前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件等同采用ISO/TS11774:2011《無損檢測操作能力鑒定》,文件類型由ISO的技術規(guī)范調

整為我國的國家標準化指導性技術文件。

請注意本文件的某些內容可能涉及專利。本文件的發(fā)布機構不承擔識別專利的責任。

本文件由全國無損檢測標準化技術委員會(SAC/TC56)提出并歸口。

本文件起草單位:中車戚墅堰機車車輛工藝研究所股份有限公司、上海材料研究所有限公司、中國

合格評定國家認可中心、江蘇省特種設備安全監(jiān)督檢驗研究院。

1范圍

本文件提供了按照操作能力鑒定方案建立的文件化程序執(zhí)行,對特定無損檢測中無損檢測人員、工

藝規(guī)程和設備進行鑒定的方法。

本文件實施需要各工業(yè)部門委員會(ISC)和資格鑒定機構之間協(xié)作,以確保滿足特定的預期實施

效果。

本文件中描述的鑒定方法用于評價報考人在檢測和評定關鍵不連續(xù)方面表現(xiàn)的能力,該能力與

ISC確定基于操作能力鑒定方案中規(guī)定檢測和評定關鍵不連續(xù)的能力相當。

本文件確立了協(xié)助個人基于操作能力鑒定方案參加考試的準則。第二方(基于雇主的)鑒定和認可

(如參考ANSI/ASNTCP?189[3]),或第三方認證(如參考ISO9712[1]或EN473[2])以及隨后的在職培

訓,并不為安全關鍵性檢測提供所需的信任度。

本文件適用于按照操作能力鑒定方案建立的文件化程序執(zhí)行的特定應用。
