mendedtoperformmeasurementsattemperaturesfrom500°Candhigherininertatmospheretominimiseoxidationanddegradationofthesensor.Degradationiscausedbydisintegrationoftheadhesivelayerbetweenthemicalayers,causingthesensortodelaminate.Somedegradationisacceptable,aslongasthenickelspiralisundamaged.Bymeasuringtheelectrical ofasensoritcanbedeterminedifsensorisusableornot.Sensor
