appointedbytheClientsoastomaketheProjectasaprojectofsuperiorquality.1.1.9以一流的服務、一流的干勁、一流的質(zhì)量、一流的速度、一流的文明向業(yè)主獻禮，為工程早日建成投入使用，早日發(fā)揮其社會效益和經(jīng)濟效益做出我們應有的貢獻；Wewillofferourbestservice,bestquality,bestcivilizationwithtopdriveandspeedandmakeourcontributionfortheearliercompletionandoperationoftheprojectsoastomakeitagoodprojectofsocialandeconomiceffects.1.2編制原則ThePrinciplesoftheCompilation考慮到目前是招標投標階段，本施工組織設計只是根據(jù)招標文件中對技術標的有關要求進行編制的，著重于施工方案、技術措施、施工管理措施、施工形象進度計劃、現(xiàn)場平面布置、機械設備及人員組織機構配置、施工中的重點難點技術措施的編制。本施工組織設計只是針對本工程施工圖紙和招標文件所規(guī)定的內(nèi)容而編制的規(guī)劃性的文件。待工程中標后，我公司再根據(jù)本工程的施工特點、圖紙設計要求編制一份完整的詳細的施工組織設計。Thepresentproposal,withaviewtothebiddingstage,ismadeandbasedonthetechnicalspecificationsstatedinthetenderdocuments.Itisconcentratedintheexecutionplan,technicalandmanagementmeasures,progressscheme,sitelayout,machinesandequipments,laborforces,sitemanagementorganizationandmeasurestobetakenforthemainanddifficultworkexecution.Itisonlyaproposalmadetocomplywiththeprojectdrawingsandthedetailsstatedinthebiddingdocuments.ThiscompanywillcompileonecompleteanddetailedexecutionschedulebasedontheProjectcharacteristicsanddesigndemands1.3編制依據(jù)GistfortheCompilation1.3.1**潤滑產(chǎn)品（上海）有限公司新建辦公樓工程施工圖（含土建、安裝工程）及投標須知；ProjectDrawingsforKluberLubricationIndustries(Shanghai)Co.,LTDNewBuildingProject(includingthecivilwork,installationwork)andbiddinginstruction.二、工程概況ProjectProfile本工程位于上海市**工業(yè)園區(qū)，西近**路，與**包裝（上海）有限公司一墻之隔，東接園區(qū)綠苑內(nèi)的苗圃，南為建設中的**路，北臨**公路，建筑面積約3117m2，由**潤滑產(chǎn)品（上海）有限公司投資興建，由化學工業(yè)**設計院寧波工程有限公司設計，本次擬建工程為行政辦公樓?？偣て跒?15天。ThisprojectliesinQingpuIndustrialZoneofShanghaiCity,nearShengliRoadinthewest,nexttoPrincePackage(Shanghai)Co.,Ltd,andbeingconnectedtonurseryoflandscapeintheeast,inthesouthistheTuoqingRoadindevelopment,inthenorthnesttoBeiqingRoad,andthefloorareaisabout3117m2.ItisinvestedbyKluberLubricationIndustries(Shanghai)Co.,Ltd,designedbyNO.2ChemistryIndustryDesigningInstituteNingboConstructionCo.,Ltd.ThisplanningprojectwillbetheAdminBuilding,andthetotalconstructiontimewillbe215days.2.1、辦公樓工程OfficeBuilding2.1.1辦公樓的平面尺寸為：64.6m*13.2m；鋼筋混凝土框架結構，檐口高度為13.4m，室內(nèi)外高差為0.45m。Theplansizeofthebuildingis64.6m*13.2m,andtheconstructureformissteelconcreteframe.Corniceheight:13.4m.Theindoorandoutdoordifferenceis0.45M.2.1.2基礎工程：C40鋼筋砼樁承臺、C30基礎梁。磚基礎采用MU10蒸壓灰砂磚，M7.5水泥砂漿砌筑。Thefoundationwork:C40reinforcementconcretepilecaps,C30foundationbeam.TheMU10steampressuresand-limebricksisappliedforthebrickfoundationlaidwithM7.5mortar.2.1.3主體工程:C40鋼筋砼框架柱,C30梁、板；框架填充墻采用強度等級為MU10砼小型空心砌塊，凡砌體內(nèi)墻190厚，外墻240厚，標高-0.060以上用M5混合砂漿砌筑，標高-0.060以下用MU10蒸壓灰砂磚，M7.5水泥砂漿砌筑，并用1：2防水砂漿抹20厚。墻身水平防潮層用1：2水泥砂漿（摻5%水泥重量的防水劑），鋪厚20，設于標高-0.060處。Thesuperstructure:C40reinforcementconcreteframecolumns,andC30beamandfloor.ConcretesmallcavityblockswithstrengthgradeofMU10aretobeadoptedfortheframefillerwall.Thicknessoftheinteriormasonrywallshallbe190mm,M5mixedmortarshallbeusedforthebrickworkwithelevationshigherthan-0.060,MU10autoclavedlime-sandbricksandM7.5cementmortarbricksshallbeusedforbrickworkwithelevationslowerthan-0.060.Besides,waterproofmortarwithblendingpropotionof1:2shallbeplasteredwiththicknessof20mm.1:2cementmortar(blendedwithwater-proofingadditivesequivalentto5%ofthecementweight)shallbeplasteredtotheelevationof-0.060withthicknessof20mmforthewallbodyhorizontaldamp-proofcoating.2.1.4屋面工程:現(xiàn)澆板上做1：10水泥珍珠巖找坡最薄處30mm、空鋪APP聚酯胎改性瀝青防水卷材4mm厚、擠塑泡沫板140mm厚、20厚1：2.5水泥砂漿找平、PVC防水卷材1.5厚、保濕毯/保護層、蓄排水盤、土工布保護墊、120厚輕質(zhì)人工合成土、植被。Roofwork:onthecast-in-situsslab,thesequentiallayerasfollows:1:10cementperliteslopinglevelingminimumTHK.30mm;SpreadtheAPPbitumenwaterproofbookoftheAPP.4mm;Squeezethemoldfoamtheplank,140mm;1:2.5cementmortarlevelingTHK.20mm;WaterproofbookofPVC,1.5mm;Moistureretention/protectionmat;Drainageboard;Soilworktheclothprotectthemat;Light-weighttheartificialsynthesizesoil.120mm;Vegetation.2.1.5裝飾裝修工程：外墻裝飾，1：2.5水泥砂漿20厚抹平，干掛30厚毛面花崗巖；內(nèi)裝修，天棚吊頂龍骨表面熱鍍鋅層，可以徒手拆卸龍骨，便于天花板上方空調(diào)、線路等機電設備維修。內(nèi)墻隔墻：采用鋼龍骨雙層石膏板隔墻，龍骨采用75系列熱鍍鋅板，厚度為1.0MM、1.5MM。FinishingandDecorationWork:Outerwalldecoration,thewallissmoothedby1:2.5cementmortarwiththicknessin20mm,and30thickeddull-finishgranite;Insidedecoration:Hotgalvanizedcoatingispaintedonthesurfaceofthekeelofthesupendedceiling,thekeelcanbedismantledbyhandforthemaintenanceoftheair-conditionersandelectromechanicalequipmentsofpowerlines;Light-weightpartitionwall:Adoptsteelkeelbi-layerfireproofinggypsumplatepartitionwall.ThekeeladpotshotgalvanizedzincplateofSeries75withthicknessof1.0mmand1.5mm.2.1.6樓地面裝飾工程：（1）辦公室及會議室：鋪3mm厚地毯；（2）大廳、茶水間、儲藏間：打臘火燒板黑色花崗巖600*600*20；（3）餐廳、走廊：3.5mm橡膠地板；（4）實驗室及其辦公室和IT辦公室：5mm厚橡膠地板；（5）機房：自流平環(huán)氧膠泥面層；（6）洗碗間、備餐間、衛(wèi)生間等：防滑地磚150*150*10水泥膠粘貼5mm厚。FlooringWork:（1）Meetingroomoffice:carpetthicknessis3mm;（2）Hall,tearoom,storageroom:waxingfireplateblackgranite600*600*20cementadhersive5thick;（3）Canteen,corridor:3.5mmthickrubberfloor;（4）Testingroomsandoffice,IToffices:5mmthickrubberfloor;（5）Maincomputerroom:1mmofgravityflowepoxydaublayer;（6）Sanitaryroom,cleaningroom,teahouse:anti-slippingfloor5mm.2.1.7門窗工程:鋁合金
