AtmelAT86RF212低功耗ZigBee收發(fā)方案Atmel公司的AT86RF212是低功耗低電壓700/800/900MHz收發(fā)器,特別設(shè)計(jì)用于IEEEStandard802.15.4,ZigBee,6LoWPAN以及高數(shù)據(jù)速率ISM應(yīng)用.AT86RF212單片RF收發(fā)器提供了天線和微控制器間完整接口,包括有模擬無線電部分,包括時(shí)間和頻率同步的數(shù)字調(diào)制和解調(diào),以及數(shù)據(jù)緩沖功能.接收靈敏度高達(dá)-110dBm,可編程TX輸出功率高達(dá)+10dBm,工作電壓從1.8V到3.6V,內(nèi)部有電壓穩(wěn)壓器和電池監(jiān)視器,工作溫度-40度C到85度C.本文介紹了AT86RF212的主要特性和方框圖,以及基本應(yīng)用電路圖和所用的材料清單.此外還介紹了擴(kuò)展特性應(yīng)用電路圖.

applications.Forthesub-1GHzbands,itsupportslowdatarates(20and40kbit/s)of
theIEEEStandard802.15.4-2003[2]andprovidesoptionaldatarates(100and250
kbit/s)usingO-QPSK,accordingtotheIEEEStandard802.15.4-2006[1]andthe
respectiveIEEEP802.15.4cDraftAmendment[3].Furthermore,proprietaryHighData
RateModesupto1000kbit/scanbeemployed.
TheAT86RF212isatrueSPI-to-antennasolution.RF-criticalcomponentsexceptthe
antenna,crystal,andde-couplingcapacitorsareintegratedon-chip.MACandAES
hardwareacceleratorsimproveoverallsystempowerefficiencyandtiming.
TheAT86RF212single-chipRFtransceiverprovidesacompleteradiointerface
betweentheantennaandthemicrocontroller.Itcomprisestheanalogradiopart,digital
modulationanddemodulationincludingtimeandfrequencysynchronization,aswellas
databuffering.Thenumberofexternalcomponentsisminimizedsothatonlythe
antenna,afilter(athighoutputpowerlevels),thecrystal,andfourbypasscapacitors
arerequired.ThebidirectionaldifferentialantennapinsareusedincommonforRXand
TX,i.e.noexternalantennaswitchisneeded.Controlofanexternalpoweramplifieris
supportedbytwodigitalcontrolsignals(differentialoperation).
Thereceiverpathisbasedonalow-IFarchitecture.Afterchannelfilteringanddownconversionthelow-IFsignalissampledandappliedtothedigitalsignalprocessingpart.Communicationbetweentransmitterandreceiverisbasedondirectsequencespreadspectrumwithdifferentmodulationschemesandspreadingcodes.TheAT86RF212supportstheIEEE802.15.4-2006standardmandatoryBPSKmodulationandoptionalO-QPSKmodulationinthe868.3MHzand915MHzbands.InadditionitsupportstheO-QPSKmodulationdefinedinIEEEP802.15.4cfortheChinese780MHzband.
ForapplicationsnotnecessarilytargetingIEEEcompliantnetworkstheradiotransceiversupportsproprietaryHighDataRateModesbasedonO-QPSK.Asingle128byteTRXbufferstoresreceiveortransmitdata.TheAT86RF212featureshardwaresupported128bitsecurityoperation.ThestandaloneAESencryption/decryptionenginecanbeaccessedinparalleltoallPHYoperationalmodes.ConfigurationoftheAT86RF212,reading,andwritingofdatamemoryaswellastheAEShardwareenginearecontrolledbytheSPIinterfaceandadditionalcontrolsignals.
On-chiplow-dropoutvoltageregulatorsprovidetheanaloganddigital1.8Vpowersupply.ControlregistersretaintheirsettingsinSLEEPmodewhentheregulatorsareturnedoff.TheRXandTXsignalprocessingpathsarehighlyintegratedandoptimizedforlowpowerconsumption.
