Thistemplate,modifiedinMSWord2003andsavedas“Word97-2003&6.0/95–RTF”forthePC,providesauthorswithmostoftheformattingspecificationsneededforpreparingelectronicversionsoftheirpapers.Allstandardpaper

componentshavebeenspecifiedfor

threereasons:(1)easeofusewhenformattingindividualpapers,(2)automaticcompliancetoelectronicrequirementsthatfacilitatetheconcurrentorlaterproductionofelectronic

products,and(3)

conformityofstylethroughoutaconferenceproceedings.Margins,columnwidths,linespacing,andtypestylesarebuilt-in;examplesofthetypestylesareprovidedthroughoutthis

documentandareidentifiedin

italictype,withinparentheses,followingtheexample.Somecomponents,suchasmulti-leveledequations,graphics,andtablesarenotprescribed,althoughthevarioustabletextstylesareprovided.Theformatterwillneedtocreatethese
