Mytimehascometothethemepark,themeparkssuchasthelargeandsmall,havemushroomedriseagain,theChineseseemtohavewhippedupawhirlwindofathemepark,HappyValleyinBeijing,GuangzhouChime-LongParadise,MysteryIsland,Zhuhai,Daliandiscoverykingdom,Ningbo,PhoenixMountainthemeparkinFushunoftheRoyalPolarOceanWorld,HongKongDisneyland,andtheQingdaoPolarOceanWorld,etc.haveopenedwelcoming,thenthereisalsoplannedinTianjinUniversalStudiosThemePark,ShanghaiisstillpreparingforShanghaiDisney.InaccordancewiththeNationalTourismAdministrationforecastthetotaldomestictourismconsumptionin2010willreachonetrillionyuan,tourismwillbecomethecar,tiedfortheconsumptionofhotproperty.ConsumptionStructureofChina'stouristsareaccommodation,cateringandotherexpensesisrelativelylow,attractionticketsforahigherproportionofexpenditure.Accordingtoitsforecast,thenthetotaldomestictourismconsumptionwillhavebillionsinspendingforthetouristattractions,themeparksasanewtouristattractionswillshareinsubstantialrevenue.InChina,thefirsttrulylarge-scalethemeparkopenedin1989,ShenzhenSplendidChinaMiniatureScenicSpot.BenefitedfromtheNetherlands"horseslaudun"littlepeopleinspirationStates,SplendidChinawillbeChina'sgreatmountainsandriversandthehumanitiesminiaturemodelofamonumenttoshowup,madesensationalsuccess,openingayearreceivedmorethan3millionvisitors,100millionyuanofinvestmentinjustoneyear'stimefullyrecovered.Themeparksoundeconomicandsocialbenefitsplayastrongdemonstrationeffect,leadingtotheearly90softhe20thcenturyyetanotherthemeparkinvestmentboom.80yearssincethe20thcentury,thecountryhasbeendeveloped,themepark-styletouristattractionmorethan2,500investmentfundstotalingmorethan3000billionyuan.
ProblemsinChina'sthemepark
First,relativelyhighprices,thereistheunderstandingofthethemeparkMistakes
Intheprocessofeconomicdevelopment,people'slivingstandardsrising,thusputforwardanewtourismproductdemand,tourismdevelopmentisthethemeparktoacertainstage,andwiththestate'seconomicdevelopment,people'sincome,leisuretime,aestheticideas,andthefrequencyoftravelandtourismastrongdesiretohaveacloserelationship.Duetothelackofdomestictouristsinacorrectunderstandingofsomeinvestorstendtooverestimatetraffic,ignoredtheprofessionalthemeparkandspecificity,leadingtopoordecisions,cannotcorrectlygrasptheinvestmentpaybackperiod.Thereturnoninvestmentoftheforeigngeneralas6-8years,whilethedomesticisoftensetat2-3years,whichledtofarefarbeyondthevalueofpsychologicalenduranceoftourists,thusaffectingthetraveloftouristspsychological〔3〕.Ticketsfortheconsequencesoftoomuchisdifficulttoacceptthemarket,fewtourists,causingsomedifficultiesoperatingthethemeparkorevenclosedown.
Second,thethemeistoosimilartorepeat
Sincethebirthofthedomesticthemeparksbeginning,eachnewthemewasalwaysalargenumberoffollowerstofollowsuit,resultinginathemeparkintheformofover-development,fromthemid-80s,appearedinmanyofthesamethemepark,themeparklotduplication,tothestate'sfinancial,humanandlandresourcescausedgreatwaste,becausethethemeparkthemerepeatedledtoviciouscompetitionandtouristsvisualfatigue,reducedthenumberofvisitorsandotherundesirableconsequences.
Third,thethemeparklocationunreasonable
Tosavethecostofinvestment,manyinvestorschosetolandintheremoteareas,orintheurbanfringe,althoughgenerallyfromurbanareaswithin30-50km,butbecauseoflaggingmunicipalservicefacilities,transportfacilities,resultinginveryfewtouristsdonotrevisitsuchphenomena,limitingthedevelopmentofthethemepark.
4,themeparkplanninganddesignistoosimple,lowconstructionquality
Themepark'ssuccessrequiresgoodplanninganddesign.Andbecausetheshorthistoryofthedomesticthemepark,mostthemeparksintheplanning,developmentsimplyimitatethesuccessofforeignexamples,evenabettertheme,willbeunreasonableasplanninganddesignisdifficulttoshowitsvigor.Mostofthethemeparkintheplanningwillbesomeofthesitessimplyacombinationofsimpledesignformisthesinglemosttoimitate,concentratedportfolioofmainlyminiature.Alwaysexistintheproportionofconstructiononthemasterimproperlycutcorners,sloppy,andevensomeofthethemeparkrequestedtheconstructionofnon-professionalteamtodesigntheconstructionsites,resultinginlowerproductionlevels,muchlesstheapplicationoftechnologyinbuildingmeansthe.
Apartfromtheabove-mentionedproblems,thethemeparkthereisstillarigidmanagement,poormanagement,lowqualityofemployeesandotherissues,theseissuesshouldbeproperlyaddressedtoenabletheThemeParkontoastableandhealthydevelopment.
Thereforeneedtoconsiderbuildingathemeparkoverfisheriesissues,toavoidthesameproblems,whichaffectedtheeconomicbenefits,whichrequiresinnovativeanduniquedesign,withflexibilitytomeettheneedsoftourists,andcanattractrepeattouristsvisiting,takingintoaccountenvironmentalprotection,greenandsustainabledevelopmentissues,therefore,needtoplanfromthefollowing.
