Theuseofteachingaidsnotinplace,suchasthecalendar,pre-classready,buttheclassisnotused.Inthenewteachingprocess,becausethesituationisnotinplace,andstudentsarenotcloselylinkedtolife,therefore,althoughtheenthusiasmofstudentsishigh,buttherearestillsomestudentsarenotfullyintegratedintotheclassroom.Also,intheexpansionofthedesignaspects,Ididnotseizethisclassificationhasagoodopportunitytolearnwords.Althoughthedisplayofthewordspreviouslylearned,butdidnotdoasummary,resultinginonlytheteacherlistthewords,studentsarelimitedtomemorywords,ignoringthenatureoftheexchangeoflanguage.Didnotgivestudentsachancetousewords,nolanguagecommunicationtothestudentsofthelanguageenvironment.Thisisthemistakesinthislesson,becausetheteachingpracticehasprovedthatthissortofcollatingwordsclosertolife,easiertopracticalapplicationofstudents.

Inshort,throughmorethanamonthoftraining,soIlearnedalotofknowledge.Inthefutureeducationandteachingcareer,Iwillstudyhard,continuetochargeforthemselves,solidwork,andstrivetocontributetothecauseofeducation.

Thissemester,wehaveacomprehensiveteachingandresearchgrouptocarryoutaseriesofdisciplinaryactivities.Welaunchedthemusicart,sportsevaluationclass.Mrs.snowonbehalfoftheschooltookpartinthecountysEnglishqualityclassselection,andachievedgoodresults.
