ISEATRIALOFHULLPART GENERALAllteststobecarriedoutwhenallsystemsandancillarieshavebeencompletedandmooringtestshavebeendone.Ingeneral,zigzag-maneuvertest,turningcircletest,inertiatest,crashstopaheadtest,vibrationtest,noisemeasurementandwilliamsonturntestshouldbecarriedoutonlyforfirstvessel,andtheabovementionedtestsshouldbeomittedforsecondandsubsequentships(pending). TestConditionandPlaceThevesselistobeballastedtotheballastconditionandfollowingtrialstobeperformed.BeforeProgressiveSpeedTrial,thedrafts(foredraftis7.18m,aftdraftis9.18m(displacementabout80800m3))shouldbeverifiedbytheremotedraftreadingonboard,whichiscalibratedandconfirmedbyownerduringtheIncliningExperiment.Theprogressivespeedtrialtobecarriedoutincalmsea,withsmallwindforce.IfthewindforceexceedsBeaufortscale3,windandshallowwatercorrectionshouldbeappliedaccordingtoBSRAmethod.
