in yichang diesel factory.1、主要參數(shù)。general technical data.型 號type 6s50mc-c 最大持續(xù)功率continuous rating, max 9480kw額 定 轉(zhuǎn) 速engine speed 127rpm旋 轉(zhuǎn) 方 向 direction of rotation 可逆轉(zhuǎn)reversible2、主機(jī)試驗條件。condition of m/e test.2.1 主機(jī)試驗前對各相關(guān)系統(tǒng)必須進(jìn)行完整性和安裝質(zhì)量檢查和認(rèn)可,主要有:主機(jī)起動空氣系統(tǒng);燃油日用系統(tǒng);滑油日用系統(tǒng);冷卻海水系統(tǒng);冷卻淡水系統(tǒng)均經(jīng)過安裝和壓力試驗,并報驗合格。check completely and quantity of systems before m/e test, then recognize: there are m/e starting air system; fuel daily system; l.o. daily system; cooling sea water system; cooling fresh water system. all systems are inspected after fixed and pressure test. 2.2 滑油日用系統(tǒng)注油清洗完畢。l.o. daily system is filled oil to clean.2.3 高溫淡水冷卻系統(tǒng)已注入軟化添加劑的冷卻水,膨脹水箱達(dá)到規(guī)定的水位高度。h.t.fresh cooling system is filled cooling water of soften additive expansion chamber arrives at water level of being specified.2.4 主機(jī)軸系安裝報驗合格。fit and inspect shaft line of m/e.2.5 服務(wù)于主機(jī)的各種設(shè)備進(jìn)行了運行試驗,運行正常、合格。operation test of all major equipment working for m.e., run normally、eligibly.、泵類:主機(jī)滑油泵及備用泵,主機(jī)高溫冷卻備用泵,兩臺主機(jī)低溫淡水泵,兩臺主海水泵,主機(jī)缸套水預(yù)熱泵,供油單元中的兩臺燃油供給泵和兩臺燃油增壓泵均應(yīng)進(jìn)行效用試驗,試驗時間15分鐘。檢查其啟動、停止、開關(guān)動作的正確性和可靠性,試驗時各運動部件應(yīng)無敲擊、異常發(fā)熱、泄漏等現(xiàn)象,并測量記錄泵排出壓力,電動機(jī)的電壓、電流及絕緣電阻值(見表一)。pumps: during operation . measure and record output pressure of pumps、voltage current and insulation resistance value.、盤車機(jī)構(gòu)的電機(jī)和電器箱冷態(tài)絕緣測量,并試運行15分鐘,記錄電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速、工作電流及電壓。(見表一)measure insulation of motor of and electric box ,try to run 15 minutes, record rotation、current and voltage of motor.3、主機(jī)起動前的檢查。在服務(wù)商的指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行下列各項的檢查。check the following lists under the direction of service engineer.3.1 主機(jī)起動聯(lián)鎖裝置檢查。m.e starting interlocks check.檢查盤車機(jī)構(gòu)連鎖裝置的可靠性,當(dāng)盤車機(jī)械嚙合時,主機(jī)不能起動;check the reliability of turning, m.e cant start when turning gear, engaged.3.2 檢查滑油油位是否滿足要求。l.o. level is satisfied requirement.3.3 燃油系統(tǒng)是否處于運行工況。fuel system is running state.3.4 檢查冷卻水系統(tǒng)應(yīng)處于運行工況,并對主機(jī)進(jìn)行預(yù)熱。cooling water system is running state, m.e should be preheated.3.5 檢查增壓器潤滑油腔的油位應(yīng)超過最低油位線;oil level of booster is more than the lowest level.3.6 空氣瓶應(yīng)充滿空氣并放泄掉氣瓶中的冷凝水,保證空氣有足夠的壓力(1.5mpa)。the air receiver should be filled air and let out condensation water, to be sure air has enough pressure(1.5mpa)。3.7 清理軸系周圍環(huán)境,無障礙,檢查飛輪及尾軸系統(tǒng)中的防護(hù)罩是否安裝妥當(dāng)。 clean shaft line ambient, no obstruction, check wheel and protective cover at the end of shaft are fitted exactly.4、主機(jī)起動試驗。m.e starting test.用2只主機(jī)起動空氣瓶充氣到3mpa。主機(jī)冷態(tài),在不充氣的情況下,由集控室進(jìn)行主機(jī)冷態(tài)連續(xù)起動試驗,連續(xù)起動次數(shù)不少于6次,記錄起動次數(shù),每次起動壓降,最低起動壓力及機(jī)艙溫度,(見表二)。fill two main air receiver to 3mpa. stop filling and to see “alarm point list”6、主機(jī)應(yīng)急停車功能試驗。m.e emergency stop test.在主機(jī)運行狀態(tài)下,分別在集控室及駕駛室(包括兩翼)操縱臺進(jìn)行主機(jī)停車試驗,按動應(yīng)急停車按紐,主機(jī)應(yīng)可靠停車。when m.e running, push the “emergency stop” button in main switch and wheelhouse and two wing panels to stop m.e reliably.7、主機(jī)輔助系統(tǒng)自動切換試驗。automatic operation change over test of m.e auxiliary system.主機(jī)在部分負(fù)荷下人為調(diào)整系統(tǒng)有關(guān)參數(shù),當(dāng)達(dá)到切換標(biāo)定值時,下列設(shè)備應(yīng)自動切換啟動。adjust parameter under m.e load. equipment change to start automatically when arriving at wharf.以系纜栓拉力250kn為限,在碼頭上進(jìn)行正車運行1小時,并檢查軸系、各潤滑系統(tǒng)及液壓系統(tǒng)的工作情況,不應(yīng)有異常振動和發(fā)熱及泄漏現(xiàn)象。as mooring line pulling force250kn limited, running one hour ahead on wharf, no abnormal vibration、heating admitted and leakage in each lubricating and hydraulic oil system of shafts、 admitted.9.1 主機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速450rpm,以15%螺距運行,并記錄有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)(見表三)。m.e speed 450rpm, propeller pitch15%, record data.9.2 主機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速600rpm,以12%螺距運行,并記錄有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)(見表三)。m.e speed 600rpm, propeller pitch 12%.10、主機(jī)遙控啟動試驗。m.e remote start test.10.1 在集控室按主機(jī)遙控起動按紐,應(yīng)能起動主機(jī),連續(xù)起動3次無失效。push button of m.e remote start in e.c.r, the m.e should be started in time, start three times continually .10.2 靜態(tài)操作部位轉(zhuǎn)換試驗。static operation position change test.主機(jī)不運轉(zhuǎn),滑油備用泵啟動,進(jìn)行下述功能試驗。m.e shuts down and standby pump starts, test the followingfunction.10.2.1 功能試驗:在機(jī)旁、駕控臺分別對主機(jī)進(jìn)行起動、加速、停車等操作試驗,檢查操作機(jī)構(gòu)的正確性,機(jī)旁、集控室和駕駛室三位置機(jī)構(gòu)的統(tǒng)一性和靈活性。江蘇東方造船有限公司主機(jī)推進(jìn)裝置系統(tǒng)試驗程序圖號:共 7 頁 第 7 頁function test: m.e should be started、accelerated 、stopped near engine、maneuvering console ,check correctly.10.2.2 操作統(tǒng)一性和靈活性檢查。check unification and flexibility.當(dāng)主推進(jìn)遙控轉(zhuǎn)到駕駛室控制,當(dāng)主推進(jìn)控制器手柄從“0”位操作到正、或倒車的任何位置時,再以手柄所在位置操作到另一任何位置時,檢查駕駛室及兩翼操作臺3個不同部位的控制手柄所在位置的一致性。并對所有主機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速表值進(jìn)行核對。 remote control position to be be synchronization and consistency in wheelhouse and wheelhouse two wing ,check value .10.2.3 操作部位轉(zhuǎn)換試驗。control position change test.對機(jī)艙集控室 駕駛室,駕駛室 駕駛室兩翼操作臺互相轉(zhuǎn)換操作,檢查轉(zhuǎn)換的可靠性以及動作的正確性。control box in er wheelhouse, wheelhouse wheelhouse wing, check the reliability and exactly.11、主機(jī)負(fù)荷試驗。m.e load test.因碼頭限制,大負(fù)荷試驗在航行試驗中進(jìn)行。because wharf is limited, limited load test is bone on during voyaging.11.1 負(fù)荷試驗后應(yīng)測量主機(jī)的熱態(tài)拐檔,并記錄。after engine load test, deflections of crankshaft
