本研究利用斑馬魚作為實驗?zāi)P停u價水仙苷的發(fā)育毒性以及心可舒片在防治心肌缺血中的活性作用。研究結(jié)果表明,水仙苷在一定的濃度下對斑馬魚的生長及發(fā)育有明顯的抑制作用,同時對其神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)與心肌功能的發(fā)育也會產(chǎn)生毒性影響。在心可舒片的活性實驗中,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)其可以顯著提高斑馬魚心肌組織的存活率及運動能力,這與其對細胞凋亡及氧化應(yīng)激的抑制作用有關(guān)。本研究對于水仙苷毒性及心可舒片的活性研究提供了新的實驗?zāi)P秃蛥⒖?,同時也有助于加深人們對于這些生物學作用的認識,為藥物安全性評價和臨床應(yīng)用提供依據(jù)。

Abstract:

Inthisstudy,weusedDaniorerioasanexperimentalmodeltoevaluatethedevelopmentaltoxicityofhigenamineandtheactivityofxinmailongtabletsinpreventingandtreatingmyocardialischemia.Theresultsshowedthathigenaminehasasignificantinhibitoryeffectonthegrowthanddevelopmentofzebrafishatacertainconcentration,andalsohastoxiceffectsonitsnervoussystemandmyocardialfunction.Intheactivityexperimentofxinmailongtablets,wefoundthatitcansignificantlyimprovethesurvivalrateandexerciseabilityofzebrafishmyocardialtissue,whichisrelatedtoitsinhibitoryeffectoncellapoptosisandoxidativestress.Thisstudyprovidesanewexperimentalmodelandreferenceforthetoxicityofhigenamineandtheactivityofxinmailongtablets,whichisconducivetodeepeningpeople'sunderstandingofthesebiologicaleffectsandprovidingabasisfordrugsafetyevaluationandclinicalapplication.

Thestudyalsoinvestigatedtheprotectiveeffectsofxinmailongtabletsagainsthigenamine-induceddevelopmentalandmyocardialtoxicity.Xinmailongtabletswerefoundtosignificantlyreducethedevelopmentaltoxicityofhigenamineandprotectagainstoxidativestressandapoptosisinmyocardialcells.Thesefindingssuggestthatxinmailongtabletsmayhavepotentialtherapeuticbenefitsintreatingcardiovasculardiseasesbyprotectingmyocardialtissue.
