31.祈使句

祈使句表達(dá)說(shuō)話人對(duì)對(duì)方的叮囑、勸告、希望、禁止、建議、請(qǐng)求或命令等。祈使句一般以動(dòng)詞原形開頭，無(wú)時(shí)態(tài)和數(shù)的變化。

（1）動(dòng)詞原形構(gòu)成的祈使句：暗含的主語(yǔ)是you，通常省略。否定句往往由do

not

（don’t）或never開頭。祈使句的句首或句末有時(shí)加please,還可以加上稱呼語(yǔ)，用逗號(hào)與句子主體隔開。

請(qǐng)看下列例句:

不要浪費(fèi)時(shí)間！

please.請(qǐng)來(lái)這邊。

warm.確保他溫暖。（2）Let’s構(gòu)成的祈使句：肯定形式為“Let’sdosth.”，否定形式為“Let’snotdosth.”。例如：Let’sspendthisweekendinthecountryside.我們這周在鄉(xiāng)下過(guò)周末吧。Let’stakeataxi,shallwe我們坐出租車吧，可以嗎？

（3）無(wú)動(dòng)詞祈使句：在請(qǐng)求、命令和口號(hào)中，常用無(wú)動(dòng)詞祈使句，但它實(shí)際上是省略了動(dòng)詞，從而使語(yǔ)句更簡(jiǎn)潔有力。例如:

情態(tài)動(dòng)詞中must，can，

could,

may,

might這五個(gè)詞常用于表示推測(cè)，而且推測(cè)的可能性依次減小。must的可能性最大，can

could次之，may

/

might最小。

（1）must意思是“一定、準(zhǔn)是”，語(yǔ)氣較肯定，較有把握。must表示推測(cè)只用于肯定句。如果要表示“一定不、肯定不”的意思時(shí)，用can’t或couldn’t。例如：

他準(zhǔn)是個(gè)美國(guó)人。

can’t

know

my

address.

他肯定不知道我的地址。

（2）can/could表示推測(cè)“可能性”，可能性比must小，但仍然有潛在可能。can往往用于否定句和疑問(wèn)句。在肯定句中表示現(xiàn)實(shí)可能性通常用could。例如：

那不可能是真的。

I

are.你可能是對(duì)的，但是我不認(rèn)同。

（3）may,

might表示推測(cè)“可能性”時(shí)，意思是“可能、也許”，

might在語(yǔ)氣上比may更委婉，表示的可能性更小。may,

might表示推測(cè)時(shí)，可以用于否定句，意思是“可能不、也許不”，但不用于疑問(wèn)句。例如：
