5.Confidentiality

Bothpartiesagreetokeepconfidentialanyinformationobtainedduringthecooperationandnottodisclosesuchinformationtoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheotherparty,exceptasrequiredbylaworregulations.

6.DisputeResolution

Anydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththiscontractshallberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiationsbetweentheparties.Ifthenegotiationfails,thedisputesshallbesubmittedto[specifythearbitrationinstitutionorcourt]forarbitrationorlitigation.

7.Miscellaneous
