壓力的作用效果,跟壓力和受力面積的關(guān)系是密不行分的。當(dāng)我們的心理承受力量肯定時(shí),壓力的作用效果就只和壓力有關(guān)。壓力可以是一個(gè)人前進(jìn)的動(dòng)力,也可以讓一個(gè)人苦痛百倍。壓力太小,人就很簡單失去原來的欲望??僧?dāng)壓力太大的時(shí)候,心有會(huì)很累很累,心情很煩躁認(rèn)為自己一無是處。只有自己會(huì)給自己增加或者釋放過多的壓力的人才會(huì)獲得真正壓力帶來的好處。
