大家下午好!

首先感謝學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)給了我最后一次以青年教師的身份參加學(xué)校集體活動(dòng)的機(jī)會(huì)。這次活動(dòng)讓我在欣喜自己年輕的同時(shí)，也感到了時(shí)光的飛逝。

自工作以來(lái)，做一名優(yōu)秀的教師一直是我最大追求，為了實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)，我工作中勤勤懇懇、兢兢業(yè)業(yè)、熱愛學(xué)生、團(tuán)結(jié)同志，始終堅(jiān)守一個(gè)人民教師應(yīng)有的職業(yè)操守，將自己的人格魅力和專業(yè)素養(yǎng)融于日常的教育教學(xué)活動(dòng)中，努力在平凡的崗位上做出不平凡的業(yè)績(jī)。近幾年我先后被評(píng)為“校級(jí)骨干教師”，獲得青年教師論壇三等獎(jiǎng)。

現(xiàn)在我將從以下四個(gè)方面向大家匯報(bào)一下近幾年我得工作情況。

由于初中化學(xué)學(xué)科的特殊性，我擔(dān)任教學(xué)工作以來(lái)，一直堅(jiān)守在畢業(yè)年級(jí)這個(gè)教學(xué)工作的最前沿。我作為九年級(jí)化學(xué)教師從沒有休息過(guò)完整的寒暑假和雙休日，每年都和學(xué)生一起面對(duì)中考的壓力，緊張的一年又一年過(guò)去了，我從未退縮過(guò)，從未放棄過(guò)。在去年中考中，化學(xué)學(xué)科取得了區(qū)第五名的成績(jī)，我自己教的兩個(gè)班取得了區(qū)第三、第四名。

在日常教學(xué)工作中，我認(rèn)真的做好了下列幾個(gè)方面：

深入細(xì)致地備課。平時(shí)認(rèn)真研究教材，多方參閱各種資料，力求深入理解教材。在集體備課過(guò)程中積極主動(dòng)發(fā)言并承擔(dān)部分工作，化學(xué)是一門以實(shí)驗(yàn)為基礎(chǔ)的學(xué)科，每次實(shí)驗(yàn)我都認(rèn)真準(zhǔn)備，并盡量讓學(xué)生參與其中。

課堂上，我將所學(xué)的課程理念應(yīng)用到課堂教學(xué)中，積極運(yùn)用多種教育方法，注意調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性和創(chuàng)造性思維。這是我在課上曾做過(guò)的一個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)，這個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)讓學(xué)生們印象非常深刻，以致以后我每次做實(shí)驗(yàn)，學(xué)生們都戲說(shuō)“認(rèn)真點(diǎn)，高老師又在變魔術(shù)”，甚至有些學(xué)生還說(shuō)“我要揭秘這個(gè)魔術(shù)”。這些非教材上的演示實(shí)驗(yàn)，增加了課堂教學(xué)的吸引力，增強(qiáng)了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的興趣和學(xué)習(xí)主動(dòng)性，使我的教學(xué)更具特色。我在天津市多媒體整合課比賽中《質(zhì)量守恒定律》一節(jié)獲得市級(jí)三等獎(jiǎng)；做區(qū)級(jí)研討課《原子的構(gòu)成》一節(jié)；做區(qū)級(jí)展示課《如何正確書寫化學(xué)方程式》一節(jié)；在區(qū)級(jí)說(shuō)課比賽中《中和反應(yīng)》獲二等獎(jiǎng)。

我每天都帶著這幾個(gè)問題來(lái)批改作業(yè)。

注重幫扶工作。對(duì)于暫差生，我總是給予特別的關(guān)注，在課堂上多提問，多巡視，多輔導(dǎo)，對(duì)他們的點(diǎn)滴進(jìn)步給予大力的表?yè)P(yáng)；課后多找他們談心、交朋友，樹立起他們的信心和激發(fā)他們學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。并且利用課外時(shí)間給他們輔導(dǎo)，做到了耐心細(xì)致、百問不厭。正是由于我得付出，學(xué)生與我的感情非常融洽。

在擔(dān)任班主任期間，我發(fā)揮著極大的工作熱情，經(jīng)過(guò)自己認(rèn)真努力，腳踏實(shí)地的工作，獲得了組內(nèi)老師的認(rèn)可，所帶班級(jí)也獲得了精神文明班集體稱號(hào)。

由于初中化學(xué)學(xué)科的特殊性，讓我比起擔(dān)任初始年級(jí)學(xué)科的老師少了太多承擔(dān)班主任工作的機(jī)會(huì)。雖然我擔(dān)任班主任的機(jī)會(huì)少，但我時(shí)刻以班主任的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來(lái)要求自己。

尤其在今年承擔(dān)了見習(xí)班主任工作，在平時(shí)教學(xué)中，對(duì)隨時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)的衛(wèi)生、紀(jì)律、規(guī)范等問題，及時(shí)進(jìn)行教育。當(dāng)班主任有問題找到我時(shí)，我都熱情主動(dòng)的承擔(dān)起來(lái)。由于我對(duì)班內(nèi)學(xué)生管理的比較多，使的有些同學(xué)說(shuō)“高老師，你只是見習(xí)班主任?！蔽业幕卮鹗恰耙娏?xí)班主任也是班主任呀?！?/p>

除了班級(jí)管理，我還非常注重與家長(zhǎng)的聯(lián)系。在每一屆的第一次家長(zhǎng)會(huì)中，我都會(huì)留下自己的電話號(hào)碼，方便家長(zhǎng)隨時(shí)與我聯(lián)系。

教學(xué)離不開科研。在近兩年我參加了多個(gè)市、區(qū)級(jí)課題研究工作，并且市級(jí)課題《初中化學(xué)復(fù)習(xí)課實(shí)施高效教學(xué)策略研究》已經(jīng)結(jié)題。參加區(qū)公開研討課、展示課，借以在更為廣泛的空間中和同行們交流探討，不斷充實(shí)自己，提高自己的教學(xué)能力和業(yè)務(wù)水平，并且在提升教育教學(xué)理念的同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)了自身教學(xué)實(shí)踐的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。

這次優(yōu)秀教師評(píng)選將是我未來(lái)工作的新起點(diǎn)，我會(huì)不斷完善自身的綜合素質(zhì)，勤奮工作，開拓進(jìn)取，為學(xué)校的教育教學(xué)工作做出更大的貢獻(xiàn)。

Thisforum"sthemeis"China:thenext50years."Chinaisalargedevelopingsocialistcountry,anditsfuturedevelopmentwillnotonlydirectlyaffectthefutureoftheChinesepeople,butwillalsohaveimportantimpactonthedevelopmentandprogressofAsiaandtheworld.

Overthepasthundred-oddyears,theChinesepeoplehavegonethroughstormandstress,andinthecourseofvigorousstruggletheyhaveaccomplishedagreathistorictransformation.NewChina"s50yearsofdevelopmenthaveresultedinaccomplishmentsthathaveastonishedtheworld.

Onlysixyearsago,inthisLujiazuiDistrictofShanghai"sPudongarea,wherewearegatheredthisevening,therewereonlyrun-downhousesandfarms.Nowitisavibrantmodernfinancialandbusinesszone,fullofhighrisebuildings.Overfiftyyearsago,IwasinShanghaiattendinguniversity.Atthattime,Ihadadeepsenseofthepoverty,backwardnessandfeeblenessoftheoldChina.ItwasthenthatIdecidedtodevotemyselftothenobletaskofbuildinganindependent,free,democratic,unified,richandpowerfulNewChina,andIhavebeenstrugglingforthattothisveryday.Fourteenyearsago,IbecamemayorofShanghaiandexperiencedtheprocessofreform,opening-upandmodernizationinthis,China"sbiggestcity.I"msurethatallofyouhaveseenwithyourowneyestheconstantandunceasingtransformationofShanghai.ThegrowthofShanghaiisonereflectionoftheenormouschangestakingplaceinChina.

Here,IwouldliketospeaktoyouaboutsomebasicvaluesoftheChinesepeople.Withoutanunderstandingofthese,itisdifficulttomakesenseofpresentandfutureeventsinChina.

TheChinesepeoplehavealwaysrespectedthedignityandworthofhumanbeings.TheCommunistPartyofChinaledthepeopleinrevolution,constructionandreformfortheverypurposeofrealizingfreedom,democracyandhumanrightsforallthepeopleofChina.ThegreatvitalitydisplayednowadaysinChinavividlydemonstratesthetremendousspacethattheChinesepeoplehavetofreelyanddemocraticallyexercisetheircreativity.Chinahasapopulationofover1.2billion,butitssocialproductionisstillnotwelldeveloped,andwemustfirstandforemostsafeguardthepeople"srightstosurvivalanddevelopment;otherwisewecannotevenbegintotalkaboutotherrights.ThefactthatChinahasassuredtherightstosurvivalanddevelopmentofover1.2billionpeopleisamajorcontributiontothecauseoftheprogressofhumanrightsallovertheworld.TheChinesepeopleadvocatethecloseinterlinkingofcollectivehumanrightswithindividualhumanrights,ofeconomic,socialandculturalrightswithcitizens"politicalrights.ThisistheroadwemusttakeforthecauseofpromotinghumanrightsinlightofChina"snationalconditions.

TheChinesepeoplehavealwaysinsistedonindependence.Theycherishtherightsofindependencethattheyhavewonoveralongperiodofstruggle,andtheyresolutelyupholdtherightofallpeopletoenjoytheserights.Wealsobelievethateverycountryhastherighttochoosethesocialsystem,ideology,economicsystemandpathofdevelopmentthatsuititsnationalconditions.Countrieswithdifferentsocialsystemsshouldrespecteachother"ssovereigntyandterritorialintegrity;theyshouldtreateachotherasequalsandcoexistpeacefully.Weopposeanyeffortsbyanycountrytoimposeitsownsocialsystemandideologyonanothercountry.

TheChinesepeoplehavealwayslovedfreedomandpeace.TheChinesepeoplehavesufferedgreatlyfromwarsandinvasionsinmoderntimes,andtheyfeeldeeplyhowpreciouspeaceis.Asitengagesinmodernization,Chinaneedsapeacefulinternationalenvironment.Wehopethatallpeoplewillbeabletoliveinaworldwithoutwarandwithoutviolence.Chinacarriesoutaforeignpolicywithpeaceasitsgoal,andresolutelyopposesanyactsthatendangerworldpeace.China"sdevelopmentdoesnotposeathreattoanyone,instead,itwillonlyhelptoadvanceworldpeace,stabilityanddevelopment.ItistheChinesepeople"ssolemnpromisetotheworldnevertoseekhegemony.

thethemeforthisyearsforum,namelycreatingvaluethroughinnovation,isamostrelevantone.innovationisaneternaltopicofthehumansocietyandaninexhaustibleenginedrivingeconomicandsocialdevelopment.innovationisvitaltothesteadyrecoveryoftheworldeconomy.innovationisalsoessentialtoupgradingthechineseeconomyandimprovingitsperformance.anditisthankstoreformandinnovationthatthechineseeconomyhasinrecentyearsmaintainedsteadyandsoundgrowth.

theglobaleconomicenvironmenthasremainedanintricateonesincethebeginningofthisyear.theroadtorecoveryindevelopedcountrieshasremainedbumpy5.growthinemergingmarketeconomieshassloweddown,andthechineseeconomyfacesgreaterdownwardpressure.facingthischallengingenvironment,wehavecontinuedtofollowthegeneralprincipleofmakingprogresswhilemaintainingstability.wehavestayedthecourseandpursuedaproactiveapproach.insteadofadoptingstrongeconomicstimulus6oreasingmonetary7policy,wehavevigorouslypromotedreformandeconomicreadjustment,andmadeeffortstoimprovepeopleslives.asaresult,hefirsthalfoftheyear,thechineseeconomyregistereda7.4percentgrowth,andcpirisewaskeptat2.3percent.despiteeconomicslowdown,betweenjanuaryandaugust,thesurveyedunemploymentratewaskeptataround5percentin31bigandmedium-sizedcities.morethan9.7millionurbanjobswerecreated,whichisoveronehundredthousandmorecomparedwiththesameperiodlastyear.

despitegrowingdownwardpressureontheeconomy,morejobswerecreated,thankstonewstepsofreformtaken.sincethebeginningofthisgovernment,ernmentdepartmentshaveremovedordelegatedtolowerlevelsadministrativeapprovalonover600items,andthisyear,thebusinessregistration9reform,amongothers,hasbeencarriedoutnationwide.thishasloweredthethresholdforstartingbusinessesandremovedrestrictions10onthem,thusgivingagreatboosttobusinessdevelopmentinthewholecountry.betweenjanuaryandaugust,theamountofnewlyregisteredmarketentities11wasmorethaneightmillion,andfrommarchtoaugust,withthebusinessregistrationreform,thenumberofnewlyregisteredbusinessesgrewby61percentoverthepreviousyear,allpointingtoamassiveupsurgewhichhasgeneratedmorethan10millionjobs.inadditiontoreformingthebusinessregistrationsystem,wehavealsointroducedreformstoinvestmentfinancing,taxation12andlogisticssystems,andfurtheropenedthegateforthedevelopmentoftheservicesector13andotheremergingindustries.allthesemeasureshavebeenvitalinfosteringandincreasingjobopportunities.

thepositivechangesinchinaseconomyarenotonlyreflectedintheincreaseofjobsandresidentsincomes,butalsointhestructural14upgrading.wehavestreamlinedadministration,delegatedpowerstothelowerlevels,andadoptedfiscal16,taxationandfinancialmeasuressuchastargetedtaxreductionandtargetedreductionofrequiredbankreserveratio.allthesemeasureshavespurredthegrowthoftheservicesector,agriculture,ruralareaandthewelfareoffarmers,aswellassmallandmicro-businesses,hefirsthalfoftheyear,newbusinessesandnewbusinessmodelssuchaslogistics,expressdeliveryande-commercealldevelopedfast.thenumberofnewlyregisteredservicebusinessessurgedbymorethan70percent.thetertiaryindustrycontinuedtooutperformthesecondaryindustryintermsofgrowthrateandshareofgdp,andisaleadingsectoroftheeconomy.theshareofprivateinvestmentinfixed17assetinvestmentincreasedby1.4percentagepointsyearonyear.high-tech18industriesandequipmentmanufacturinggrewfasterthantheindustrialaverage.

deepeningstructuralreadjustmenthasimprovedthequalityofeconomicgrowth.onthebasisofcarryingoutreformandinnovation,wehavereducedovercapacity,eliminatingoutdated19capacityinparticular,hefirsthalfoftheyear,thegrowthofinvestmentandproductionofindustrieswithhighenergyconsumptionandemissions21noticeablysloweddown.theperunitgdpenergyconsumptiondroppedby4.2percentyearonyear,andcarbonintensity22wascutbyabout5percent,thelargestdropinmanyyears.

wehavemanagedtoensuresteadygrowthandimprovethequalityofthechineseeconomybytakingtargeted,range-basedmacro-controlmeasures.withfocusonkeyareasandweaklinksofchinaseconomicandsocialdevelopment,wehaveusedmorereformandinnovationmeasurestoincentivizemarketentities,strengthenweaklinks,boosttherealeconomyandensurethatoureffortsarewell-targeted.thisapproach,whichwasalsostructuraladjustmentinnature,involvedbothreformandreadjustments.wehavestrivedtoremovemarketobstaclesandmakethemarketplayadecisiveroleinresourcesallocation.wehavealsoendeavoredtoimprovetheroleofthegovernmentandpromotesocialequity23.wehaveworkedactively24tobalancedomesticandinternationaldemands,coordinate25regionaldevelopment,narrowthegapbetweenruralandurbanareasandstabilize26agriculturalsupplyanddemand.wehavestrengthenedtheconstructionofrailwaysincentralandwesternchina,therenovation27ofrundownareas,aswellaspollutioncontrolandpreventionandotherlivelihood28anddevelopmentprojects.wehaveactivelytackledthebottlenecks29thathavelongconstrained30chinasbalanceddevelopment.allofthesehavevigorouslysupportedtheprocesstowardanewtypeofindustrializationandeffectivelyincreasedthesupplyofpublicgoods.
