5.ClassSkippinginUniversitiesClassskippingissomethingthatisalmostunimaginableforuswhenwewereinmiddleschoolandhighschoolbutitbecomessuchausualphenomenonintoday'suniversities.What'sworsesomeoftheuniversitystudentsdonotthinkitisabigdealtoskipclasses.Onemostimportantreasonisthatouruniversitystudentsarenotpreparedtoliveaself-disciplinedlifeandwhenthisiscompaniedbyaloosemanagementsystemofouruniversitiesclassskippinginevitablyappearsandincreases.Anothermasonisthesizeofsomeofouruniversitycourses:whenmorethan100studentsorevenmorethan300studentsarehavingonelecturetogethertheattendanceofthestudentscannotpossiblybeaccuratelyrecorded.Alsoweshouldalsorealizesomeofthestudentscannotfindthedirectionfortheirfuturedevelopment.Thesearesomeofthemanypossiblereasonsforthephenomenonofclassskipping.Ipersonallydon'tthinkitisacceptabletoskipclassesatourownwillnottomentiontheimportanceofsystematicspecialtylearningandskilltraining.Ifwecannotbearesponsibleindividualandchoosenottoobeytheruleswejustcannotmakeourselvesaneligiblecitizen.ClassSkippinginUniversitiesClassskippingissomethingthatisalmostunimaginableforuswhenwewereinmiddleschoolandhighschool,butitbecomessuchausualphenomenonintoday'suniversities.What'sworse,someoftheuniversitystudentsdonotthinkitisabigdealtoskipclasses.Onemostimportantreasonisthatouruniversitystudentsarenotpreparedtoliveaself-disciplinedlife,andwhenthisiscompaniedbyaloosemanagementsystemofouruniversities,classskippinginevitablyappearsandincreases.Anothermasonisthesizeofsomeofouruniversitycourses:whenmorethan100studentsorevenmorethan300studentsarehavingonelecturetogether,theattendanceofthestudentscannotpossiblybeaccuratelyrecorded.Also,weshouldalsorealizesomeofthestudentscannotfindthedirectionfortheirfuturedevelopment.Thesearesomeofthemanypossiblereasonsforthephenomenonofclassskipping.Ipersonallydon'tthinkitisacceptabletoskipclassesatourownwill,nottomentiontheimportanceofsystematicspecialtylearningandskilltraining.Ifwecannotbearesponsibleindividualandchoosenottoobeytherules,wejustcannotmakeourselvesaneligiblecitizen.

6.DoesHeroismStillWork?Heroismusedtobeassociatedwithpeople'sidealisnowbelievedbythepublicasoutofdate.Forthemheroismisabeliefthatemphasizesindividuals'leadingroleinthedevelopmentofhumancareersbuttoday'sworldcharacterizedwithcomplicatedsocialdivisionoflaborrequiresthattheindividualcooperatewithotherpeopleandthustheirroleinthesociallifeisweakened.Soheroismcannolongermeetthedemandsofthetimes.Ironicallyheroismdoesexistinthereallifeformanypeoplestillcherishheroismasadreamoranidealwhichinreturnguidestheirthinkingandbehavior.ForexamplemanyNBAstarsarehailedassuperheroesandbecomepartoftheidealofthepublic.Therearealsomanygirlsdreamingofbecomingso-called"supergirls"soastobefocusedonbythepublicasoneswithoutstandingabilities.Nomatterwhetheritiscorrectornotthisphenomenondemonstratesacontradictionintheattitudeofthepublictowardsheroism.Formethiscontradictioncanbeinterpretedasacompromisebetweenthesetwoparties.Thatistosayindividualsintoday'sworldshouldlearntocooperatewithotherswhiletheycanalsocherishabitofheroismthatwillinspiretheirinitiativeandthusfulfilltheirpotential.Inthissenseheroismisstillnecessary.DoesHeroismStillWork?Heroism,usedtobeassociatedwithpeople'sideal,isnowbelievedbythepublicasoutofdate.Forthem,heroismisabeliefthatemphasizesindividuals'leadingroleinthedevelopmentofhumancareers,buttoday'sworld,characterizedwithcomplicatedsocialdivisionoflabor,requiresthattheindividualcooperatewithotherpeopleandthustheirroleinthesociallifeisweakened.Soheroismcannolongermeetthedemandsofthetimes.Ironically,heroismdoesexistinthereallife,formanypeoplestillcherishheroismasadreamoranideal,whichinreturnguidestheirthinkingandbehavior.Forexample,manyNBAstarsarehailedassuperheroesandbecomepartoftheidealofthepublic.Therearealsomanygirlsdreamingofbecomingso-called"supergirls"soastobefocusedonbythepublicasoneswithoutstandingabilities.Nomatterwhetheritiscorrectornot,thisphenomenondemonstratesacontradictionintheattitudeofthepublictowardsheroism.Forme,thiscontradictioncanbeinterpretedasacompromisebetweenthesetwoparties.Thatistosay,individualsintoday'sworldshouldlearntocooperatewithotherswhiletheycanalsocherishabitofheroismthatwillinspiretheirinitiativeandthusfulfilltheirpotential.Inthissense,heroismisstillnecessary.
