安防產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理(研發(fā)部門)崗位職責(zé):

1、負(fù)責(zé)安防軟件產(chǎn)品的規(guī)劃、定義、設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)現(xiàn)及推廣調(diào)研

2、負(fù)責(zé)撰寫產(chǎn)品相關(guān)資料,配合干系團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品的推廣

3、協(xié)同干系人對產(chǎn)品業(yè)績達(dá)成負(fù)責(zé)

崗位要求:

1、本科及以上學(xué)歷;

2、熟悉產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程,有安防相關(guān)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn);

3、3年以上產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有一定開發(fā)基礎(chǔ);

4、良好的溝通/協(xié)調(diào)能力、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估能力、問題解決/推動(dòng)能力。

5、具備跨研發(fā)、技術(shù)、方案、市場端經(jīng)驗(yàn),較強(qiáng)的系統(tǒng)性思維

6、具備較強(qiáng)的業(yè)務(wù)、交互設(shè)計(jì)能力,能夠根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)構(gòu)建、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品體系崗位職責(zé):

monitorsoverallperformanceduringallphasesoftheprogram(s)anddevelopsandimplementscorrectiveactionandrecoveryplansasrequired.
