WithChina'saccessiontotheWTOandtheacceleratedimplementationofthe"BeltandRoad"initiative,theinternationalizationandregionalizationofurbaneconomygraduallyemerged,andtheeconomicdevelopmentpatterngraduallyturnedfromtraditionalhigh-energyconsumption,highpollution,highemissiontothenewlow-energyconsumption,lowpollution,andlow-emissiongreeneconomy.AsanimportantpartofChina'snortherndevelopmentzone,thedegreeofopennessanddevelopmentlevelofgreeneconomyintheGuanzhongurbanagglomerationnotonlyaffectitsowneconomicdevelopment,butalsothesustainableeconomicdevelopmentoftheregionandtheentirecountry.ByanalyzingthedegreeofinternationalandregionalopeningoftheGuanzhongurbanagglomerationandthedevelopmentlevelofgreeneconomy,thispaperaimstoexploretheimpactofinternationalandregionalopeningonthequalityofgreeneconomicgrowthintheGuanzhongurbanagglomeration.
