yīng)配備一個(gè)或更多的適用于易燃級(jí)別1A，B和C的便攜式干粉滅火器，其總?cè)萘繎?yīng)不小于12千克（或者是與此相當(dāng)?shù)钠渌线m的滅火劑的容量），其中應(yīng)至少有一個(gè)滅火器的容量不小于6千克；（ii）對(duì)于最大容許質(zhì)量大于3.5噸且小于或等于7.5噸的運(yùn)輸裝置，應(yīng)配備一個(gè)或更多的適用于易燃級(jí)別1A，B和C的便攜式干粉滅火器，其總?cè)萘繎?yīng)不小于8千克（或者是與此相當(dāng)?shù)钠渌线m的滅火劑的容量），其中應(yīng)至少有一個(gè)滅火器的容量不小于6千克；（iii） 對(duì)于最大容許質(zhì)量小于或等于3.5噸的運(yùn)輸裝置，應(yīng)配備一個(gè)或更多的適用于易燃級(jí)別1A，B和C的便攜式干粉滅火器，其總?cè)萘繎?yīng)不小于4千克（或者是與此相當(dāng)?shù)钠渌线m的滅火劑的容量）；（c）上面（a）中要求的滅火器的容量可以從上面（b）中要求的滅火器的最小總?cè)萘恐锌鄢?.1.4.2根據(jù)1.1.3.6裝載危險(xiǎn)物品的運(yùn)輸裝置，應(yīng)配備一個(gè)適用于易燃級(jí)別1A，B和C的便攜式干粉滅火器，其容量應(yīng)不小于2千克（或者是與此相當(dāng)?shù)钠渌线m的滅火劑的容量）。8.1.4.3滅火劑應(yīng)適于在機(jī)動(dòng)車上使用，并應(yīng)符合EN3便攜式滅火器的相關(guān)要求的第1到第6部分（EN3-1：1996，EN3-2：1996，EN3-3：1994，EN3-4：1996，EN3-5：1996，EN3-6：1995）如果該機(jī)動(dòng)車配備了一個(gè)固定的滅火器，可以自動(dòng)地或很容易的用于撲滅發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的火，則便攜式滅火器不必要適用于撲滅發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的火。滅火劑應(yīng)不易于向駕駛室釋放有毒氣體或因受到火焰熱度的影響而釋放有毒氣體。1關(guān)于易燃級(jí)別的定義，見EN2標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：1992火災(zāi)分類。共92頁第8頁ANNEXB8.1.4.4Theportablefireextinguishersconformingtotheprovisionsof8.1.4.1or8.1.4.2shallbefittedwithasealverifyingthattheyhavenotbeenused.Inaddition,theyshallbearamarkofcompliancewithastandardrecognizedbyacompetentauthorityandaninscriptionatleastindicatingthedate(month,year)ofthenextrecurrentinspectionorofthemaximumpermissibleperiodofuse,asapplicable.Thefireextinguishersshallbesubjectedtoperiodicinspectionsinaccordancewithauthorizednationalstandardsinordertoguaranteetheirfunctionalsafety.8.1.4.5Thefireextinguishersshallbeinstalledonthetransportunitsinawaythattheyareeasilyaccessibletothevehiclecrew.Theinstallationshallbecarriedoutinsuchawaythatthefireextinguishersshallbeprotectedagainsteffectsoftheweathersothattheiroperationalsafetyisnotaffected.8.1.5MiscellaneousequipmentEverytransportunitcarryingdangerousgoodsshallbeequippedwith:(a)Thefollowinggeneralpurposesafetyequipment:—Foreachvehicle,atleastonechockofasizesuitedtotheweightofthevehicleandtothediameterofthewheels;—Twoself-standingwarningsigns(e.g.reflectiveconesortrianglesorflashingamberlightswhichareindependentfromtheelectricalequipmentofthevehicle);—Asuitablewarningvestorwarningclothing(e.g.asdescribedinEuropeanStandardEN471)foreachmemberofthevehiclecrew;—Apocketlamp(seealso8.3.4)foreachmemberofthevehiclecrew;(b)ArespiratoryprotectivedeviceinconformitywithadditionalrequirementS7(seeChapter8.5)ifthisadditionalrequirementappliesaccordingtotheindicationinColumn(19)ofTableAofChapter3.2;(c)Thepersonalprotectionandtheequipmentnecessarytotaketheadditionaland/orspecialactionsreferredtointheinstructionsinwritingsetoutin5.4.3.共92頁第9頁附件B8.1.4.4符合8.1.4.1或8.1.4.2的規(guī)定的便攜式滅火器應(yīng)帶有密封，表明其沒有被使用過。此外，滅火器上應(yīng)帶有一個(gè)標(biāo)記表明其符合有關(guān)主管機(jī)構(gòu)認(rèn)可的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并且應(yīng)帶有至少能表明下一次周期性檢驗(yàn)的日期（月，年）或者，在適用的情況下，表明其最大允許使用期限的刻印文字。為了確保其性能安全，滅火器應(yīng)按照經(jīng)認(rèn)可的國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行周期性檢驗(yàn)。8.1.4.5滅火器在運(yùn)輸裝置上的安裝應(yīng)便于機(jī)動(dòng)車乘員拿取，并且應(yīng)使滅火器免受天氣的影響，以保證其性能安全不受影響。8.1.5其他設(shè)備裝有危險(xiǎn)物品的每臺(tái)運(yùn)輸裝置應(yīng)配備：（a）下列通用的安全設(shè)備：—每臺(tái)機(jī)動(dòng)車至少帶有一個(gè)塞塊，其大小應(yīng)適合機(jī)動(dòng)車的重量以及車輪的尺寸?！獌蓚€(gè)能豎立放置的警示標(biāo)志（例如：反光椎體或三角板或閃爍的黃色信號(hào)燈，該信號(hào)燈應(yīng)獨(dú)立于機(jī)動(dòng)車的電氣設(shè)備）；—每位機(jī)動(dòng)車乘員應(yīng)配備合適的警示背心或警示服（例如歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN471中所規(guī)定的）；—每位機(jī)動(dòng)車乘員應(yīng)配備一個(gè)手電筒；（b）根據(jù)第3.2章表A第（19）列的規(guī)定適用附加要求S7（見第8.5章）時(shí)，應(yīng)配備呼吸防護(hù)裝置；（c）為進(jìn)行5.4.3規(guī)定的書面指導(dǎo)中提到的附加操作和/或特殊操作所必需的個(gè)人防護(hù)具及設(shè)備。共92頁第10頁ANNEXBCHAPTER8.2REQUIREMENTSCONCERNINGTHETRAININGOFTHEVEHICLECREW8.2.1Generalrequirementsconcerningthetrainingofdrivers8.2.1.1Driversofvehiclescarryingdangerousgoodsshallholdacertificateissuedbythecompetentauthorityorbyanyorganizationrecognizedbythatauthoritystatingthattheyhaveparticipatedinatrainingcourseandpassedanexaminationontheparticularrequirementsthathavetobemetduringcarriageofdangerousgoods.8.2.1.2Driversofvehiclescarryingdangerousgoodsshallattendabasictrainingcourse.Trainingshallbegivenintheformofacourseapprovedbythecompetentauthority.Itsmainobjectivesaretomakedriversawareofhazardsarisinginthecarriageofdangerousgoodsandtogivethembasicinformationindispensableforminimizingthelikelihoodofanincidenttakingplaceand,ifitdoes,toenablethemtotakemeasureswhichmayprovenecessaryfortheirownsafetyandthatofthepublicandtheenvironment,forlimitingtheeffectsofanincident.Thistraining,whichshallincludeindividualpracticalexercises,shallactasthebasisoftrainingforallcategoriesofdriverscoveringatleastthesubjectsdefinedin8.2.2.3.2.8.2.1.3Driversofvehiclescarryingdangerousgoodsinfixedtanksordemountabletankswithacapacityexceeding1m3,driversofbattery-vehicles
