2,createThelasttask,Iletthestudentsteamtoseewhosdoingthebestchores,wholivesthemostmeaningful,andthenletthegroupcametopowershow,enjoyshowingthecooperationofeachgroup.3teamculture,andenhancethecooperationofthestudents,Results,andfinallymaketheevaluation,theselectionofthebestcandidatesforeachgroup,andtogiverecognitionandencouragement.Thecompletionofthistask,theneedforricherlanguage,canreflectthestudentscomprehensivelanguageabilityandinnovation,butalsothewholeSummarizationandpromotionofclass.Theuseofthedialisveryclever,itisnaturaltoletthestudentspracticetodifferentdaysanddifferentneedsofthecourse,becausetimecannotbecopied.Deficiencies:
Theuseofteachingaidsnotinplace,suchasthecalendar,pre-classready,buttheclassisnotused.Inthenewteachingprocess,becausethesituationisnotinplace,andstudentsarenotcloselylinkedtolife,therefore,althoughtheenthusiasmofstudentsishigh,buttherearestillsomestudentsarenotfullyintegratedintotheclassroom.Also,intheexpansionofthedesignaspects,Ididnotseizethisclassificationhasagoodopportunitytolearnwords.Althoughthedisplayofthewordspreviouslylearned,butdidnotdoasummary,resultinginonlytheteacherlistthewords,studentsarelimitedtomemorywords,ignoringthenatureoftheexchangeoflanguage.Didnotgivestudentsachancetousewords,nolanguagecommunicationtothestudentsofthelanguageenvironment.Thisisthemistakesinthislesson,becausetheteachingpracticehasprovedthatthissortofcollatingwordsclosertolife,easiertopracticalapplicationofstudents.
Inshort,throughmorethanamonthoftraining,soIlearnedalotofknowledge.Inthefutureeducationandteachingcareer,Iwillstudyhard,continuetochargeforthemselves,solidwork,andstrivetocontributetothecauseofeducation.

Thissemester,wehaveacomprehensiveteachingandresearchgrouptocarryoutaseriesofdisciplinaryactivities.Welaunchedthemusicart,sportsevaluationclass.Mrs.snowonbehalfoftheschooltookpartinthecountysEnglishqualityclassselection,andachievedgoodresults.

Organizationalinteraction,environmentalinteraction,inalimitedtime,everystudenthasbeenmoreadequateexerciseandperformanceopportunities.Classroomisfullofmobilesunshine,equality,harmonyandcommunicationcoexistence,discovery,challengesandmeditationintheclassroomwithnocolddarkdeadcorner.Thinkingoftheactive,frequencyoftheflashpoint,sothatstudentsbecometherealmasteroftheclassroom.
