本科論文沈陽城市學院畢業(yè)設計(論文)目錄TOC\o"1-2"\h\z\u20481摘要 [20]。分水器是為了幫助空調(diào)區(qū)的流量調(diào)節(jié)和分配,也有利于系統(tǒng)的維護和運行。在選擇集、分水器時,應能使通過集管的水量保持在0.5~0.8m/s范圍內(nèi)流動。集分水器通常選擇管徑在DN200~DN500范圍內(nèi)的無縫鋼管。本設計中選用的是管徑為DN200的無縫鋼管。10.3安裝閥門球閥、截止閥、蝶閥等是在水系統(tǒng)中常用到的,閥門的選擇應適應系統(tǒng)的承受水的壓力的能力,至于閥門的型號,要保持和連接管的管徑一致。如果需有規(guī)定數(shù)量的調(diào)節(jié)水流量時,選用平衡閥,它還進行測量、關(guān)閉和排放污水。閥門的設置一般在以下地點:=1\*GB2⑴每個壓力表的與管子交接處;=2\*GB2⑵每個支路的出入口、排水管及排氣管上;=3\*GB2⑶熱交換器、加熱器等的進出水管;=4\*GB2⑷手動操作的旁通閥、雙通閥的兩側(cè)閥口處等。
11通風及排煙設計=1\*GB2⑴地下一層的設備機房,為了達到排風的目的應設置軸流風機,而且還要有補風機進行補風;=2\*GB2⑵在公共衛(wèi)生間內(nèi)應該設置吊頂式通風器,為衛(wèi)生間通風換氣;=3\*GB2⑶排煙口平時保持關(guān)閉狀態(tài),當有火災信號出現(xiàn)時,閥門自行開啟,并連帶排煙風機開啟;=4\*GB2⑷在地上各層的無窗房間和走道的吊頂內(nèi)吊裝排煙風機;=5\*GB2⑸排煙風機入口的前面,安裝排煙防火閥,如果煙氣溫度到了一定值熔斷時,閥門因此而自動關(guān)閉,并連帶將排煙風機關(guān)閉;=6\*GB2⑹排煙設計時,其管道及其他附件等的制作一定選用不會燃燒的材料,排煙管道一定要注意防火、隔熱,并且要與易燃燒的物質(zhì)控制一定的距離,通常來說在150mm范圍之外。
12管道的保溫與防腐12.1管道的保溫12.1.1保溫目的=1\*GB2⑴讓系統(tǒng)冷量和熱量能夠更有效的被利用,降低能量損失,確??照{(diào)的設計和操作;=2\*GB2⑵風道表面的溫度高于或等于附近的空氣溫度,讓表面上有露水,加速傳熱,同時防止和抑制腐蝕空調(diào)風管結(jié)露。12.1.2選用保溫材料因為導熱系數(shù)對保溫材料的熱工性能影響很大,導熱系數(shù)小的保溫材料其保溫效果好。在本次設計中,保溫材料選用離心玻璃棉保溫管材(難燃B1級),厚度為40mm。12.1.3保溫水管的厚度空氣凝結(jié)水管厚度6mm,冷熱水管的厚度如表12.1所示。表12.1冷熱水管保溫厚度水管管徑保溫厚度mm≤4050―100125―25035404512.2管道的防腐在本設計中,除掉非鍍鋅鋼管表面的銹之后,需要刷防銹漆對其進行保護,如果管道采用明裝,其表面需要涂銀粉,如果管道是鍍鋅鋼管,當其表面有破損時,那么破損處應先刷防銹漆再刷銀粉進行保護。
13消聲減震設計13.1消聲設計空調(diào)系統(tǒng)在運行過程中,通風機、制冷機等會產(chǎn)生的噪聲,此外,設備也會產(chǎn)生噪聲傳播到房間內(nèi),影響生活和工作環(huán)境。如果空調(diào)房間內(nèi)對噪聲要求高,通風系統(tǒng)的噪聲衰減是不可缺少的。管道系統(tǒng)消聲設計的基本原則如下:=1\*GB2⑴如果直接在機房內(nèi)布置消聲器,應針對其設置檢修門和風管。因為主風道內(nèi)的風速很大,如果消聲器近距離設置在風道附近,那么必會增加噪聲;=2\*GB2⑵消聲器的類型多種多樣,而對于消聲器的選擇,應按照系統(tǒng)需要的消聲量等因素綜合考慮,再根據(jù)技術(shù)經(jīng)濟對比情況去選定;=3\*GB2⑶消聲彎頭等這類消聲器在消聲設計中必不可少,要加以利用。13.2減震設計新風機組,通風機等需吊裝搭設,采用軟管連接機組與風管。為讓其更穩(wěn)固,隔振底座是必不可少的。將水泵,熱泵機組在其上固定。隔振基座質(zhì)量的決定因素取自實驗數(shù)據(jù)。泵底座采用彈簧復合減振器,管路連接靈活。由于熱泵機組重,基礎承載力不小于運行重量的1.5倍。橡膠墊或減震器底座可直接設置在機座下方。

文獻資料檢索的步驟與篩選利用檢索文獻資料信息是一項實踐性很強的過程,檢索的一般步驟有以下幾種。在檢索完成之后,才能對文獻資料進行篩選利用。文獻檢索是利用文獻的第一步,如何將其應用在畢業(yè)設計(論文)課題研究過程中,對檢索到的文獻資料進行認真篩選、消化和吸收是關(guān)鍵。只有經(jīng)過這個過程,才能達到查閱文獻的真正目的一一一利用文獻1、文獻資料檢索的步驟(1)明確檢索范圍從科研課題研究的中心內(nèi)容和重點出發(fā),多方面分析課題要求和問題實質(zhì),一般從三方面考慮:一是區(qū)域界限,要清楚是取得某一一問題發(fā)表過的全部文獻資料,還是要掌握某一地區(qū)、某一國家對某一問題發(fā)表過的全部文獻資料;二是時間范圍,明確是查找某一問題在某一年限內(nèi)發(fā)表過的文獻資料,還是獲取某一。問題從有文獻記錄以來的全部文獻資料;三是專業(yè)范圍,明確要查找什么專業(yè)的科技文獻信息,比如,電子類的還是機械類的,是理論性的還是應用性的等。(2)選擇檢索工具檢索工具有不同的分類方法,按加工文獻和處理信息的手段不同分為手工檢索工具和機械檢索工具;按照載體形式不同分為書本式檢索工具,磁帶式檢索工具,卡片式、縮微式、膠卷式檢索工具;按照著錄格式的不同可將檢索工具分為以下四種類型:①目錄型檢索工具。目錄型檢索工具是記錄具體出版單位、收藏單位及其他外表特征的工具。它以一個完。整的出版或收藏單位為著錄單元,一般著錄文獻的名稱、著者、文獻出處等。目錄的種類很多,對于文獻檢索來說,國家書目、聯(lián)合目錄、館藏目錄等尤為重要②題錄型檢索工具題錄型檢索工具是以單篇文獻為基本著錄單位來描述文獻外表特征(如文獻題名、著者姓名、文獻出處等),無內(nèi)容摘要,是快速報道文獻信
