微格教學(xué)成為中國教育領(lǐng)域中一個(gè)新興的教學(xué)效果評(píng)估方法,它可以對(duì)漢語國際教育碩士教學(xué)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行全方位、多角度的評(píng)估。本文在微格教學(xué)視域下,以漢語國際教育碩士的教學(xué)技能為研究對(duì)象,探討了其教學(xué)技能的影響因素和指標(biāo)體系的建構(gòu)。

Abstract

Micro-teachinghasbecomeanewandemergingmethodforassessingteachingeffectivenessinChina'seducationfield.Itcanprovideacomprehensive,multi-angleevaluationoftheteachingqualityoftheMaster'sDegreeinChineseInternationalEducation.Inthispaper,fromtheperspectiveofmicro-teaching,theteachingskillsofMaster'sDegreeinChineseInternationalEducationweretakenastheresearchobject,andtheinfluencingfactorsandindexsystemofteachingskillswereexplored.

Firstly,basedonthecharacteristicsofmicro-teachingandtheteachingskillsofMaster'sDegreeinChineseInternationalEducation,wesummarizedtheinfluencingfactorsofteachingskills,includingteachingbackground,teachingexperience,cognitivefield,teacherquality,andsoon.Then,throughfieldinvestigationandliteratureresearch,weconstructedtheindexsystemofteachingskillsforMaster'sDegreeinChineseInternationalEducation,includingknowledgeandskills,ideologicalandmoralcharacter,educationalandteachingability,cross-culturalcommunicationawarenessandsoon.

Finally,throughtheanalysisofexperimentaldataandthereviewofrelevantliterature,wereachedtheconclusionthat,fromtheperspectiveofmicro-teaching,theteachingskillsofMaster'sDegreeinChineseInternationalEducationareinfluencedbymultiplefactors,amongwhichcognitivefield,teacherqualityandteachingexperiencearethekeyfactorsthataffectteachingskills.Atthesametime,Master'sDegreeinChineseInternationalEducationshouldhaveexcellentindicatorsofknowledgeandskills,ideologicalandmoralcharacter,educationalandteachingability,andcross-culturalcommunicationawareness,inordertoimprovetheirteachingquality.
