RMBYuanshallbemadeupontheauditingandsettlement.七、甲方的義務(wù)ArticleSeven.PartyA’sobligations1、開工前____天向乙方進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)交底，清除現(xiàn)場(chǎng)影響施工的障礙物，并說明施工注意事項(xiàng)，協(xié)助辦理布展施工所涉及的各種申請(qǐng)、批件等手續(xù)。1、Shall,priorto____daysuponthecommencementofwork,makethetechnicaldisclosureonsite,removetheobstaclesaffectingtheconstructionofthesite,andexplaintheconstructionprecautions,inadditiontoassistinhandlingallkindsofapplicationandapprovalproceduresinvolvedinexhibitionconstruction.八、乙方義務(wù)ArticleEightPartyB'sobligations1、參加甲方組織的施工圖或做法說明的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)交底，擬定施工方案和進(jìn)度計(jì)劃，交甲方審定。1、Toparticipateintheon-sitepresentationofconstructiondrawingsorpracticenotesorganizedbyPartyA,inadditiontodrawuptheconstructionprogramandprogressscheduleforPartyA’sexaminationandapproval.5、嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行施工規(guī)范、防火安全和環(huán)境保護(hù)規(guī)定，嚴(yán)格按照?qǐng)D紙或作法說明進(jìn)行施工，做好各項(xiàng)質(zhì)量檢查記錄。5,Toeffectthestrictimplementationofconstructionnorms,provisionsoffiresafetyandenvironmentalprotection,executingtheconstructioninstrictaccordancewiththedrawingsorpracticeinstructions,andtodoallqualityinspectionrecords.6、施工中未經(jīng)甲方同意或有關(guān)部門批準(zhǔn)，不得隨意拆改原建筑物結(jié)構(gòu)及各種設(shè)備管線。6,Shallnot,withouttheconsentofthePartyortheapprovaloftherelevantdepartmentsduringtheconstruction,arbitrarilydismantletheoriginalbuildingstructureandvariousequipmentpipelines.九、關(guān)于工期的約定ArticleNineAgreementontheconstructionperiod1、如果因甲方未按合同約定及時(shí)履行義務(wù)并影響工期，乙方工期順延。1.PartyB'sconstructionperiodshallbepostponedaccordinglywherePartyAfailstoperformitsobligationsintimeasprovidedhereinandaffectstheconstructionperiod.2、如果因乙方責(zé)任，不能按期開工或中途無故停工并影響工期，工期不順延，并處以合同價(jià)款每日千分之五的罰金。如果給甲方造成的其他損失，由乙方承擔(dān)賠償。2.F
