透骨消痛膠囊干預(yù)兔膝骨質(zhì)疏松性骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的軟骨與軟骨下骨結(jié)構(gòu)研究

透骨消痛膠囊干預(yù)兔膝骨質(zhì)疏松性骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的軟骨與軟骨下骨結(jié)構(gòu)研究摘要：

目的：探討透骨消痛膠囊在兔膝骨質(zhì)疏松性骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的軟骨與軟骨下骨結(jié)構(gòu)上的干預(yù)作用。

方法：選取20只雄性新西蘭白兔，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和干預(yù)組。對(duì)照組不做任何處理，干預(yù)組口服透骨消痛膠囊。分別于2、4、8、12周取材，行HE染色、SafraninO-FastGreen染色和免疫組織化學(xué)染色，觀察軟骨形態(tài)及其病理變化，并定量分析軟骨下骨的組織學(xué)變化及其保護(hù)作用。

結(jié)果：干預(yù)組于2周后即出現(xiàn)軟骨組織形態(tài)和細(xì)胞排列的糾正，并且SafraninO-FastGreen染色的病理分級(jí)明顯減輕，免疫染色的陽(yáng)性細(xì)胞數(shù)目明顯減少。在4至12周，軟骨下骨骨小梁的數(shù)目明顯增多，骨小梁的厚度明顯增加。同時(shí)，干預(yù)組的骨密度明顯提高，細(xì)胞增殖活性明顯增強(qiáng)，炎性細(xì)胞浸潤(rùn)明顯減輕，成骨細(xì)胞數(shù)目明顯增多。

結(jié)論：透骨消痛膠囊可以有效糾正軟骨組織形態(tài)和細(xì)胞排列，明顯減輕病理程度，同時(shí)可保護(hù)軟骨下骨結(jié)構(gòu)的組織學(xué)完整性，增加骨小梁數(shù)目，增加骨密度，減輕炎癥反應(yīng)，提高細(xì)胞增殖活性，增加成骨細(xì)胞數(shù)目，對(duì)兔膝骨質(zhì)疏松性骨關(guān)節(jié)炎有很好的干預(yù)作用。

Abstract:

Objective:ToinvestigatetheinterventioneffectofBonePainReliefCapsulesonthecartilageandsubchondralbonestructureofrabbitkneeosteoporoticosteoarthritis.

Methods:TwentymaleNewZealandwhiterabbitswererandomlydividedintocontrolgroupandinterventiongroup.Thecontrolgroupwasnottreatedwithanything,andtheinterventiongroupwastreatedwithBonePainReliefCapsules.Thesamplesweretakenat2,4,8and12weeks,andHEstaining,SafraninO-FastGreenstainingandimmunohistochemistrystainingwereperformedtoobservethecartilagemorphologyanditspathologicalchanges,andtoquantitativelyanalyzethehistologicalchangesofsubchondralboneanditsprotectiveeffects.
