ofwarm-upactivities,includingdynamicandaerobicexercises,inadditiontostaticstretching,tofullypreparetheirbodiesforphysicalactivity.ConclusionInconclusion,tennisisahigh-intensitysportthatrequiresnotonlyphysicalbutalsomentalpreparation.Thephysicaldemandsoftenniscanleadtoavarietyofinjuries,buttheseriskscanbemitigatedbyperformingeffectivewarm-upexercises.Throughincreasingmuscletemperature,bloodcirculation,andneuromuscularcontrol,warm-up
