.PackingandLoading

PartyBshallinaccordancewithpartyA'srequesttopackagingofthegoodsjheouterpackingindicatetheproductname,model.Everymajorlosscausedduetopoorpackingandtheresultingcostsshallbebornebypartyb,(Unlessitisaneventofforcemajeureofnaturaldisastersandman-made)

PartyBhastheresponsibilitytopackaccordingtotheeconomicoptimizationofpackagingsolutions,PackagingsolutionsneedtocommunicatewithpartyA'sconfirmation.

PartyBisresponsibleforpacking,loadingthegoods,costsbornebypartyB.

.Duration&placeofdelivery

Duration:aftersigningcontract180days,PartyBtoprepareallthematerialsandmeetthedeliveryandpackingconditions.Thecorrespondingpartyanecessaryinformationfortheexport,customsclearance,etc,PartyBshouldalsobesubmittedatthesametime.

Delivery:ThespecifieddeliveryportofpartyA,partyBberesponsibleforpackingandloading,thefreightshallbebornebypartyB.

Liabilityforbreachofcontract

IfbySeller'sdelayoftheproductiontimemaketheBuyerfailedperformthecontract,TheBuyerhastherighttocancelthiscontract,theSellershouldburdentheloss.

TheinspectionoftheBuyershouldbasedthestandardaswhichinitialmodelconfirmed.IftheSellercannotdeliverthegoodsontimeduetoothernon-humannaturalfactorsitwillbenotinthescopeoftheclaim.

.Thewaytoresolvecontractdisputes

Theimplementationofthiscontractdispute,resolvedthroughconsultationbybothparties,negotiationfails,BothsidesagreedtoappealtotheUAEJudicialCourt.

.Contractcopiesandeffect

Thecontractisdoneintwocopies.Eachofthepartiesshouldholdonecopy.Thecontractcomesintoforcefromthedateofsigningandofficialsealandterminatewhenthewarrantytermexpires.
