安全教育主題班會(huì) -防溺水 教學(xué)內(nèi)容 : 防溺水安全教育 教學(xué)目的 : 1.提高安全意識(shí),學(xué)習(xí)溺水安全的有關(guān)知識(shí),在學(xué)習(xí)中增強(qiáng)與同學(xué)的合作交流意識(shí)。 2.初步了解溺水安全的有關(guān)內(nèi)容,要求每一個(gè)學(xué)生都要提高安全意識(shí)。 3.自己能改變生活中不遵守溺水安全的不良習(xí)慣,提高對(duì)生活中違反安全原則的行為的辨別能力。 教學(xué)重點(diǎn):學(xué)習(xí)溺水安全的基本知識(shí) ,培養(yǎng)有關(guān)防范力。 教學(xué)過(guò)程 : 一、老師談話引入 同學(xué)們,你們好!今天我們學(xué)習(xí)溺水安全知識(shí)。我們是四年級(jí)的小學(xué)生了 ,知道我們是 21 世紀(jì)的主人、是祖國(guó)的未來(lái)、民族的希望。我們愛(ài) 學(xué)習(xí)、愛(ài)勞動(dòng),是充滿生機(jī)的新一代。我們?cè)邳h的溫暖的陽(yáng)光下成長(zhǎng),在老師的悉心哺育下一天天長(zhǎng)大。我們是肩負(fù)重任、跨世紀(jì)的新苗??墒牵覀儏s經(jīng)常聽(tīng)到一些溺水事故的發(fā)生,看到一些觸目驚心、慘不忍睹的災(zāi)難在我們身邊發(fā)生。那我們?cè)撛趺搭A(yù)防呢? 二、活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì) 1.老師先向?qū)W生講幾點(diǎn)防溺水的知識(shí)要點(diǎn) ( 1)教育學(xué)生周末、節(jié)假日、寒暑假嚴(yán)禁到溪里、水庫(kù)、池塘、無(wú)蓋的水井邊等處戲水、游泳。不能獨(dú)自或結(jié)伴到河邊、水庫(kù)、池塘邊釣魚、游泳、玩水。 ( 2)教育學(xué)生在來(lái)校、離校的途中千萬(wàn)勿去玩水 ,下江游泳。 ( 3)我們是小學(xué)生,很多同學(xué) 都不會(huì)游泳,如果發(fā)現(xiàn)有學(xué)生不慎掉進(jìn)江河、水庫(kù)、池塘、水井里等,未成人不能冒然下水營(yíng)救 ,應(yīng)大聲呼喚成年人前來(lái)相助或撥打“ 110”。 2.老師談?wù)勈吕?,并由學(xué)生扮演小品 上學(xué)期學(xué)校在周末,幾名學(xué)生到自家門前的河邊玩,有兩名學(xué)生(姐弟倆)不慎溺水死亡。這個(gè)悲慘的事實(shí)告訴我們了什么 ?這幾個(gè)同學(xué)違反了哪些安全規(guī)則 ?我們應(yīng)如何遵守安全規(guī)則。 ( 1)議一議: 這幾個(gè)同學(xué)違反了哪些安全規(guī)則? 我們應(yīng)如何遵守安全規(guī)則? ( 2)把這幾個(gè)同學(xué)的錯(cuò)誤糾正過(guò)來(lái)。 ( 3)由這個(gè)事實(shí)談?wù)勎覀兊男牡皿w會(huì)。 3、說(shuō)一說(shuō) 說(shuō)說(shuō)日常生活中應(yīng)該如何保證游泳的健康和安全,避免溺水事件的發(fā)生? 對(duì)水情不熟而貿(mào)然下水,極易造成生命危險(xiǎn)。萬(wàn)一不幸遇上了溺水事件,溺水者切莫慌張,應(yīng)保持鎮(zhèn)靜,首先應(yīng)打 110 報(bào)警,然后積極自救: ( 1)對(duì)于手腳抽筋者,若是手指抽筋,則可將手握拳,然后用力張開(kāi),迅速反復(fù)多做幾次,直到抽筋消除為止; ( 2)若是小腿或腳趾抽筋,先吸一口氣仰浮水上,用抽筋肢體對(duì)側(cè)的手握住抽筋肢體的腳趾,并用力向身體方向拉,同時(shí)用同側(cè)的手掌壓在抽筋肢體的膝蓋上,幫助抽筋腿伸直; ( 3)要是大腿抽筋的話,可同樣采用拉長(zhǎng)抽筋肌肉的辦法解決。 對(duì)于溺水者, 除了積極自救外,還要積極進(jìn)行陸上搶救: ( 1)若溺者口鼻中有淤泥、雜草和嘔吐物,首先應(yīng)清除,保持上呼吸道的通暢; ( 2)溺者若已喝了大量的水,救護(hù)者可一腿跪著,另一腿屈膝,將溺者腹部放在屈膝的大腿上,一手扶著溺者的頭,將他的嘴向下,另一手壓在背部,使水排出; ( 3) 若是溺者已昏迷,呼吸很弱或停止呼吸,做完上述處理外,要進(jìn)行人工呼吸??墒鼓缯哐雠P,救護(hù)者在身旁用一手捏住溺者的鼻子,另一手托著他的下顎,吸一口 氣,然后用嘴對(duì)著溺者的嘴將氣吹入。吹完一口氣后,離開(kāi)溺者的嘴,同時(shí)松開(kāi)捏鼻子的手,并用手壓一下溺者的 胸部,幫助他呼氣。如此有規(guī)律地反復(fù)進(jìn)行,每分 鐘約做 14 20 次,開(kāi)始時(shí)可稍慢,以后可適當(dāng)加快。 三、小結(jié): ( 1)通過(guò)這節(jié)課的學(xué)習(xí) ,你懂得了什么?
