我國(guó)老年網(wǎng)民的媒介形象構(gòu)建研究——基于央視網(wǎng)報(bào)道(2011-2020)摘要:本文基于央視網(wǎng)在2011年至2020年間關(guān)于老年網(wǎng)民的報(bào)道進(jìn)行研究,通過(guò)內(nèi)容分析法對(duì)報(bào)道中老年網(wǎng)民的媒介形象進(jìn)行構(gòu)建。結(jié)果表明,央視網(wǎng)對(duì)老年網(wǎng)民的媒介形象構(gòu)建主要呈現(xiàn)出三種類型:積極的形象、消極的形象和中性的形象。其中,積極的形象主要體現(xiàn)在老年人積極參與網(wǎng)絡(luò)社交、網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物等方面;消極的形象則主要在老年人網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全意識(shí)薄弱、老年人網(wǎng)絡(luò)詐騙等方面呈現(xiàn);而中性的形象則涉及到老年人使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)的各個(gè)方面??傮w而言,央視網(wǎng)的報(bào)道表現(xiàn)出對(duì)老年網(wǎng)民的尊重和關(guān)注,同時(shí)也反映出老年人在網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代中所面臨的新問(wèn)題和挑戰(zhàn)。本文旨在為提高老年人網(wǎng)絡(luò)素養(yǎng)、加強(qiáng)老年人網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全意識(shí)等方面提供有益的參考。

Introduction
Withtheadvancementofinformationtechnology,theInternethasbecomeanimportantpartofpeople'sdailylives,andmoreandmoreelderlypeoplehavealsoenteredtheworldoftheInternet.AsanimportantmediaplatforminChina,CCTVhasbeenpayingattentiontothedevelopmentoftheInternetandtheparticipationoftheelderlyintheInternet.Since2011,CCTVhasreportedalargenumberofnewsrelatedtoelderlynetizens.BasedonthereportsofCCTVfrom2011to2020,thispaperstudiesthemediaimageconstructionofelderlynetizensandaimstoprovideusefulreferenceforimprovingthenetworkliteracyandstrengtheningthenetworksecurityawarenessoftheelderly.
Methodology
ThisstudyusescontentanalysismethodtoanalyzethereportsofCCTVfrom2011to2020onelderlynetizens.Theanalysiswasconductedfromthreeaspects:positiveimage,negativeimageandneutralimage.
Findings
TheresearchresultsshowthatCCTVhasmainlyconstructedthreetypesofmediaimageforelderlynetizens:positiveimage,negativeimageandneutralimage.Thepositiveimagemainlyreflectselderlypeople'sactiveparticipationinonlinesocialactivities,onlineshopping,andotheraspects.Thenegativeimagemainlyincludesweakawarenessofnetworksecurityandelderlypeople'snetworkfraud.Theneutralimageinvolvesallaspectsofelderlypeople'suseoftheInternet.Overall,CCTV'sreportsshowrespectandattentiontoelderlynetizens,andalsoreflectthenewproblemsandchallengesfacedbytheelderlyintheInternetage.
Conclusion
ThispaperstudiesthemediaimageconstructionofelderlynetizensbasedonCCTV'sreports,andprovidesausefulreferenceforimprovingthenetworkliteracyandstrengtheningthenetworksecurityawarenessoftheelderly.Theresearchshowsthatthemediaimageconstructionofelderlynetizensisacomplexanddynamicprocess,andtoconstructapositiveimageofelderlynetizensinthemedia,itisnecessarytonotonlyhighlighttheirstrengthsbutalsoactivelysolvetheirproblems.Inthefuture,weshouldcontinuetopayattentiontothedevelopmentandparticipationofelderlynetizensintheInternet,andprovidetargetedmeasuresandservicestopromotetheirhealthyandpositiveuseoftheInternetWiththerapiddevelopmentoftheInternet,moreandmoreelderlypeopleareparticipatinginonlineactivities,whichhasbroughtaboutsignificantchangesintheirdailylives.However,themediaoftenportrayelderlynetizensaspassiveandhelpless,whichdoesnotreflectthediversityandvitalityofthisdemographicgroup.Therefore,itiscrucialtoshiftthemediaimageconstructionofelderlynetizensfromnegativetopositive,whichcanimprovetheirsocialstatusandpromotetheirhealthyuseoftheInternet.
Toconstructapositiveimageofelderlynetizens,itisnecessarytohighlighttheirstrengths,suchastheirrichlifeexperience,wisdom,andknowledge.Themediashouldfocusontheiractiveparticipationinonlineactivitiesandshowcasetheircreativityandproductivity.Moreover,itisessentialtorecognizethechallengesthatelderlynetizensface,suchascybersecuritythreats,digitaldivide,andsocialisolation,andactivelysolvetheseproblemsbyprovidingnecessarysupportandassistance.
Inthefuture,weshouldcontinuetopayattentiontothedevelopmentandparticipationofelderlynetizensintheInternet.PoliciesandmeasuresshouldbeimplementedtopromotetheiraccesstotheInternetandimprovetheirdigitalliteracy.Moreover,targetedservicesandactivitiesshouldbedesignedtomeettheirspecificneeds,suchasonlinehealthmanagementandsocialnetworking.Bydoingso,wecanfacilitatetheirhealthyandpositiveuseoftheInternetandenhancetheirsocialintegrationandparticipation.
Inconclusion,themediaimageconstructionofelderlynetizensisacomplexanddynamicprocessthatrequiresapositiveandcomprehensiveunderstandingofthisdemographicgroup.Byhighlightingtheirstrengthsandactivelysolvingtheirproblems,wecanpromotetheirhealthyandpositiveuseoftheInternetandcontributetotheirsocialwell-beinganddevelopmentTheroleoftechnologyinthelivesoftheelderlyshouldnotbeunderestimated.Whiletherearechallengestoovercomesuchasadaptingtonewtechnologiesanddealingwithcertainrisksofusingtheinternet,therearealsomanybenefitsthatcanbegainedbytheelderlywhoengagewiththetechnology.Socialization,cognitiveenhancements,andself-carearejustafewoftheareasthattechnologycanhelpimproveforelderlyusers.
Oneofthemostsignificantbenefitsoftechnologyfortheelderlyisitsabilitytohelpthemmaintainsocialconnectionswithfriendsandfamily.Aspeopleage,theirsocialcircleoftendiminishesduetoretirement,mobilityissues,anddeathoflovedones.Beingabletointeractwithothersthroughsocialmediaandvideocallscanhelpthemstayconnectedtothoseimportanttothem,whethertheybeacrossthestreetoracrosstheworld.Socialmediacannotonlyfostersocialinteraction,butitcanalsobringexposuretovariousformsofentertainmentthattheymayhavenotbeenabletoaccessotherwise.
Anothersignificantbenefitoftechnologyfortheelderlyisintheircognitiveenhancement.Researchshowsthatregularuseoftechnologysuchastabletdevicescanhelpstimulatecognitivefunctioningandmemorymaintenance.Puzzles,onlinegamesandquizzescanhelppreservecognitivefunctionanddelaytheonsetofage-relatedcognitivedecline.Thiscanhaveagreatbenefitinimprovingoverallmentalhealthandwell-being.
Lastly,self-carecanbeacriticalareathattechnologycanhelpimprovefortheelderly.Withmanyhealthcareservicesnowondigitalplatforms,patientshaveaccesstomedicalconsultationsandresources,aswellasonlineorderingofmedicationsandsupplements.Thiscanbeespeciallyimportantfortheelderlywhomayhavedifficultywithmobilityortransporttoadoctor'ssurgeryorpharmacy.Digitalservicescanmakeitmoreconvenientfortheelderlytolookaftertheirownhealthandwell-being.
Whileconsiderationsmustbemaderegardingprivacy,security,andriskmanagementwhenitcomestoelderlyinternetuse,itisimportantthatthebenefitsoftechnologyarenotoverlooked.Engagingwithtechnology,througheducationandsupportnetworks,canhelptheelderlymaintainsocialconnections,enhancecognitivefunctioning,andpromoteself-care.Thiscanleadtopositiveeffectsontheiroverallhealthandwell-being,contributingtoactive,healthyagingInadditiontothebenefitsoutlinedabove,thereareotherwaysthattechnologycanimprovethelivesoftheelderly.Oneareawheretechnologyhasshownpromiseisinthefieldoftelehealth.Telehealthreferstotheuseoftelecommunicationandinformationtechnologiestoprovidehealthcareservicesatadistance.Withtelehealth,elderlyindividualscanreceivemedicalconsultationsandaccesstocare,regardlessoftheirlocation.Thisisespeciallyimportantforindividualswholiveinremoteorruralareas,whereaccesstohealthcareservicescanbelimited.
Anotherareawheretechnologycanbebeneficialisinpromotingphysicalactivity.Manyelderlyindividualshavemobilityissuesthatmakeitdifficultforthemtoengageinphysicalactivity.However,thereareseveraltechnology-basedinterventionsthatcanhelpthemstayactive.Forexample,wearableactivitytrackerscanhelpseniorskeeptrackoftheirdailystepsandencouragethemtobemoreactive.Additionally,virtualrealitysystemsandvideogamesdesignedforseniorscanprovideafunandinteractivewaytostayphysicallyactive.
Despitethemanybenefitsoftechnologyuseamongtheelderly,therearestillsomechallengesthatneedtobeaddressed.Oneissueisthedigitaldivide,wherecertaingroupsofseniorsmaynothaveaccesstotechnologyorlacktheskillstouseiteffectively.Toaddressthis,thereneedstobemoreconcertedeffortstoprovidedigitalliteracytrainingtotheelderly,particularlythoselivinginunderservedareas.
