我的性格是很開朗隨和的，擅長與人交談，做事細致。曾經(jīng)在學校社團聯(lián)合會里干過一年，曾參與組織過鷹翔安排等活動，活動主要是針對學生社團各個負責人進行戶外培訓的拓展訓練的活動。大二暑假參與學院組織的暑期三下鄉(xiāng)活動，擔當義教老師，這次經(jīng)驗讓我印象深刻。當時我們由一名老師帶領(lǐng)，組成33個人的團隊，一起探討備課和課后總結(jié)，組織學生做嬉戲，一起做飯和生活等等，是特殊團結(jié)和相互幫助的一個團隊，三下鄉(xiāng)也取得了特殊好的效果，跟那些孩子相處很好，結(jié)下了很深的情意。平常生活里我也是一個樂于助人的人，做過廣交會志愿者，而且擔當班級素拓委期間，不厭其煩地通知和統(tǒng)計同學參與的活動狀況，幾乎沒出過錯，大家對我的評價是很細心很負責。
