLendLease's[OverallTenderScheduleorKeytones-attached].Noallowancehasbeenmadeinthe[OverallTenderTenderScheduleorKeytones]fortheimpactofdelaysordisruptionthatmayoccursubsequenttothepreparationofthe[OverallTenderTenderScheduleorKey tones].The[OverallTenderTenderScheduleorKey tones]doesnotlistallactivitiesoritemsofworkrequiredforcompletionoftheWorksorallinterfaceswiththeworkofotherTradeContractors.Thetoneswhichremarkedwith“KEY”refertotonesoftheproject.Thecontractorwillgetpenaltyifanykeytoneisdelayed.FromtimetotimeLendLease(LL)mayupdateoramendthe[OverallTenderSchedule],whichwillbeissuedtocontractorstofollowup.Ifrequired,LLmayleadthepreparationofa[MediumRangeSchedules]whichdetailsparticularactivitiesshownonthe[OverallTenderScheduleorKeytones].Allcontractorsmustbeinvolvedinthepreparationprocess.Fortheavoidanceofdoubt,anyreferencetothe"OverallTenderSchedule"or"MediumRangeSchedule"isareferencetothemostrecentOverallTenderScheduleorMediumRangeScheduleupdatedoramendedbyLL.

circumstancesandnohardconstraintsareallowedunlessitisabsoluynecessary.AlldatesshallresultfromthecombinationofactivitylogicanddurationBedetailedenoughinsuchawaythatnoactivitydurationisgreaterthan10days.

所需的施工人員/施工組/施工機(jī)械施工效率/自檢/TheTradeContractor’sProgrammeshallbesubmittedintheformandissuedasindicatedinthissection.UsePrimaveraP6V7orlaterversion,orothersoftwaresapprovedbyLLtopreparetherequiredprogramintheClearlyindicateallkeytonedatesanddurationsofthekeystagesinseparatetable.Catch-UpProgram:Whenrequired,LLwilldirecttheTradeContractortoreviseorupdatetheTradeContractor'sProgrammeandProgrammePreparationDescription.Within5daysofreceiptofadirectionfromLL,theTradeContractorshallsubmittoLLforapprovalarevisedorupdatedTradeContractor'sProgrammeandProgrammePreparationDescriptionwhichshall:takeaccountofdelaysanddisruptionssincetheissueoftheprecedingTradeContractor'sProgrammeandProgrammePreparationDescription;incorporatechangesinmethods,times，sequencesandresourceincrementtomeetthesitechangesandtonerequirement.;andModifyportionsoftheTradeContractor'sProgrammeandProgrammePreparationDescriptionwhichLLdeterminestobeimpracticalorunreasonable.

循依據(jù)本附件第3.1條發(fā)布之趕工指示產(chǎn)生的額外成本及任何節(jié)省下來(lái)的費(fèi)用，做合理之承包商提供由聯(lián)實(shí)根據(jù)第3條所做出的在聯(lián)實(shí)提出要求后10天內(nèi)，承包商以形SupplementalProgramming 4.進(jìn)度表補(bǔ)充FromtimetotimeLLmayrequiretheTradeContractortosubmit[supplementalprogramminginformation]nototherwiseexpresslyrequiredintheTradeContractinanyformormanner.

聯(lián)實(shí)可以隨時(shí)要求承包商提同中并未以任何格式或形式明白要求的進(jìn)度表補(bǔ)充說(shuō)明]。Assistanceby 5.聯(lián)實(shí)的協(xié)LLmayassisttheTradeContractorwiththepreparationofaprogramme,scheduleandotherinformationrequiredbytheTradeContract.TheTradeContractorshallco-operatewithLLandcomplywithLL'sdirectionsinrelationtothepreparationofprogrammes,schedulesandotherinformation.

聯(lián)實(shí)可以協(xié)助承包商準(zhǔn)備合同所要求的計(jì)劃TradeContractor's 6.承包商的義UnlessotherwisedirectedoragreedbyLL,theTradeContractorshallmaintainprogressinaccordancewitheithertheTradeContractor'sProgrammeorProgrammePreparationDescription,andtheShortRangeSchedule.Unlessexpresslyprovidedotherwise,anyassistance,approval,issuing,requirementordirectiongivenbyLLunderClauses1to6ofthisSchedulewillnot:relievetheTradeContractorofitsobligationsundertheTrade
