本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件代替GB/T20835—2016《發(fā)電機(jī)定子鐵心磁化試驗(yàn)導(dǎo)則》,與GB/T20835—2016相比,除

結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改動(dòng)外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:

a)更改了范圍(見第1章,2016年版的第1章);

b)增加了“術(shù)語和定義”一章(見第3章);

c)更改了符號(hào)中、、的規(guī)定(見第4章,2016年版的第3章);

o)更改了附錄試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)修正,由附錄轉(zhuǎn)為正文(見7.7.1.2,2016年版的附錄B);

p)增加了試驗(yàn)頻率偏差時(shí)的修正(見7.7.1.3);

q)刪除了發(fā)電機(jī)定子鐵心相同部位括號(hào)內(nèi)的內(nèi)容(見2016年版的7.2)。

1范圍

本文件規(guī)定了發(fā)電機(jī)定子鐵心磁化試驗(yàn)的前期計(jì)算、試驗(yàn)要求、試驗(yàn)方法和質(zhì)量判別。

本文件適用于電壓等級(jí)為6.3kV及以上隱極同步發(fā)電機(jī)和水輪發(fā)電機(jī),用于發(fā)電機(jī)定子鐵心質(zhì)

量的檢驗(yàn)。其他類型電機(jī)參照?qǐng)?zhí)行。
