(2) optimizes picks the craft parameter, strengthens the scene management, realization maximum daily production 3504t, the average month produces 89636t, created the roller thin coal bed synthesis to pick the unit to yearly produce 1,000,000 ton new levels.  (3) applied the thin coal to pick the synthesis to pick the working surface working procedure reasonable match the safeguard technology measure, has realized the working surface equipment common control, strengthened the production management, the breakdown diagnosis and the accident platoon looks up.Had guaranteed the working surface various working procedures best match, enhanced the working surface operation percentage. 【中文翻譯】 1 薄煤層 綜采設(shè)備的研制及工藝參數(shù)優(yōu)化   主要探討了棗莊礦業(yè)集團(tuán)公司自行研制的薄煤層綜采設(shè)備在田陳礦的成功應(yīng)用,并對(duì)其配套設(shè)備的技術(shù)改造及技術(shù)特征、工作面地質(zhì)條件、綜采設(shè)備的工藝參數(shù)優(yōu)化及工作面工序合理匹配的保障技術(shù)措施進(jìn)行了深入分析與介紹。  薄煤層由于其開采空間狹窄,效率低,工作面條件差,機(jī)械裝備不配套或采煤工藝不完善等技術(shù)問題,難于實(shí)現(xiàn)礦井的高效與安全生產(chǎn)。  棗莊礦業(yè)集團(tuán)公司借鑒我國中厚以上煤層綜采的經(jīng)驗(yàn),在薄煤層綜采配套設(shè)備的研制及工藝參數(shù)優(yōu)化方面進(jìn)行了有益的探索。于 2003 年 10 月,在其田陳礦 531 工作面裝備 了自行研制與改進(jìn)的三機(jī)配套設(shè)備,取得了明顯效果,實(shí)現(xiàn)最高日產(chǎn) 3504t,平均月產(chǎn) 89636t,創(chuàng)出了滾筒式薄煤層綜采機(jī)組年產(chǎn)百萬噸的新水平。裝備此工作面設(shè)備資金投入為 1088.00 萬元,設(shè)備投入不到裝備刨煤機(jī)面的十分之一。  一、 綜采三機(jī)配套及技術(shù)特征  (一 )液壓支架  根據(jù)薄煤層開采的特點(diǎn),采用計(jì)算機(jī)對(duì)支架四連桿機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)分析尋優(yōu)與強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì),滿足工作條件,優(yōu)化了支架結(jié)構(gòu):  ( 1)支架為支撐掩護(hù)式,采用了整體頂梁,二柱支撐滿足了大伸縮的要求;   ( 2)主要結(jié)構(gòu)件用 Q550 高強(qiáng)度結(jié)構(gòu)鋼板制作,減輕了支架重量。采 用焊前預(yù)熱,焊后人工時(shí)效的焊接工藝,保證結(jié)構(gòu)件焊接質(zhì)量;  ( 3)選用大流量液壓元件,提高支架的響應(yīng)速度;  ( 4)合理布置液壓管路系統(tǒng),加大了人、機(jī)空間。  其研制的 ZY2400/08/19 液壓支架的技術(shù)特征如下:兩柱支撐掩護(hù)式,支撐高度 0.8 1.9m,支架寬度 1.43 1.6m,中心距 1.5m,工作阻力 2400kN,支護(hù)強(qiáng)度 0.41 0.46MPa,適應(yīng)傾角不大于 35 ,操作方式為鄰架控制,支架重量6500kg。  (二 )采煤機(jī)  結(jié)合薄煤層開采的技術(shù)特點(diǎn),對(duì)采煤機(jī)以下幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了改造:  ( 1)改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)泵箱, 解決發(fā)熱問題,以滿足綜采開機(jī)率高的工況需要;   ( 2)專門設(shè)計(jì)一組錐形軸搖臂,使?jié)L筒圈直徑減小,相應(yīng)增大葉片高度,滿足臥底量要求;  ( 3)優(yōu)化滾筒設(shè)計(jì),合理增大葉片螺旋升角,改善裝煤效果;  ( 4)適當(dāng)減低機(jī)身高度 (824mm),采煤機(jī)各大聯(lián)結(jié)處作了相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)。  改造后的采煤機(jī) MG200-BW2 的技術(shù)特征如下:采高范圍 1.0 2.0m,適應(yīng)傾角不大于 35 ,適應(yīng)硬度系數(shù) f3 .5,滾筒直徑 800/1000mm,機(jī)面高度 824mm,臥底量 91mm,牽引方式為無鏈牽引,最大牽引力 250kN,牽引速度 0 6.14m/min,裝機(jī)功率 200kW,電壓等級(jí) 660/1140V,機(jī)器總重 15t,機(jī)器總長 7858mm。  (三 )刮板輸送機(jī)  對(duì)刮板輸送機(jī)主要在以下幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了改造:  ( 1)采用了薄煤層刮板輸送機(jī)中雙鏈傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu),輸煤條件得以改善;   ( 2)國內(nèi)首次在薄煤層刮板輸送機(jī)上采用了 22E 型中部槽型鋼,整機(jī)剛性、強(qiáng)度有較大提高;  ( 3)降低機(jī)頭、機(jī)尾過度槽高度(為 430mm),改善了采煤機(jī)對(duì)機(jī)頭、機(jī)尾煤壁的截割條件;   ( 4)加強(qiáng)了鏟板、電纜槽架、牽引排銷等處的聯(lián)接結(jié)構(gòu)。  改造后的刮板輸送機(jī) SGZ-630/220 的技術(shù)特征如 下:出廠長度 170m,輸送量 450t/h,裝機(jī)功率 2110kW ,刮板鏈速 1.07m/s,緊鏈方式為閘盤緊鏈。  二、 工作面地質(zhì)條件   研制的綜采設(shè)備在田陳礦 531 工作面首次應(yīng)用,工作面走向長壁式布置,走向長度為 950m,傾斜長度為 156m,煤層厚度 0.4 3.0m,平均 1.25m,硬度系數(shù) f =2,煤層傾角 10 5 ,平均 13 ,儲(chǔ)量 28.34 萬 t。煤塵爆炸指數(shù)31.  9%,屬強(qiáng)爆炸性煤層。工作面局部有泥巖偽頂,厚 0 1.8m,松軟易冒,其上部分為灰白色細(xì)石英砂巖,其下部分層厚 1.5m 左右為直接頂,其 上為平均厚度 33.5m、堅(jiān)硬、裂隙發(fā)育的老頂。底板局部有一層 0.1 0.4m 的炭質(zhì)泥巖,直接底為灰色粉砂巖,厚 2.6m,老底為灰色細(xì)砂巖,堅(jiān)硬,層理清晰,厚度 16m。  531 工作面位于北五采區(qū)下部,軌道下山的左翼,地面標(biāo)高 +45m,井下標(biāo)高-722m -768m,  地質(zhì)條件復(fù)雜,掘進(jìn)期間揭露斷層 8 條,其中 1.0m 以上斷層4 條, F6 逆斷層落差為 4.0m,且有一條寬 20m、沿走向延伸 220m 的沖刷帶貫穿全工作面。  三、 工作面工藝參數(shù)優(yōu)化   工作面合理工藝參數(shù)的確定,是綜采配套設(shè)備實(shí)現(xiàn)工作面高產(chǎn)的基礎(chǔ)。  (一 )截 深的選擇  綜合考慮采煤機(jī)功率、煤質(zhì)硬度系數(shù)、煤層厚度及采高、頂板節(jié)理發(fā)育情況、支撐壓力壓酥煤壁深度、支架支護(hù)方式等因素來確定截深。通過認(rèn)真分析工作面地質(zhì)條件和設(shè)備配套情況,確定截深為 0.6m。當(dāng)頂板節(jié)理發(fā)育、片幫嚴(yán)重時(shí),每刀拉架時(shí)進(jìn)行超前支護(hù),以提高循環(huán)單產(chǎn)。  (二 )采煤機(jī)牽引速度 的確定(公式略)   (三 )支護(hù)與移架方式   采用鄰架操作,及時(shí)支護(hù)。在采煤機(jī)割過后,先移支架撐住頂板,然后再移輸送機(jī)。結(jié)合煤層厚度掌握加長桿伸縮范圍,以便以合理架位及高度支護(hù)頂板。當(dāng)頂板情況允許時(shí),順序移架與隔架移架相結(jié)合, 保證移架速度滿足采煤機(jī)割煤速度,以實(shí)現(xiàn)連續(xù)快速割煤的需要。  (四 )采煤機(jī)進(jìn)刀方式   采用 MG200-BW2 采煤機(jī)落煤,單向采煤,中部斜切進(jìn)刀。前滾筒割頂煤,后滾筒割底煤,自開缺口。  四、 工作面工序匹配的保障措施   薄煤層綜采工作面合理工藝
