FromtheFILEmenuchooseEXPORTJOB.Thiscommandwillnotbevisibleifyouhaveajobopen.

PresstheFindJobforCopyingbuttonontheExportJobdialog

UsetheSelectjobforcopyorExportdialogtolocateyourjobfolder.Openthejobfolder

Selectthejobindexfile(JOBNAME.ccx)andpresstheOpenbutton

PresstheLocateTargetDirectorybutton.

IntheBrowseforFolderdialog,select3?Floppy(A:)andpress[OK]

Press[OK]attheExportJobdialog.Fileswillbecopiedtoyourfloppy.

Thejobhasbeenexportedtoafloppy.ThenextsectiondescribeshowtouseWinzip?tocompressthefilesbeforeemailing.TheinstructionsassumethatWinzipisalreadyinstalled.Winzipisavailableat

SelectADDTOZIPfromthemenu.IfyouhaveWinzip8.0orhigher,selectZIPandEMAILDRIVE_A.ZIPandskiptheremaininginstructions.

IntheADDwindowforWinzip,typeJOBNAME.ZIPaftertheA:\.VerifythattheSaveFullPathInfo(RecurseFoldersonolderversions)fieldhasacheckmark.

Hit[Ok]tocreatethezipfile

Thejobfileshavenowbeenzippedintoasinglefile.Emailthisfileto
