Healthyeatingisoneofthepillarsofahealthylifestyle.Eatingabalanceddietrichinfreshfruits,vegetables,wholegrains,leanproteinsandlow-fatdiaryproductscanhelpyouachieveandmaintainahealthyweight,boostyourenergy,improveyourmoodandreduceyourriskofchronicdiseases.Inthisarticle,wewilldiscussthekeyprinciplesofahealthydietandprovidesomehelpfultipsforincorporatinghealthierfoodchoicesintoyourdailylife.

Principle1:Choosewholefoods.
