微格教學(xué)視域下漢語國際教育碩士教學(xué)技能影響因素與指標(biāo)體系建構(gòu)摘要
微格教學(xué)成為中國教育領(lǐng)域中一個(gè)新興的教學(xué)效果評(píng)估方法,它可以對(duì)漢語國際教育碩士教學(xué)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行全方位、多角度的評(píng)估。本文在微格教學(xué)視域下,以漢語國際教育碩士的教學(xué)技能為研究對(duì)象,探討了其教學(xué)技能的影響因素和指標(biāo)體系的建構(gòu)。
首先,我們針對(duì)微格教學(xué)的特點(diǎn)和漢語國際教育碩士的教學(xué)技能,歸納總結(jié)了教學(xué)技能的影響因素,包括教學(xué)背景、教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、認(rèn)知領(lǐng)域、教師素質(zhì)等。然后,通過實(shí)地調(diào)研和文獻(xiàn)研究,構(gòu)建了漢語國際教育碩士教學(xué)技能的指標(biāo)體系,包括知識(shí)技能、思想品德、教育教學(xué)能力、跨文化交際意識(shí)等方面。
最后,通過對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的分析和對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的綜述,我們得出了結(jié)論:微格教學(xué)視域下,漢語國際教育碩士的教學(xué)技能受到多重因素的影響,其中,認(rèn)知領(lǐng)域、教師素質(zhì)、教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)等是影響教學(xué)技能的關(guān)鍵因素。同時(shí),漢語國際教育碩士應(yīng)具備優(yōu)秀的知識(shí)技能、思想品德、教育教學(xué)能力和跨文化交際意識(shí)等方面的指標(biāo),以提高其教學(xué)質(zhì)量。

Abstract
Micro-teachinghasbecomeanewandemergingmethodforassessingteachingeffectivenessinChina'seducationfield.Itcanprovideacomprehensive,multi-angleevaluationoftheteachingqualityoftheMaster'sDegreeinChineseInternationalEducation.Inthispaper,fromtheperspectiveofmicro-teaching,theteachingskillsofMaster'sDegreeinChineseInternationalEducationweretakenastheresearchobject,andtheinfluencingfactorsandindexsystemofteachingskillswereexplored.
Firstly,basedonthecharacteristicsofmicro-teachingandtheteachingskillsofMaster'sDegreeinChineseInternationalEducation,wesummarizedtheinfluencingfactorsofteachingskills,includingteachingbackground,teachingexperience,cognitivefield,teacherquality,andsoon.Then,throughfieldinvestigationandliteratureresearch,weconstructedtheindexsystemofteachingskillsforMaster'sDegreeinChineseInternationalEducation,includingknowledgeandskills,ideologicalandmoralcharacter,educationalandteachingability,cross-culturalcommunicationawarenessandsoon.
Finally,throughtheanalysisofexperimentaldataandthereviewofrelevantliterature,wereachedtheconclusionthat,fromtheperspectiveofmicro-teaching,theteachingskillsofMaster'sDegreeinChineseInternationalEducationareinfluencedbymultiplefactors,amongwhichcognitivefield,teacherqualityandteachingexperiencearethekeyfactorsthataffectteachingskills.Atthesametime,Master'sDegreeinChineseInternationalEducationshouldhaveexcellentindicatorsofknowledgeandskills,ideologicalandmoralcharacter,educationalandteachingability,andcross-culturalcommunicationawareness,inordertoimprovetheirteachingquality.
