錄TableofContents1.2ProductOverview2.2OperationConditions3.2ProductLoading&Unloading4.3ProductTransportation5.3Inspection6.3Storage7.3InstallationofTransformer8.5PreoperationalChecks9.5PreoperationalTests10.6OperationofTransformer11.6MaintenanceofTransformer12.6PointsofAttentionforSafety10000kVA35kV/有載調(diào)壓樹脂絕緣干式變壓器的裝卸、運(yùn)輸、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)保管、安裝、使用及維護(hù)。ThisInstallationandOperationInstructionManualisapplicabletotheloading&unloading,transportation,storage,installation,operationandmaintenanceoftheresininsulateddrytypetransformerproducedbyourcompanywitharatedcapacityof10000KVAorbelow,andvoltageof35KVorbelowusedforvoltageregulationsundernoload/load.1.產(chǎn)品概述我公司生產(chǎn)的樹脂絕緣干式變壓器是引進(jìn)德國(guó)HUBERS公司的環(huán)氧樹脂真空壓力澆注設(shè)備生產(chǎn)的，鐵心材料承受優(yōu)質(zhì)高導(dǎo)磁低損耗晶粒取向冷軋硅鋼片，高壓線圈承受復(fù)合絕緣電磁線分段繞制，低壓線圈承受銅箔或復(fù)合絕緣電磁線繞制，線圈繞制后均承受飽和填料環(huán)氧樹脂，在真空狀態(tài)下澆注、壓力下浸漬，經(jīng)高溫固化形成整體。產(chǎn)品技術(shù)性能指標(biāo)完全符合GB6450—86IEC726國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。該產(chǎn)品具有如下幾個(gè)特點(diǎn)：〔1〕具有良好的阻燃性，使用安全，可安裝在負(fù)荷中心；〔2〕節(jié)能降耗；〔3〕體積小，重量輕，便于安裝；〔4〕無污染，不需特別維護(hù)；〔5〕耐潮濕；局部放電量?。弧?〕機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高、不開裂。因此可廣泛應(yīng)用于輸變電系統(tǒng)、賓館酒店、高層建筑、商業(yè)中心、體育場(chǎng)館、石油化工、機(jī)場(chǎng)、碼頭、車站、海上鉆井平臺(tái)等場(chǎng)所，特別是安裝空間有限，須靠近負(fù)荷中心和具有特別防火要求的場(chǎng)所，更能充分發(fā)揮其體積小、阻燃性好的優(yōu)越性。ProductOverviewTheresininsulateddrytypetransformermadebyourcompanyisproducedwiththeepoxyresinpouringequipmentundervacuumpressure,whichwasimportedfromHUBERSCompany,Germany.Amongwhichtheironcorewasmadefromtopqualitygrainorientationcoldrolledsiliconchipsofhighmagneticconductionandlowloss,HVcoilswerecastsectionbysectionwithcompoundinsulatingmagneticwires,andLVcoilswerecastwithcopperfoilsorcompoundinsulatingmagneticwires.Afterthecoilswerecast,saturatedpacking-epoxyresinwerepouredinandimmersedundervacuumstatusandpressure,andthensolidifiedtoformanintegralunderhightemperature.Theproduct’stechnicalspecificationscomplyfullywiththeGB6450-86andinternationalstandardIEC726.Theproducthasthefollowingfeatures:Goodflameretardancy,safeinuse,andcanbelocatedintheloadcenter;Energysaving;Smallvolume,lightweightandeasyforinstallation;Withoutanypollution,andnospecialmaintenanceisrequired;Moistureresistance;Smallamountofpartialdischarges;HighmechanicalstrengthwithoutpossibilityofrupturesTherefore,theTransformercanbewidelyusedinsuchplacesaspowertransmissionandtransformationsystem,hotels,highbuildings,businesscenters,gyms,petrochemical,airports,docks,stations,seadrillingplatformsandetc,especiallyinsuchplaceswithlimitedinstallationspaces,closetotheloadcentersandwithspecialrequirementsforfirefighting,wherecanfullyexertitsadvantagesofsmallvolumeandgoodretardancy.使用條件冷卻方式：有空氣自冷〔AN〕和強(qiáng)迫風(fēng)冷〔AF〕兩種。對(duì)空氣自冷〔AN〕和強(qiáng)迫風(fēng)冷〔AF〕的變壓器，均需保證變壓器室具有良好的通風(fēng)力量。當(dāng)變壓器安裝在地下室或其他通風(fēng)力量1kw損耗4m3/min風(fēng)量選取。保護(hù)等級(jí)有IP00、IP20、IP23等形式。1000米，環(huán)境溫度不高40401000GB6450和有關(guān)規(guī)定做適當(dāng)定額調(diào)整。OperatingConditionsCoolingmode:Airnaturalcooling(AN)andforcedaircooling(AF)FortheANandAFtypesoftransformers,thetransformerroomsshallbeprovidedwithgoodventilations.Whenthetransformerisinstalledundergroundroomsorinotherenvironmentswithpoorventilations,aheatremovingandventilationdeviceshallbeprovided,withQtyofventilationtobeselectedas4m3/minper1KW.Protectiongrade:IP00,IP20andIP23Theheightabovesealeveloftheplacewherethetransformerislocatedshallnotbegreaterthan1000mwithambienttemperaturenothigherthan40℃.Incaseofambienttemperatureabove40℃,ortheheightabovesealevelhigherthan1000m,theratedcapacityshallbeadjustedaccordinglyfollowingGB6450andrelevantregulations.產(chǎn)品裝卸3.1裝卸設(shè)備可承受起重機(jī)、汽車吊、叉車等起吊設(shè)備。裝卸時(shí)應(yīng)嚴(yán)格依據(jù)國(guó)家有關(guān)裝卸規(guī)程。主體包裝箱四角下方〔滑木倒角處四周〕噴有“由此吊起”標(biāo)志符號(hào)，起吊時(shí)，應(yīng)在包裝箱的四下角墊木處掛鋼絲繩，如沒有包裝箱或變壓器從包裝箱中吊出時(shí)，應(yīng)同時(shí)使用器身上的全部吊板60°。3.4產(chǎn)品裝卸過程中，應(yīng)留神輕放。ProductLoading&UnloadingThetransformercanbeloaded&unloadedbyliftingequipmentsuchascrane,truckcraneandforketc.Loadingandunloadingshallbedonestrictlyinaccordancewiththerelevantloading&unloadingproceduresissuedbytheState.Belowthefour(4)cornersofthemainpackingbox(nearthechamferofskid)shallbemarkedwith“LiftingHere”.Duringlifting,steelropesshallbeplacedatthetimbersofthefour(4)lowercornersofthepackingbox.Ifthereisnopackingboxorthetransformerisliftedoutofthepackingbox,itshallbeliftedbyusingalltheliftingplatesonthetransformerbody,withaninclinationbetweenthesteelropesnotgreaterthan60°.Thetransformershallbehandledwithcareduringloading&unloading.產(chǎn)品運(yùn)輸產(chǎn)品在運(yùn)輸過程中，應(yīng)有防雨雪措施。30°。對(duì)于有小車變壓器，為防止在運(yùn)輸過程中的位置移動(dòng)，一般應(yīng)卸掉小車輪。起吊變壓器時(shí)，如有包裝箱，應(yīng)在包裝箱的四下角墊木處掛鋼絲繩起吊，如沒有包裝箱或變壓器從包裝箱中吊出時(shí)，應(yīng)同時(shí)使用變壓器上的全部吊板起吊且起吊鋼絲繩之間的夾角不得大于60°。用叉車裝卸時(shí)，叉頭同小夾件接觸處應(yīng)墊相應(yīng)木方，防止破壞鐵心，并實(shí)行措施防止變壓器傾倒。制止綁拉線圈、絕緣子、墊塊、引線等易損件。ProductTransportationWeatherproofmeasuresshallbetakenfortransformerduringtransportation.Theinclinationoftransformershallnotbegreaterthan30°duringtransportation.Forthepulleytypetransformer,thepulleysshallberemovedtoavoidmovementduringtransportation.Whenliftingthetransformer,ifthereisapackingbox,steelropesshallbeplacedatthetimbersofthefour(4)lowercornersofthepackingbox.Ifthereisnopackingboxorthetransformerisliftedoutofthepackingbox,itshallbeliftedbyusingalltheliftingplatesonthetransformerbody,withaninclinationbetweenthesteelropesnotgreaterthan60°.Whenhandledwithafork,timbersshallbeplacedatthecontactbetweentheforkheadandsmallclipstopreventanydamagetoironcore,andmeasuresshallbetakentopreventthetransformerfrominclining.Itisforbiddentotieorpullthewearingpartssuchascoils,insulator,cushionpadandleadingwire,etc.檢查驗(yàn)收用戶收到變壓器后，應(yīng)馬上進(jìn)展檢查。檢查產(chǎn)品的銘牌數(shù)據(jù)與訂貨合同是否相符，如產(chǎn)品型號(hào)、額定容量、額定電壓、聯(lián)結(jié)組標(biāo)號(hào)、阻抗電壓等。出廠文件是否齊全。檢查包裝箱內(nèi)零部件是否與裝箱單相符。檢查變壓器在運(yùn)輸過程中有無損傷，變壓器的零部件是否損傷或移位，接線是否松動(dòng)、斷裂，絕緣是否有破損，是否有臟物或異物等。同時(shí)，如有運(yùn)輸時(shí)使用的墊柱等物，必需把它們挪開。產(chǎn)品開箱檢查完畢后，如不馬上投入運(yùn)行，則必需重包裝并把它放在房?jī)?nèi)安全、枯燥的地方，以防損、防盜。InspectionTheUsershallconductpromptinspectionsafterreceivingthetransformer.CheckifthedataonthetransformernameplatecomplywiththePurchaseContract,suchasproductmodel,ratedcapacity,ratedvoltage,connectiongroupidentificationimpedancevoltageandetc.CheckiftheEx-Worksdocumentsarecomplete.Checkifthepartsinthepackingboxcomplywiththepackinglist.Checkifthetransformerhasanydamages,partsoftransformerhaveanydamagesordisplacement,wiringsareloosenandruptured,insulationisdamagedandifthereisanydirtorforeignmattersduringtransportation.Meanwhile,ifanycushionsusedduringtransportation,theymustberemovedaway.Aftertheopenpackageinspectionoftransformerwascompleted,ifitwillnotbeputinoperationimmediately,itmustbere-packedandstoredinasafeanddryroomtopreventanydamagesorbeingstolen.倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)保管需倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)保管的產(chǎn)品，不應(yīng)撤除包裝，驗(yàn)收完畢后應(yīng)恢復(fù)包裝。對(duì)需長(zhǎng)期倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)的產(chǎn)品，必需在庫(kù)房存放，庫(kù)房應(yīng)清潔、枯燥，不應(yīng)同時(shí)儲(chǔ)存活性化學(xué)藥品和腐蝕性物品。全部產(chǎn)品不許堆碼。100mmStorageThepackingshallnotberemovedfortheproductsthatneedtobestored,andberesumedonceaccepted.Theproductsthatneedtobestoredforalongtermmustbestoredinacleananddrywarehouse,whereanyactivechemicalsandcorrosivearticlesshallnotbestored.Alltheproductsmustn’tbepiledup.Theproductstobeplacedoutdoorforashortperiodshallbesupportedbytimbers,withaheightofnotlowerthan100mm.變壓器安裝安裝前應(yīng)認(rèn)真閱讀本說明書，產(chǎn)品銘牌和產(chǎn)品外形尺寸圖，了解產(chǎn)品重量，安裝方法等內(nèi)容，預(yù)備好相應(yīng)的起吊設(shè)備和工具。變壓器帶電導(dǎo)體與地的最小安全距離應(yīng)符合《電力變壓器絕緣水平和絕緣試驗(yàn)外絕緣的空氣間隙》的規(guī)定。變壓器主機(jī)安裝。本產(chǎn)品在戶外安裝時(shí)，一般應(yīng)離開墻壁和其他障礙物300mm的距離。但對(duì)于配電箱和其他安裝空間有限的場(chǎng)合，以上距離可適當(dāng)調(diào)整。一般狀況下，卸下變壓器小車輪即可直接安置在使用場(chǎng)地安裝，檢查完畢后即可投入運(yùn)行，對(duì)于有防震和其他特別要求的狀況，安裝變壓器的地基應(yīng)埋置預(yù)埋件，通過預(yù)埋件把變壓器固定。變壓器外殼安裝變壓器在配有外殼的狀況下，其安裝條件除滿足變壓器主機(jī)安裝條件外，外殼底部應(yīng)與變壓器底部〔卸掉小車輪〕在同一水平面上，對(duì)主機(jī)與外殼之間的相對(duì)位置也有肯定的要求。整個(gè)外殼均為散件式構(gòu)造，裝配運(yùn)輸都格外便利。變壓器凹凸兩側(cè)均可承受上部或下部進(jìn)線方式，外殼頂部已預(yù)留進(jìn)線口，對(duì)于下部進(jìn)線，外殼上配有電纜卡，用于固定進(jìn)線電纜。溫控、溫顯系統(tǒng)安裝對(duì)于無外殼且僅有溫顯的狀況，其安裝可承受溫顯自帶安裝支架，固定在變壓器夾件上。對(duì)于無外殼，但有溫控、溫顯的狀況時(shí)，由于本公司的溫控和溫顯是合二為一的構(gòu)造，故可安裝在變壓器夾件上或離變壓器肯定距離內(nèi)的墻壁等固定建筑物上。對(duì)于帶外殼且僅含溫顯的狀況下，溫顯可直接嵌入到外殼預(yù)留開孔內(nèi)。對(duì)于既有外殼又有溫控、溫顯的狀況下，溫控箱直接掛在外殼上。以上各種狀況下，溫控、溫顯的接線及使用方法請(qǐng)參照其使用說明書。風(fēng)冷系統(tǒng)當(dāng)變壓器按要求需要裝配風(fēng)機(jī)時(shí)，常用風(fēng)機(jī)數(shù)量、功率及電源配置如下表：變壓器容量變壓器容量〔kVA〕〔W〕風(fēng)機(jī)電源315~630800~202325003150~5000 6300~100004×5～220V6×80～220V6×90～220V6×150～380V6×370～380V注：溫控箱的功率對(duì)于風(fēng)機(jī)功率來說很小，可以無視不計(jì)。一般狀況下，風(fēng)機(jī)在出廠前已經(jīng)裝配好，用戶只要參照溫控、溫顯電氣接線圖接線就可以了。有載調(diào)壓變壓器變壓器與有載調(diào)壓開關(guān)之間的相對(duì)位置見變壓器外形尺寸圖。有載調(diào)壓開關(guān)與變壓器之間的連線：開關(guān)與變壓器之間的連線由我公司供給，用戶可以依據(jù)檔位端子標(biāo)號(hào)自行接線。其接線方式因△、Y自動(dòng)掌握器和并聯(lián)掌握器的安裝參照《有載分接開關(guān)自動(dòng)掌握器使用說明書》和《并聯(lián)掌握器使用說明書》。InstallationofTransformerBeforeinstallation,onemustreadcarefullythisInstructionManual,nameplateandoutlineDwgoftheproducttohaveaclearunderstandingofproductweightanditsinstallationmethod,meanwhile,prepareaccordinglytheliftingequipmentandtools.TheminisafetydistanceoftransformerliveconductortothegroundshallcomplieswiththeregulationssetforthinPowerTransformerDielectricLevelanditsAirGapofOuterInsulationforDielectricTest.InstallationofTransformerProperWhenthisproductisinstalledoutdoor,itshallbelocatedinaplace300mmawayfromthewallsandotherobstacles.Butforthepowerdistributionboardandotherplaceswithlimitedinstallationspaces,abovedistancecanbeadjustedappropriately.Generallythetransformercanbeinstalleddirectlyinaplacewhereitistobeusedwithitspulleysbeingremoved,andputinoperationafterchecksarecompleted.Incaseofanyanti-vibrationsandotherspecialrequirements,thefoundationfortransformershallbeprovidedwithembeddedparts,whichareusedtofixthetransformer.InstallationofTransformerShellIncasethetransformerisprovidedwithashell,exceptthattheinstallationconditionsforthetransformerproperaremet,theshellbottomandthetransformerbottom(withthepulleysbeingremoved)shallbeinthesamehorizontalplane,andthereshallbeacertainrequirementsfortherelativepositionbetweenthetransformerproperandshell.Theentireshellisabulkpartsconstruction,whichisquiteconvenientforassemblyandtransportation.BoththeHVandLVsidesoftransformercanadopttopentryorbottomentryofwires,whereatthetopofshellisreservedwithawireentry,whileforthebottomentry,theshellisprovidedwithcableclipsforfixingtheincomingcable.InstallationofTemperatureControlandTemperatureDisplaySystemIncasethereisnoshellbutthereistemperaturedisplayonly,itcanbefixedontheclampsoftransformerbymakinguseoftheselfprovidedmountingsupportsoftemperaturedisplaysystem.Incasethereisnoshellbuttherearetemperaturecontrolandtemperaturedisplay,sincethetemperaturecontrolandtemperaturedisplayproducedbyourcompanyisanintegratedconstruction,theycanbeinstalledeitherontheclampsoftransformeroronthefixedbuildingsuchaswalls,etcwithacertaindistanceawayfromthetransformer.Incasethereisashellwithatemperaturedisplayonly,itcanbeinserteddirectlyinthereservedopeningontheshell.Incasethereisashellwithtemperaturecontrolandtemperaturedisplay,thetemperaturecontrolboxcanbedirectlyplacedontheshell.Foralltheabovecases,pleaserefertoitsrespectiveinstructionmanualforwiringandusageofthetemperaturecontrolanddisplaysystem.AirCoolingSystemIncaseafanisrequiredaspertherequirementsoftransformer,Qty,powerandelectricsupplyconfigurationofthefanareshowninthetablebelow:Transformercapacity〔kVA〕Qtyof315~630800~202325003150~50006300~10000fan×power4×56×806×906×1506×370〔W〕Electricsupplyoffan～220V～220V～220V～380V～380VNote:Inviewofthefanpower,thepoweroftemperaturecontrolboxisverylittle,andcanbeignored.Generallythefanhasbeenassembledinthefactorybeforedelivery,whattheUserneedstodoonlyistocarryoutwiringwithreferencetotheelectricwiringdiagramoftemperaturecontrolanddisplaysystem.OnLoadVoltageRegulatingTransformerTherelativepositionbetweenthetransformerandonloadvoltageregulatorreferstotheoutlinedimensionDwgoftransformer.Connectingwiresbetweenonloadvoltageregulatorandtransformer:Theconnectingwiresbetweenonloadvoltageregulatorandtransformeraretobeprovidedbyourcompany.TheUsercanmakewiringbyitselfbyreferringtothestepterminalmarks.Thewiringmodewillbedifferentduetodifferent△andY.Installationofautocontrollerandparallelcontroller:RefertoUsageInstructionManualfortheAutoControllerofOnLoadTapChangerandUsageInstructionManualforParallelController.運(yùn)行前的檢查檢查全部的緊固件、連接件、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件是否松動(dòng)，并重緊固一次．檢查運(yùn)輸時(shí)拆卸的零部件安裝是否妥當(dāng)，并檢查變壓器內(nèi)是否有異物存在。檢查風(fēng)級(jí)、溫控設(shè)備以及其他關(guān)心器件能否正常運(yùn)行。檢查變壓器的箱體和鐵心裝配是否牢靠接地。認(rèn)真檢查在安裝過程中有無金屬或非金屬異物掉入變壓器中。PreoperationalChecksCheckifallthefasteners,connectingpiecesandstandardpartsareloosen,andre-tightenedthem.Checkifanypartsthatweredisassembliedfortransportationhavebeeninstalledproperly,andifthereareanyforeignmattersinsidethetransformer.Checkifthewindscale,temperaturecontrolequipmentandotherauxiliariesworkproperly.Checkifthetransformercabinetandironcoreassembliesaregroundedreliably.Checkcarefullyifthereareanymetalsornon-metalforeignmattersdroppingintothetransformerduringinstallation.運(yùn)行前的試驗(yàn)變壓器運(yùn)行前應(yīng)做如下試驗(yàn)：繞組直流電阻的測(cè)試。檢查變壓器和鐵心是否真正接地，檢查鐵心絕緣是否良好。線圈絕緣電阻的測(cè)試。一般狀況下，絕緣電阻可滿足如下值高壓~低壓及地≥300MΩ 2500V兆歐表低壓~地≥100MΩ 2500V兆歐表在比較枯燥的環(huán)境條件下，以上絕緣電阻值是很簡(jiǎn)潔到達(dá)的。但是假設(shè)在比較潮濕的環(huán)境條件下，變壓器的絕緣電阻值會(huì)有所下1000V額定電壓，其絕緣電阻值不小于2MΩ，就能夠滿足運(yùn)行要求。但是，如變壓器患病特別潮濕發(fā)生凝露現(xiàn)象，則不管其絕緣電阻如何，在其進(jìn)展耐壓試驗(yàn)或投入運(yùn)行前，必需進(jìn)展枯燥處理。鐵心絕緣電阻的測(cè)試，一般狀況下，鐵心~夾件及地≥2MΩ 2500VMeggerUnderthedryenvironmentalconditions,aboveinsulationresistancevaluescanbeeasilyachieved.Butunderthehumidenvironmentalconditions,theinsulationresistancevaluesoftransformerwillbedecreasedslightly.Generallyiftheinsulationresistancevalueisnotlowerthan2MΩpereachratedvoltageof1000V,thetransformercanmeettherequirementsofoperation.Butifthetransformersuffersveryhighhumidity,leadingtocondensation,nomatterwhatitsinsulationresistanceis,itmustbedriedupbeforedielectrictestorbeforeputtinginoperation.TestingofironcoreinsulationresistanceGenerallyspeaking,theironcoreinsulationresistanceshallbeasfollows:Ironcore~clampsandground≥2MΩ500VMeggerDielectrictestbyapplyingworkingfrequency:Thetestvoltageshallbe85%oftheEx-Workstestvoltagewithadurationof5minutes.Incaseofanonloadvoltageregulatingtransformer,checksandtestsshallbemadeonthetransformerfollowingtheUsageInstructionManualofonloadvoltageregulatorbeforethetransformerisputinoperation.變壓器投入運(yùn)行投入運(yùn)行前應(yīng)將變壓器的各個(gè)部位清掃擦拭干凈。無載調(diào)壓時(shí)，應(yīng)把調(diào)壓分接頭的連接片按銘牌上的標(biāo)識(shí)接到相應(yīng)的位置上。有載調(diào)壓時(shí)，請(qǐng)參看有載調(diào)壓分接開關(guān)使用說明書，將有載調(diào)壓開關(guān)內(nèi)的過流保護(hù)設(shè)定值按高壓側(cè)額定電流進(jìn)展設(shè)定，在分接開關(guān)調(diào)試正常前方可投入運(yùn)行。變壓器裝有溫控系統(tǒng)時(shí)，請(qǐng)參看溫控裝置使用說明書。變壓器投入運(yùn)行后，所帶負(fù)荷應(yīng)由輕到重，且檢查產(chǎn)品有無特別，切忌盲目一次大負(fù)荷投入。變壓器應(yīng)在空載時(shí)合閘投運(yùn)，合閘涌流峰值最高可達(dá)8~10倍額定電流，對(duì)變壓器的電流速動(dòng)保護(hù)設(shè)定值應(yīng)大于涌流峰值。變壓器退出運(yùn)行后，一般不需要實(shí)行其他措施即可重投入運(yùn)行。但是假設(shè)是在高溫下且變壓器正發(fā)生凝露現(xiàn)象，則必需經(jīng)過枯燥處理后，變壓器才能重投入運(yùn)行。PuttingthetransformerinoperationBeforeputtinginoperation,everypartofthetransformershallbecleanedupandwiped.Incaseofano-loadvoltageregulatingtransformer,theconnectingpieceofregulationtapchangershallbeconnectedtoitscorrespondingpositionaspertheidentificationsonthenameplate.Incaseofaon-loadvoltageregulatingtransformer,theover-currentprotectioninsidetheon-loadvoltageregulatorshallbesetbasedontheratedcurrentattheHVsidebyreferringtotheUsageInstructionManualofon-loadvoltageregulationtapchanger.Thetransformershallnotbeputinoperationuntilthetapchangeriscommissioned.Incasethetransformerisprovidedwithatemperaturecontrolsystem,pleaserefertotheUsageInstructionManualforthetemperaturecontroldevice.Whenthetransformerisputinoperation,itshallbeloadedgraduallyfromlightloaduptoheavyload,whilecheckingiftheproductisabnormal.Itisforbiddentoloadthetransformerwithheavyloadatonetime.Thetransformershallbeputinoperationundernoloadwithasurgingcurrentpeakof8-10timesofratedcurrentatthetimeofclosing.Thecurrentquickactionprotectionsettingsoftransformershallbegreaterthanthesurgingcurrentpeak.Whenthetransformerisremovedoutofservice,generallyspeakingitcanbeputinoperationonceagainwithouttheneedtotakeanyothermeasures.However,ifthetemperatureishighandcondensationoccursinthetransformer,itcannotbeputinoperationagainuntilithasbeendriedup.變壓器維護(hù)為了保證變壓器能正常運(yùn)行，需要對(duì)它進(jìn)展定期檢查和維護(hù)。一般地，枯燥清潔的場(chǎng)所，每年或更長(zhǎng)一點(diǎn)的時(shí)間進(jìn)展一次檢查，在其他場(chǎng)合，例如：有灰塵或渾濁的空氣中運(yùn)行，每三至六個(gè)月進(jìn)展一次檢
