Course

reform

is

the

necessary

demand

in

the

new

situation

which

needs

creative

teaching

and

offers

much

space

to

teachers.

At

the

same

time

the

quality

and

ability

of

the

teachers

should

be

improved

rapidly.

During

the

English

teaching

we

should

concentrate

on

all

the

development

of

the

students

and

develop

their

integrating

skills.

We

must

realize

the

importance

of

information

technology

and

put

it

into

English

teaching.

Besides,

in

the

course

of

teaching,

we

should

pay

attention

to

the

use

of

the

multi-evaluation

all

the

time

so

students

can

experience

the

progress

and

success

and

add

to

their

interests

and

confidence.

It

can

make

English

teaching

more

During

the

English

teaching

we

should

concentrate

on

the

students’

all-

round

development.

The

students

benefit

from

the

new

course

reform

most.

During

the

English

teaching,

each

of

the

teachers’

teaching

beliefs

should

be

humanity,

and

the

basic

location

is

cognitive

education,

so

we

should

believe

that

every

student

has

great

potential

ability

in

learning,

and

that

each

of

the

students

has

an

abundant

and

special

mental

world.

We

should

make

the

students

play

the

most

important

role,

and

concentrate

on

their

all-round

development

so

that

the

students

have

the

ability

of

continuous

development,

which

will

come

into

important

play

in

their

lifelong

education.

The

teachers

should

concentrate

on

inspiring

and

developing

the

students’

interest

in

learning

English,

which

can

help

the

students

to

be

confident

and

enthusiastic

about

their

studies

and

life,

and

form

the

effective

study

strategy,

and

develop

good

habit

of

study.

Teachers

should

do

their

best

to

offer

much

study

space

to

students

in

order

to

make

different

students

experience

the

progress

and

success.

Many

years

later,

we

always

think

the

most

important

thing

in

teaching

is

what

helps

the

students

to

grasp

the

English

knowledge,

but

we

ignored

the

students’

spiritual

world.

In

fact,

the

students’

senses

of

social

responsibility,

strict

study

attitude

and

positive

emotion

all

have

an

effect

on

their

English

learning.

As

teachers,

we

should

respect

our

students

and

put

our

emotion

into

the

English

teaching.

For

respecting

the

students,

we

also

admit

that

there

are

a

lot

of

differences

among

them.

Every

student

has

his

personality;

they

should

be

given

an

equal

chance

to

study.

According

to

the

differences

among

them,

we

offer

the

right

ways

of

studying

to

different

students.

Howard

Gardener,

a

famous

psychologist

and

educator

in

present

age,

he

wrote

a

book

called

“Frames

of

mind”,

Theory

of

Multiple

Intelligence

is

raised

by

him

in

the

book.

Human

intelligence

is

classified

as

seven

classifications

by

Gardener:

Parole-language

Intelligence,

Logic-mathematical

Intelligence,

Vision-space

Intelligence,

Body-sporting

Intelligence,

Music-tempo

Intelligence,

Association-Communicative

Intelligence,

and

Know

Oneself

Intelligence.

The

classification

of

intellectual

structure

is

great

helpful

to

us

in

changing

our

educational

beliefs

and

knowing

the

students’

discrepancy

again.

In

fact,

during

the

English

teaching

we

find

the

discrepancy

between

girls

and

boys,

most

of

the

girls

are

good

at

memorizing

words

and

rules,

but

most

of

the

boys

are

good

at

reading

and

thinking.

Some

students

are

good

at

spoken

language

while

others

are

good

at

written

language.

A

teacher

should

guide

his

students

according

to

the

different

characteristics

of

the

different

students.2.

During

the

English

teaching

we

should

concentrate

on

developing

the

students’

integrating

skills.The

main

aim

of

the

new

textbook

is

to

help

students

to

improve

their

integrating

skills.

The

skills

include

listening,

speaking,

reading

and

writing.

Listening

and

reading

are

the

input

of

language

called

input

skill,

speaking

and

writing

is

output

of

language

expressing

The

use

of

language

of

a

person

can

be

improved

in

the

process

of

receiving

informationAnd

expressing

himself.

During

the

English

teaching

,

listening,

speaking,

reading,

and

writing

not

only

are

the

purpose

of

learning,

but

also

are

the

means

of

learning.

So

during

our

English

teaching

we

must

help

the

students

to

improve

their

integrating

skills

by

guiding

the

students

to

practise

listening,

speaking,

reading,

and

writing.(2).The

acquisition

of

the

basic

knowledge

of

English

is

greatly

helpful

to

one’s

English

learning,

which

is

the

foundation

of

forming

ability.

We

are

opposed

to

the

view

that

teachers

teach

students

English

is

to

teach

them

English

grammar,

but

that

doesn’t

mean

we

don’t

learn

grammar.

Grasping

language

skill

is

necessary

for

Chinese

people

who

want

to

learn

English.

The

basic

knowledge

of

language

is

an

organic

part

of

language

ability

and

plays

an

important

role

in

the

development

of

language

ability.

The

problem

is

that

we

can’t

regard

the

learning

of

basic

knowledge

as

the

only

purpose

of

learning

English;

we

think

that

teachers

teach

students

English

is

not

to

teach

them

grammar.

At

present,

some

people

misunderstand

that

teachers

improve

and

develop

the

ability

of

English

is

not

the

learning

of

the

knowledge

of

language;they

also

think

that

knowledge

is

opposed

to

ability,

obviously,

and

that

view

is

wrong.

degree,

that

the

students

utilize

the

language

is

related

to

their

emotional

attitude,

cultural

consciousness

and

study

strategy.

English

teaching

concentrates

mainly

on

psychological

factor

and

the

background

of

English

teachers

to

information

technology

sufficiently

during

the

English

teaching.In

recent

years,

fast

development

of

information

technology

has

been

reforming

the

model

of

education

in

a

high

degree.

It

is

an

inevitable

tendency

to

scientific

theories

and

advanced

teaching

means

into

class

by

utilizing

information

technology

to

reform

the

conventional

teaching

mode.

What

is

the

basic

theory

of

utilizing

information

technology

during

the

English

teaching?

The

aims

we

pursue

are

only

a

change

on

the

surface

of

teaching?

Obviously

not.

I

think

the

basic

theory

of

the

application

of

information

technology

during

the

English

teaching

should

be

summarized

three

respects

as

follows:(1).The

class

should

be

a

place

where

the

students

should

be

active

English

learners,

who

are

full

of

vigor

and

originality.There

are

two

problems:

One

is

about

teaching,

the

other

one

is

about

the

positive

role

of

the

students

during

English

learning.

The

popularity

of

medium

technology

and

network

skill

offer

an

opportunity

to

our

contextual

teaching

during

English

class

and

inject

vigor

into

our

English

class.

I

think

it

must

be

better

if

we

make

the

students

think

about

the

English

language

by

situating

them

in

a

fixed

language

context.

Take

the

software

of

Hongen

“Learning

English

from

Zero”

for

example,

the

context

of

English

learning

was

projected

vigorously

and

rich

in

originality

by

utilizing

the

information

technology.

The

CD

is

made

by

Hongen,

including

pictures,

words,

voices,

and

acting

which

makes

every

students’

sense

organs

stimulated

and

their

activity

for

learning

are

improved

and

their

main

role

can

be

brought

into

play,

which

is

good

for

improving

their

language

ability.(2).Developing

their

capability

of

dealing

with

information

efficiently.Nowadays,

if

a

student

does

not

grasp

the

information

skill

in

time,

he

will

not

adjust

to

the

future

age.

skill

should

be

learned

from

little

young”

The

utilizing

of

information

skills

during

English

class

not

only

help

the

students

learn

English

but

also

develop

a

kind

of

consciousness

of

them

and

develop

the

capability

of

grasping

information

technology,

especially,

the

capability

of

searching

information

from

network

efficiently

and

the

capability

of

choosing

and

managing

information.

But

we

must

get

the

essence

from

it

and

abandon

the

dross

in

order

to

make

the

students

have

a

wide

visual

field.(3).The

advanced

software

of

English

learning

enrich

the

students’

study

strategy.For

example,

“Li

English”,

“Mouth

Shape

of

English

and

so

on.

need

adopt

scientific

way

evaluation.(1).For

many

years,

we

have

adopted

a

single

way

of

evaluation,

written

examination

the

dominant

way

of

evaluation

during

English

teaching.Nowadays

as

the

penetration

of

character

education

development

reforming

in

examination,

the

examination

for

entering

university

and

the

examination

for

entering

high

school

both

have

carried

out

listening

test.

For

most

of

examinations

are

written

ones

in

normal

times.

We

always

concentrate

on

evaluating

the

result

of

study,

but

we

ignored

the

evaluation

of

the

process

of

learning

English

and

the

evaluation

in

a

group.

“The

efficiency

of

our

English

teaching

is

low

and

the

application

of

our

English

teaching

is

not

strong,

which

are

related

to

the

teaching

evaluation.”

So

it

is

necessary

for

us

to

continue

to

study

the

problem

of

evaluation

during

the

English

teaching.(2).The

principles

we

must

conform

in

the

evaluation

of

English

course

as

follows:①

Multi-evaluation.

According

to

the

spirit

of

course

reform

in

basic

education,

the

new

systems

of

evaluation

that

will

be

built

by

us

must

reflect

the

multi-characters,

including

multi-aims

and

multi-evaluation

tools.②

Inspiration.

The

purpose

of

evaluation

is

to

promote

the

students’

all-round

development.

Because

of

the

misunderstanding

over

the

teaching

ideas,

in

the

past

we

thought

that

the

evaluation

was

equal

to

the

examination,

especially

the

examination

for

entering

high

school

and

the

examination

for

entering

university.

Nowadays,

if

we

want

to

carry

out

the

scientific

systems

of

evaluation,

the

inspiring

principles

must

be

embodied.

The

multi

purpose

is

that

teachers

can

know

about

the

study

condition

of

the

students

and

inspire

students

to

become

more

positive

in

learning

English,

and

adjust

to

the

English

teaching.③

Sentiment.

The

relation

is

close

between

sentiment

and

teaching.

Because

the

language

itself

is

a

tool

for

expressing

people’s

sentiment,

it

is

related

to

the

development

of

the

people’s

psychology

and

civilization

.In

addition,

the

teachers

go

about

teaching

and

the

students

go

about

studying,

they

have

different

sentiments

that

can

bring

about

the

discrepancy
