新型應(yīng)用模式和全新工業(yè)生態(tài)體系,當(dāng)前圍繞工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的應(yīng)用探索和業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新大量涌現(xiàn)。特別是《國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于深化“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+先進(jìn)制造業(yè)”發(fā)展工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的指導(dǎo)意見》發(fā)布以來,我國(guó)制造企業(yè)、自動(dòng)化企業(yè)、ICT

企業(yè)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)、科研院所等各方力量積極參與我國(guó)工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)建設(shè)及推廣工作,不斷推動(dòng)我國(guó)工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的深化發(fā)展。參與編寫單位:中科院沈陽(yáng)自動(dòng)化研究所北京交通大學(xué)北京郵電大學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信與安全紫金山實(shí)驗(yàn)室清華大學(xué)工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟(以下簡(jiǎn)稱“AII/聯(lián)盟”)測(cè)試床組聯(lián)合聯(lián)盟平臺(tái)組、網(wǎng)絡(luò)組、邊緣計(jì)算組、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組、實(shí)驗(yàn)室等,持續(xù)組織開展工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)測(cè)試床征集工作。在2021年期間,聯(lián)盟通過多次組織專家評(píng)審,遴選出了

個(gè)測(cè)試床。全方位呈現(xiàn)工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)重點(diǎn)行業(yè)的應(yīng)用實(shí)踐

和成效,展現(xiàn)工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的核心能力和解決方案,展望未來產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展趨勢(shì)與

工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)測(cè)試床介紹1.1

測(cè)試床的定義測(cè)試床是指支持大規(guī)模開發(fā)計(jì)劃的試驗(yàn)框架或支持小規(guī)模技術(shù)驗(yàn)證、開發(fā)和評(píng)估的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施平臺(tái)。一般情況下,測(cè)試床的組建有三種常見方法:實(shí)體模擬、虛擬仿真、數(shù)學(xué)模型,在工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境下,采用實(shí)體模擬方法更多一些。測(cè)試床是模擬仿真技術(shù)的一種應(yīng)用,為科學(xué)理論驗(yàn)證、新技術(shù)開發(fā)、新產(chǎn)品驗(yàn)證等提供了評(píng)估測(cè)試與實(shí)驗(yàn)仿真環(huán)境。相比于實(shí)際運(yùn)行環(huán)境,測(cè)試床在測(cè)試環(huán)境中加入仿真軟件、仿真硬件、仿真管理控制軟硬件,通過有限的物理資源模擬仿真出所需的物理環(huán)境、應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景等,同時(shí)還可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)構(gòu)成物理環(huán)境的所有軟硬件進(jìn)行管理、控制和調(diào)度等,更加科學(xué)、高效地驗(yàn)證產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)在各類應(yīng)用環(huán)境下的輸出效果。工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)測(cè)試床通過建設(shè)小型而完備的工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)(人員、機(jī)器、原料、方法、環(huán)境)來模擬仿真真實(shí)的工業(yè)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)作過程,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)內(nèi)、企業(yè)間等的數(shù)據(jù)連接、傳輸,實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)和工業(yè)流程的處理。工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)測(cè)試床通過搭建工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)新產(chǎn)品、新技術(shù)、新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗(yàn)環(huán)境來驗(yàn)證工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)新模式、新業(yè)態(tài)的可行性,為工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)應(yīng)用與實(shí)踐提供樣板與示范。1.2

測(cè)試床的作用當(dāng)前,國(guó)內(nèi)外都在開展工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)相關(guān)測(cè)試床征集與建設(shè)工作,以工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)體系架構(gòu)為指導(dǎo),通過測(cè)試床展示符合其體系架構(gòu)的解決方案,并驗(yàn)證工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)新技術(shù)、新模式、新業(yè)態(tài)在該體系架構(gòu)下的可行性,然后再以此為基礎(chǔ)來構(gòu)建相應(yīng)的商業(yè)解決方案。通過測(cè)試床建立行業(yè)最佳實(shí)踐,并孵化新的產(chǎn)品、解決方案、服務(wù)和方法論,工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)測(cè)試床在推動(dòng)工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展方面的作用主要有以下幾點(diǎn):(1)開展工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)新技術(shù)、新產(chǎn)品、新解決方案可行性的驗(yàn)證—1

—建設(shè)工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)測(cè)試床的目的在于加速工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)各種新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用和推廣,因此,測(cè)試床的可用性、安全性、商業(yè)模型、建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和架構(gòu)、運(yùn)行模式全都要立足于現(xiàn)有工業(yè)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)體系。測(cè)試床提供了一個(gè)有效平臺(tái),通過驗(yàn)證新的技術(shù)、產(chǎn)品、服務(wù)、商業(yè)模式和解決方案,探索它們?cè)谶M(jìn)入大規(guī)模應(yīng)用前的可行性和高效性。(2)開展跨行業(yè)、跨領(lǐng)域合作和產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)建設(shè)工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)測(cè)試床要求不同企業(yè)參與協(xié)同推動(dòng),通過跨界協(xié)作加速新產(chǎn)品和解決方案的孵化,來自不同領(lǐng)域的巨頭企業(yè)發(fā)揮各自優(yōu)勢(shì),廣泛開展工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、平臺(tái)、安全等方面的研發(fā)與試驗(yàn),進(jìn)行共性關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的協(xié)同攻關(guān),聯(lián)合研發(fā)創(chuàng)新、領(lǐng)先的行業(yè)解決方案,共同建設(shè)產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)圈。(3)加速工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)、產(chǎn)品、解決方案的推廣和孵化工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)測(cè)試床為企業(yè)的解決方案在垂直領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用探索提供驗(yàn)證支撐,企業(yè)都希望借助于工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)測(cè)試床宣傳其產(chǎn)品和解決方案,形成可復(fù)制的創(chuàng)新解決方案,加速推動(dòng)新產(chǎn)品和解決方案的孵化。(4)支撐體系架構(gòu)驗(yàn)證和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)孵化工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)測(cè)試床的實(shí)施可以對(duì)現(xiàn)有的工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)體系架構(gòu)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,測(cè)試床在建設(shè)完成后可以反過來對(duì)工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)體系架構(gòu)進(jìn)行符合性評(píng)估,可以給出對(duì)體系架構(gòu)的進(jìn)一步完善建議。另外,由于工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)涉及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化對(duì)象眾多,通過測(cè)試床分析標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化需求可以有力地推動(dòng)工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作進(jìn)程。1.3

測(cè)試床國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)展情況及扶持政策在國(guó)際上,美國(guó)工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)聯(lián)盟(IndustrialInternetConsortium,IIC)和德國(guó)“工業(yè)4.0平臺(tái)”都已經(jīng)開始測(cè)試床的征集工作,國(guó)內(nèi)工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟(AII)也與同期開展測(cè)試床征集工作。自2018年以來,工業(yè)和信息化部圍繞著測(cè)試床陸續(xù)出臺(tái)相關(guān)行動(dòng)計(jì)劃與推進(jìn)方案,大大促進(jìn)了國(guó)內(nèi)測(cè)試床發(fā)展,相關(guān)政策主要有:(1)《工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展行動(dòng)計(jì)劃(2018~2020年)》,提出支持建設(shè)跨行業(yè)、跨領(lǐng)域、特定行業(yè)、特定區(qū)域、特定場(chǎng)景的工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)試驗(yàn)測(cè)試環(huán)境和測(cè)試床,推動(dòng)終端接入規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,模擬各類業(yè)務(wù)場(chǎng)景,通過試驗(yàn)測(cè)試尋找最佳技術(shù)
