6.Termination:

7.DisputeResolution:

AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisAgreementshallberesolvedthroughnegotiationbetweentheParties.IfthePartiesfailtoreachanamicablesettlementwithin[specifytimeframe,e.g.,30days],thedisputemaybereferredtoarbitrationinaccordancewiththerulesofthe[specifyarbitrationinstitution,e.g.,InternationalChamberofCommerce(ICC)].

8.GoverningLaw:
