ThisCodeisdevelopedbySinopecEngineeringIncorporationincooperationwithotherinvolved
organizationsaccordingtotherequirementsofDocument(JIANBIAO〔2008〕No.105)issuedbythe
MinistryofHousingandUrbanRuralDevelopment(MOHURD)NoticeonPrintingandDistributing

"theDevelopmentandRevisionPlanofNationalEngineeringConstructionStandards(2ndGroup)in
2008".
InpreparingthisCode,thedevelopmentteamhascarriedoutextensiveinvestigations,summarized
theengineeringpractices,madereferencetotheadvancedcodesandstandardsinChinaandabroad,
requestedandconsolidatedcommentsfromrelevantorganizations,discussedandstudiedthemain
issues,andthenfinalizedthisCodeafterreviewing.
ThisCodeconsistsof9chaptersand3appendixes,coveringgeneralprovisions,terms,plantsite
selectionandgeneralplanning,generallayout,interblockcorridorarrangement,gradingplan,roads,
