ThegoalofthisstudywastoanalyzethetrueimpactofAIontheclinicalandfinancialperformanceof

dentalpractices.Inordertocontrolforseasonalityandotherchangingfactorsinthedentalofficesuchaschangeofpersonnel,thelargestdatasettodatewasusedtounderstandthevalueofAI,basedonaninemonthtimespanacross100locationsandover471,000patients.

Furthermore,wecontrolledforseasonalityaswellaschangeoffeescheduleswithyear-over-year

comparisons.Thelocationsweresemi-randomly*selectedfrom41DSOsacrosstheU.S.tocontrolforageographicallydiverseandrepresentativesampleofdentistryandnothaveregionalandpatient-

populationbiases.

GeographiccoverageofVideaAIpracticesincludedin

thisstudy.

Thiscompletedatasetwassplitintotreatmentplans,e.g.treatmentsplanned,scheduledandcompleted,

withandwithoutArtificialIntelligence.Theanalysis

wasdone3monthsafterthelastpatientwasanalyzedgiventhattreatmentscompletedisalaggingindicator.ThetreatmentplanswereanalyzedforspecificADACDTcodeswhichshouldbedrivenbyVideaAI’s

modules:RestorativeTreatments(D2***)codesandPeriodontalTreatments(D4***)codes.

Theanalysisallowedustocalculateseveralkey

indicatorsofclinicalandfinancialperformanceacrossthepatientpopulationwithandwithoutAI.Thekey
